“There is no First Amendment defense to impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors. The idea itself is absurd,” Raskin said. “And the whole First Amendment smokescreen is a completely irrelevant distraction from the standard of high crimes and misdemeanors governing a president who has violated his oath of office.” Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., spoke Feb. 11 as House impeachment managers continued to present evidence for why the Senate should convict former President Donald Trump of inciting an insurrection for his role in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Trump was impeached by the House in January, while he was still in office. as i watched the impeachment hearings there were many times i found the argument to be sound. This moment however i think really cuts through and calls bullshit in the perfect way.

The GOP has no member that can compare compete or communicate like Joe Biden is. While pushing for racial equity he’s speaking to white America in saying that they will still have jobs and work, Either Joe listens to us or we are pretty smart. A lot of what we’ve talked about is being enacted, buy American, end oil subsidies, ignoring the past administration, and seeing climate change as an opportunity to create jobs and a market place we own. 3:40 - Game stop GameStop shares have soared 1,700 percent as millions of small investors, egged on by social media, employ a classic Wall Street tactic to put the squeeze 6:40 “Buy American” Executive Order :https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2021/01/25/president-biden-to-sign-executive-order-strengthening-buy-american-provisions-ensuring-future-of-america-is-made-in-america-by-all-of-americas-workers/ Climate change executive order https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2021/01/27/fact-sheet-president-biden-takes-executive-actions-to-tackle-the-climate-crisis-at-home-and-abroad-create-jobs-and-restore-scientific-integrity-across-federal-government/ 27:15 Biden stands up to Russia Russian bounties, Solar wind, new start, and Ukraine, Alexei Navalny. Should we stand up for Putins opponent simply because he’s Putins opponent? 36:15 Where are they headed: GOP Mitosis Trump to start the Patriot party Trump says no, he’s planning on keeping his influence on the GOP 45 Senators sign on to a vote to toss the impeachment Matt Gaetz @mattgaetz (human frat paddle) referenced on twitter that “Trump” is the leader of the “America first movement” The victims are witnesses jurors, prosecutors judge and alleged conspirators btw And Just for giggles. Republicans call for unity, call accountability division AND Marjorie Taylor Green attempts to file Articles of impeachment against Joe Biden. Help us expose our “Red Tie Tractor” of the week 46:15 Cracks in the Q the original theory was that President Trump is lying in wait to expose a secret cabal of Democrats engaged in a child sex-trafficking ring. Inauguration Day was supposed to mark the “storm,” or the day of reckoning when Trump would arrest all of his enemies and send them to Guantanamo Bay; “Just wait” didn’t work, the storm was unsuccessful and Biden took the oath Radicals are mining for members in the despondent Q audience. Dividing the supporters into activated and disillusioned But wait, theres more… Q’s are propagating the idea that an obscure 1871 act made the United States a corporation and not a federal government, thus rendering any laws passed after that year moot and U.S. citizens not subject to them. According to this theory, the United States will revert back to its original form on March 4th, the date when presidents were inaugurated prior to the 1933 passage of the 20th amendment. They believe Trump will be sworn in as the 19th president of the United States. The 18th president, Ulysses S. Grant, served between 1869 and 1877, or the time period when those who cling to this theory believe the United States “became” a “corporation.” 50:00 Marjorie Greene (GA) Twitter @mtgreenee @RepMTG 56:00 Wrap up - Final statements Alternate existence - vs - based in a reality Not really supporting the supporters. I wonder. Would you ever date a blind person? Is that the actual question? How would you know before you know who that person is? If you're attracted to that person? Or is it just rationally another flaw in a world that has us eliminating the right people because they have a flaw. our only goal in dating now is simply searching for the flaw. And or how long can we remain flawless for the other person Visual disabilities have their own pro's and con's to them but the people with them are unique and separate from their sight. At least to them they are. Katelyn Wackerman joins the network to help me begin the conversation. to begin normalizing the fact that most of us are disabled in some way. Repressed. Damaged. Hurt before, broken. this damage is simply ours. This was Katelyn's idea. hopefully we will meet every week to continue the discussion. Hopefully we will get some respectful feedback Thank you for taking the time. Thank you for being a major part of this. Learning takes al;l forms. It's as old as life it's self, and should always be free.
