This week on the Mark Levin Show, rouge federal district judges are issuing nationwide injunctions against President Trump's voter-supported policies. These judges overstep their constitutional authority, seizing power from elected branches by imposing policy preferences disguised as legal rulings, particularly on immigration and executive actions. The one big beautiful bill passed by the House would limit judges' ability to enforce contempt citations and would require plaintiffs to post financial bonds for injunctions. There's skepticism of any deal with Iran that doesn't destroy their nuclear sites and centrifuges, as they'll still get nuclear weapons like North Korea did. Iran's weak economy and defenses make now the time to act, but a deal lifting sanctions will let them rebuild. Any agreement must be a treaty and go to Congress—it's a constitutional necessity. If a deal is reached Iran will eventually announce they have a nuclear weapon, causing a Middle East proliferation crisis. Their ideology ignores mutually assured destruction, driven by a belief in the afterlife, and they'll never reveal all their nuclear assets to the world. Finally, the U.S. Constitution and historical documents like the Federalist Papers do not grant the judiciary, including lower federal courts like the U.S. Court on Trade, the final authority in disputes. Congress, as the representative body, holds the ultimate decision-making power, particularly in matters of national policy. The judiciary's self-assumed power, stems from cases like Marbury v. Madison (1803), asserts that the framers intended the courts to act as "traffic cops" ensuring other branches stay within their constitutional lanes, not to usurp their authority. Congress, not the courts, should have the final say, aligning with the republican structure of the government. If the Supreme Court does not stop what these lower courts are doing, and quickly, Mark is going to lead a movement to pressure Congress to remake the lower courts. Learn more about your ad choices. Power Struggles: The Battle Between Congress and the Courts

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the framers of the Constitution did not grant courts, such as the International Court of Trade, the final authority on matters like tariffs, reserving that power for Congress. The Constitution gives Congress broad authority over taxation and spending, and through a 1977 emergency law, it delegated certain tariff powers to the president. Courts lack the constitutional basis to override such delegations. Historical records, including Madison's notes, the Federalist Papers, and state ratification debates, show the framers rejected giving courts supreme authority, like judicial review, to resolve separation-of-powers disputes. The framers of the Constitution, heavily influenced by Montesquieu, designed a government with a strict separation of powers to prevent tyranny, as Montesquieu warned that combining legislative, executive, or judicial powers in one entity leads to arbitrary rule and oppression. Congress should address this through legislation, not courts through litigation. Also, Sam Antar accused a Politico writer of "reputational laundering" for praising  New York AG Letitia James as a "Shadow Attorney General" in a Democratic shadow cabinet, while ignoring her federal criminal investigation for alleged mortgage fraud. Politico's omission of the DOJ referral shows the media bias, as James has targeted Trump, notably winning a $450M civil fraud case against him.  Later, the Wall Street Journal reports the decline of America's military-industrial capacity compared to China's rapid growth in the sector. The U.S. has allowed its defense manufacturing and supply chains to weaken due to underinvestment, outsourcing, and a focus on short-term efficiency over long-term resilience. This is frightening. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the U.S. And under the Constitution, we have every right as the people of this country to press our elected representatives to uphold the Constitution and give us our republic back. The lower courts are violating separation of powers, seizing authority they do not have, and have become populated with rogue lawyers/activists. The Constitution empowers we, the people, and through us, our representatives, to fix this. Also, the Civil War, with over 700,000 casualties in a nation of 24 million, was worth the cost to end slavery and preserve the Union. Similarly, Israel's ongoing conflicts justify decisive action to destroy Hamas and prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, despite repeated ceasefires and attacks from groups like Hezbollah and the Houthis. Israel's fight is for survival, akin to the Civil War's existential stakes. Critics who label this a "forever war" or warmongering are dismissed, as some causes, like survival, demand fighting to the death. Later, Iran is actively advancing its nuclear weapons program. They are developing a sophisticated nuclear program and possesses a growing arsenal of ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear warheads over long distances. Learn more about your ad choices. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, there's skepticism of any deal with Iran that doesn't destroy their nuclear sites and centrifuges, as they'll still get nuclear weapons like North Korea did. Later, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, AOC, advocates for abolishing ICE in a campaign pitch. Democrats effectively did that under Biden. We can't afford another round of that. Also, On Power, set for release on July 29, is compact yet packed with unique, non-repetitive insights about society, culture, and identifying the enemy. It aims to provide a scholarly yet accessible perspective. On Power will read like a novel, covering historical and philosophical foundations of power, liberty, and ideologies like Marxism and Fascism.  