I really really did not want to do this episode. Not now. Not him. I've watched as this man sucked all the attention away from everything i care about. No meaningful discussions, debates, just hate and rhetoric. He was the worse president in my life time. I will say with that, I've found comfort in the victories of his stupidity. His hate for republicans and democrats alike lead him and his pride to create wins for the left. Blue house, senate, white house, money out of politics and at this point quite possibly Trump himself. He's shown us what needs fixing, who our enemies are foreign and domestic, and while the beta test nearly crashed the matrix. We survived So the media. lol. With every story. Play clips/ they don't have time to play and hour long rally by some baboon every time they want to make a point. But I believe clipping is prone to bias. and it's a communication issue on both sides. We hear what we want because the clip is played on the media we watch. Like I said. They just don't have time This rally. it's history. it's evidence in an impeachment, and you're being told what to think of it by both sides. Was it incitement? Some planned out attack on American democracy? Was it simply some cranky old man yelling at the t.v? His t.v being America. Was it sometimes at some points a bit of both with some alternate agendas at play. Perhaps certain more hardcore factions used the cover of a useful idiot and his brain washed cult to get where they wanted. Maybe it was another great big conspiracy.

January 6th 2021 as you know. An armed insurgence stormed our U.S Capital. 50 injured capital police officers, 2 dead, and at least one rioter was killed. Since then we’ve learned disturbing facts. Bombs were placed, found, and disarmed. A gallows was erected and shouts to hang our Vice President were deafening. Men in body armor, armed with high powered automatic weapons, and zip ties were attempting to breach the chambers in what we now know was an attempt to hold hostage our representatives, and murder our Speaker of the House of Representatives We also know that before that attack. Our President Donald Trump held a rally in which he stoked the flames as well has a series of speakers do the same. In a futile attempt to over turn a free and fair election. With no proof of fraud. Trump told the crowd that if he couldn’t overturn the electoral process by pressuring his Vice President, They should take it by force I think what is the third arm of the insurrection, Elected representatives both in the house of representatives, and the Senate. Attempted, also in a futile attempt and with no proof or standing to overturn our free and fair election. While Donald trump intended intimidation, while the violent crowd was a show of radicalized force, these officials put on suits and ties. Some pant suits and fine dresses, and offered a seemingly legitimate perspective. These representatives were working in correlation and support of both the President and the rioters. I believe there is no distinction between A radicalized mob in red hats, and a radicalized caucus in red ties. Now. The Law enforcement agencies social media, white hat hackers, and people like you and I are banding together to identify members of the insurrection through any means available. We’ve found the playbook on defeating The extremists among the Trump coalition. Methodically and intently these people will be found, charged, and prosecuted. With a new administration beginning, I have no doubts of that But There is over 150 members of the mob already identified. Sitting in plain sight, and already beginning to try and minimize their part in subversion, These people attempted to end democracy, to install a authoritarian leader and rule as a supersets minority. Read their social media. They are praying for the dead, and condemning the riot. They are good christian conservatives. They are fighting for your values. In actuality, they are just as much to blame as the rioters for the deaths. Maybe more so given their education in relation to the average Trump supporter. They were members of the insurgence. Just traitors with a hall pass. Good christians? Conservative? Not hardly. We just can forget who these people are. What they did. What they stood for. They will never face penalties from law, but they can face pressures from us. We the people Here is he list “The Red Tie Traitors” https://docs.google.com/document/d/197znrMboHi968BCcKOhZ4KP5pYGu1gNq28RraS6qrhk/edit?usp=sharing

In an effort to better spread understanding when it comes to the disabled more specifically the blind She is the perfect person to join the conversation. Jeffrey and Jason discuss the power to pardon wheedled by the President of the United States of America. we came to some interesting conclusions and raised a quality argument. We discussed and dispelled some of the arguments being put forward by more educated scholars, and at-leas, we hope. broke it down in a way thats understandable to most everyone. As a Libertarian, and an Independent neither Jeffrey or i have a dog in the fight. Our thoughts and perspectives come from the letter of the law. The average Americans interpretations, and good all common sense. I think it was a great conversation. Not one being had by the pendants, or the radicals left and right. We're the people right? If you found this conversation interesting i would like to share the show note with you. We try to stay nonpartisan since he a Libertarian, and I an independent have little use for either of the main stream parties. This however is a holiday week and so this week we will have three episodes for you our fans in caser you haven't noticed, I have found TIKTOK. Honestly yes the algorithm stalks you like an ex to figure out what you like. Watch to the end, like, share a type of video, see more tagged alike. but also probably harvesting our data as well. That being said. I't honestly how people use the app that matters. If you're seeing junk, You're probably liking junk. I stumbled on the_introvert_x on here, and he caught my attention with his response to a lady complaining about a homeless encampment. Derek's response was direct and resonated with me. A lack of empathy seems to be running through our country. We sat around and talked about some of dereks personal experiences, The comments good and bad that came from his viral video and more.