Afterward, Hamas is deliberately preventing Gazans from receiving humanitarian aid. They are blocking aid distribution, stealing it, and reselling it at inflated prices, while warning Gazans not to accept food from Israeli aid mechanisms. Yet, major media outlets ignore these actions, falsely portraying Israel as the cause of Gaza's starvation. This selective silence reflects their deep-seated bias and a commitment to propaganda over truth. In addition, a federal trade court in New York has blocked President Donald Trump's attempt to impose sweeping tariffs on imports using emergency powers under the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), ruling that he exceeded his authority. As of tonight, the United States of America is no longer a Constitutional Republic. We now live under a judicial tyranny created by the Democratic Party. Since Trump's election, a group of rogue Democratic Party judges has seized all aspects of executive power. Finally, WABC's Sid Rosenberg calls in to express his concern over a troubling trend of Trump looking bad lately with Russia, Iran, and Israel. He questions why Iran, a nation he sees as a global terrorist threat behind events like October 7th, is being engaged in negotiations rather than facing stronger consequences. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, rouge federal district judges are issuing nationwide injunctions against President Trump's voter-supported policies. Afterward, the Trump administration's Middle East trip was a globalist foreign policy, which involved active engagement with other nations. Interventionism is different from globalism; they do overlap but aren't identical. Interventionism is negotiating peace between Ukraine and Russia or engaging with Iran.  Also, who is the senior Trump administration official who keeps leaking to Axios and driving an intentional wedge between America and Israel? They're undermining Trump and the purported purpose of the negotiations with Iran.  NSC, DOJ, and the FBI need to open up a leak investigation. Later, Trump's actions against Harvard are patriotic and long overdue. Harvard and similar institutions promote Marxism and Islamism, discriminating against Asian students (as ruled by the Supreme Court), and historically providing cover for Nazis in the 1930s. Cutting federal and state subsidies and urging major donors to reconsider support is the way to address these issues. In addition, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss Convention of States movement. He explained that Congress's failures, driven by politicians' reelection incentives, require structural changes like term limits and a balanced budget requirement. DeSantis dismissed fears of a runaway convention, noting that amendments need three-fourths of states to ratify, ensuring only popular reforms pass. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the Best Of Mark Levin on Memorial Day. Language is critical in shaping societal discourse, it's divided into positive and negative categories. Positive language uplifts, promoting free societies, free speech, and healthy dialogue, rooted in Judeo-Christian values and individual liberty. Negative language, prevalent in media like the Sunday news shows, involves sloganeering, name-calling, and propaganda to suppress dissent and control thought, often tied to coercive power in Marxist, Islamist, or totalitarian regimes. The media and the Democratic Party today push organized propaganda, aiming to control culture and society. Democrats and the media have been lying about President Biden's mental and physical capabilities to maintain power, using totalitarian propaganda techniques like manipulation, deception, and repetition. Democrats praised Biden's sharpness and focus, which contradicts observable reality, as part of a strategy to bully the public into accepting their narrative.  Later, President Biden's health cover-up goes to the heart of our republic. If a single person, family, or political party can act against Americans as they have, they will stop at nothing. Biden's family, staff, and the media knew about his dementia but hid it. The 25th Amendment should have been invoked by Kamala Harris and the Cabinet. AG Merrick Garland withheld the 2023 Robert Hur/Biden audio from Congress and the Cabinet because he didn't want the 25th Amendment triggered. He played a major role in this cover-up and efforts against Trump and should be held accountable. They were using the power of government to try to get Biden through another election, and at the same time, try to take out President Trump. This was a massive cover-up and scandal, the likes of which the nation has never experienced. Finally, a terrorist executed two Israeli Embassy employees, Sarah Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky, outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C last week. Rodriguez said he acted for Palestine and for Gaza and was arrested on scene after discarding a 9mm handgun. He is a member of the Party for Socialism and Liberation. We have this fusion of Marxist and Islamist ideologies threatening the West and antisemitic incidents globally. Weak Western policies, foreign funding from Qatar and China, open borders, and ineffective legal systems are enabling this internal threat. This Marxist-Islamist alliance aims to undermine Western civilization from within, exploiting universities where ideological conformity stifles academic freedom, funded by taxpayers and parents. The ongoing internal war, evident in cities like London, Paris, and Washington, threatens national survival, with some political defenses and isolationist views exacerbating the crisis. Understanding Sovereignty: The Heart of America's Founding Principles