Thanks for listening. Real conversations with real people seems to be a hit. Giving voice to the rational voices fighting for real change seems to go unnoticed a mist the media, but here we are. Jeffrey and jason are joined by Florida Action Podcast host Sierrra to talk abit about what the out look is after November 3rd. What will we do, how will we focus all of this energy. Who will we need to do it A conversation with a Libertarian, A Progressive, and a moderate independent finds plenty of agreement, and the solution seems to be a future of local government accountability. Activist still need support, causes still need money, What does your city, township, county spend your tax dollars on? How can you begin to proactively find out. Who should we watch, why, and how can we support that as well as be apart of it. Social change grows small. Locally, in your towns. When enough towns agree. It grows. Grass roots common sense politics through civil, citizen engagement. Try it
https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/1/text The United States House of Representatives is the lower house, the Senate is the upper house. Together they compose the United States Congress; Along with the executive branch, and the judicial branch. The congress is the legislative branch. The word government simply means the balance and equality of each of these branches to be both a support and check on one another. The work done by the people in the government is governing. The work those people do to get reelected, elected, the reporting on these efforts, the attack ads, the wedges, the rhetoric. That's politics. Politics has nothing to do with governing, and governing is what affects our daily lives. Not the Politics as you might have been led to believe. Think of Politics as the trailer for the movie. Governing the original book. HR 1. Is a bill proposed by our last elected house of Representatives. Before we start to debate the bill, as our Senate is paid by us to do. I think what is really important here, for us to know, is what the house of representatives is. I mean to us. It won’t take long, and I think this is the perspective we need for this conversation. The House is composed of representatives who sit in congressional districts allocated to each state on a basis of population as measured by the U.S. Census, with each district entitled to one representative. Which is to say. Every ten years the government counts us, and where we are in the country, one of the reasons for this count is to make sure every person has a representative in the House, congress, and Government. You live in what's called a district in your state, Yes. Like hunger games. Everyone of those districts as a community gets together to pick someone to represent them. This Representative is yours. Think of that person as your Governmental avatar. I can not stress this point enough. If you have a grievance with the federal government. This is the person you call, email, follow, question, research, elect, or eliminate for a new representative. This person is you standing up to the government, and speaking to the government on issues that matter to you. To your community. If there was one thing I’d hope you do right now is look that person up. Begin to be proactive, Is this representative representing you correctly? Quickly because I don’t want to spend a lot of time on it. Your Senator is a representative of your state and state government, which should actually represent the people in that state and their well being. So. The people we asked to speak on our behalf. Our avatars came up with a bill. It was our first bill. H. R. 1 To expand Americans' access to the ballot box, reduce the influence of big money in politics, and strengthen ethics rules for public servants, and for other purposes. This bill was Introduced January third 2019 Placed on the Calendar for Senate consideration March 14 2019. It’s now The summer of 2020, and The leader of the Senate refuses to even begin a debate on it. The literal first thing on his to do list, Mitch McCconald refuses to touch or talk about. Imagine doing a day's worth of work, handing it to your boss, and your boss ignoring the work. That boss though. He isn’t lazy. He either doesn’t believe that you are coequal or he is trying to make you look like you do nothing. I think there is corruption in government. That starts with corruption in politics, in our politicians. Who are we sending? What do they agree to to get there? What compromises are being made to get a job representing us? This bill addresses that. I think. We will find out what out actually says in future conversations.