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the core difference between conservatives and the modern left lies in their view of the Declaration of Independence, which is a unique, revolutionary document grounded in eternal truths and God-given unalienable rights. The concept of power, as outlined in the Declaration of Independence, is central to the founding of the United States, uniquely vesting sovereignty in the people rather than the government. This power establishes individuals and society—"we the people"—as the ultimate sovereign authority. The nation's structure requires the consent of the governed while protecting individual rights. The left fundamentally rejects the foundational principles of the United States, particularly those rooted in Judeo-Christian values and the Declaration of Independence. Woodrow Wilson was a key figure who dismissed the Declaration's emphasis on unalienable rights, natural law, and divine sovereignty, viewing them as outdated and mystical. This rejection contrasts sharply with the founders' vision of individual and collective sovereignty, which Democrats oppose in favor of a more progressive, secular framework. Later, Douglas Murray calls in to explain that the recent killing of two Israeli Embassy staffers in Washington, D.C., reflects how anti-Israel propaganda, fueled by groups like Qatar and the Iranian Revolutionary Government, is inciting Americans to commit antisemitic violence. This incident is part of a broader wave of antisemitism driven by false narratives about Israel's actions in Gaza, leading to increased violence against Jews. Also, why are federal judges are involved in decisions regarding federal funding for colleges and universities, national security, and immigration policies, which should be handled by the president and the administration. Judges should dismiss such cases, explaining that they lack jurisdiction. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Also, the Supreme Court, in a 4-4 split with Justice Barrett recusing herself, failed to rule on a case from Oklahoma, effectively blocking a proposed Catholic charter school due to Chief Justice John Roberts likely siding with the liberal justices. This upheld a lower federal court's decision against state funding for religious charter schools - such funding does not breach the Constitution's Establishment Clause. Later, Erin Molan calls in to discuss her horror and anger at the global rise of the Marxist Islamist movement, particularly in the U.S., Australia, and Europe. Molan condemns Qatar's role in funding terrorism and spreading harmful narratives.  Finally, Israel's ambassador to the U.S., Michael Leiter calls in to explain that the terrorist in D.C is an evil nexus of Marxism and Islamism – the Red Green Alliance. This alliance is a dangerous, totalitarian fusion responsible for significant historical and ongoing violence, particularly Iran's role in promoting a death cult with nuclear ambitions. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, AG Letitia James essentially just confessed to mortgage fraud. She said she made a mistake by putting Virginia down as her residence, but she's a liar. Year after year, she took the deduction because it was a mistake? In contrast, President Donald Trump followed legal protocols, paid taxes on time, and had verified property values, with Mar-A-Lago worth nearly $1 billion, not $18 million, and still, authorities denied him due process. Also, ESPN analyst Ryan Clark dismissed Robert Griffin III's opinions on the Caitlin Clark-Angel Reese WNBA rivalry, citing Griffin's marriage to a white woman as a reason he lacks perspective on issues faced by black women in the league.  Clark argued that Griffin's personal life limits his understanding of racial dynamics surrounding Clark's popularity, while also suggesting both players should be celebrated without pitting them against each other. This is disgusting. Afterward, in the chapter "On Rights" from “On Power, individual and human rights, liberty, and equality predate and do not originate from governments, as underscored by the Declaration of Independence. This principle, rooted in the belief that rights are God-given through natural law, distinguishes the U.S. from regimes like Qatar, communist China, Islamists, communists, fascists, and autocrats, as well as domestic democratic socialists. The Declaration of Independence, along with the Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts Declarations of Rights, reflects the consensus among American founders that these rights are unalienable, not granted or revocable by governments. Governments are instituted to secure these rights, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed.  Later, Stephen A Smith calls in to discuss politics and sports. The Democratic Party marginalizes moderates, but they shouldn't be able to dictate who joins the party.  The last person the Democrat voters chose was Barack Obama - outside that, the party chose the Presidential nominees, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. Contrast that with the Republican Party, where the voters chose Trump in 2016. They didn't let the party pick their candidates. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Afterward, some House Republicans are planning to block President Trump's economic growth and tax cut plan, which plays into the Democrat/Marxist playbook. If the bill fails, there will be a massive tax increase, the derailment of Trump's economic agenda, delayed benefits, and a potential Democrat victory in the mid-terms that could halt efforts to counter their radical policies. The bill needs to pass. Finally, the issue of the Biden autopen is very serious. We can't have nameless Biden administration staffers using it. Democrats praised Biden's sharpness and focus, which contradicts observable reality, as part of a strategy to bully the public into accepting their narrative. Also, the Supreme Court, in an 8-1 decision, allowed the Trump administration to remove protected status for 350,000 to 530,000 Venezuelans, enabling their deportation. The Court found the Biden administration misused protected status laws by granting it broadly without proper case-by-case evaluations, which are meant for those with legitimate fears of returning home. Justice Brown-Jackson dissented, while a separate 7-2 ruling limited another immigration statute, showing mixed Court outcomes. Later, there was a vast conspiracy by the Biden administration, mainstream media, academia, and the Marxist-leaning Democratic Party to maintain power by controlling language, thought, press, and information, akin to tactics used in totalitarian regimes. This was a deliberate assault on individual rights and civil society, involving a cover-up of President Biden's physical and mental health issues, including a possible cancer diagnosis during his presidency. Threatening a president, especially after multiple assassination attempts, is unprofessional and demands serious attention amid heightened tensions. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden invoked his late son to dodge questions and gain sympathy, revealing his apparent disregard for the nation, as seen throughout his presidency. The Robert Hur interview audio highlighted this. No action was taken against Biden for mishandling sensitive documents left in his garage, yet Trump faced efforts to disqualify his candidacy over securely stored documents from his prior term. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Mark emphasized that books endure far beyond radio, podcasts, or TV. While he's often discussed liberty, unalienable rights, and tyranny, he's only touched on power indirectly. Now, he's completed his latest book, On Power. This book is different than any other book Mark has written. On Power is an analysis of how power shapes history. Power is more than a word; it determines whether you are free or not. It's a subject all of us deal with every day. It's a matter that can be discussed psychologically, ideologically, and philosophically. Also, in On Power, there's a stark contrast between America's founding, rooted in a blend of faith and Enlightenment ideals, and the centralized control sought by political Islam, as highlighted by Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, a Muslim reformist. Jasser argues that Islamism, unlike the Judeo-Christian principles shaping America's Constitution, rejects individual liberty and enforces a monolithic faith, often tied to anti-Israel and anti-Semitic agendas, as seen in groups like the Muslim Brotherhood. On Power examines the concept of power, its manipulation by politicians, media, and ideologues, and its impact on individuals and society. It aims to provoke a deeper understanding and dialogue about power's application, hoping to serve as a source for liberty against tyranny. Also, Saudi Arabia played a significant role on the 9/11 slaughter of Americans. Their Crown Prince didn't even apologize once yesterday for what they did to us, and the 9/11 families are probably reeling from this. And Qatar protected the leader of the 9/11 attack from the FBI, before he was able to launch his war on America that killed our people. The Supreme Court addressed a case involving President Trump's executive order to end birthright citizenship. These national injunctions represent an unconstitutional overreach by federal district courts, lacking a historical or constitutional basis, and justices like Ketanji Brown Jackson are promoting a "deconstitutionalization" of government by justifying such injunctions as a means to force quick Supreme Court review. These national injunctions represent an unconstitutional overreach by federal district courts, lacking a historical or constitutional basis, and justices like Ketanji Brown Jackson are promoting a "deconstitutionalization" of government by justifying such injunctions as a means to force quick Supreme Court review.  The judiciary's actions, particularly from activist judges, are a dangerous expansion of power that undermines the Constitution and executive authority, especially in critical areas like national security. The 14th Amendment was solely intended to grant citizenship to children of former slaves, not to children of foreigners, and that the current practice of birthright citizenship is a constitutional fiction unsupported by historical evidence.  This case is fundamentally about power—specifically, who has the authority to make critical decisions. Activist federal district judges, backed by justices like Jackson and Amy Coney Barrett, are wielding negative power to overturn the last election and undermine the Constitution by endorsing these injunctions. Prediction: the Court, lacking courage, will likely uphold the status quo, citing long-standing executive branch practice and the potential burden on future children born in the U.S., thus perpetuating a misinterpretation of the Constitution that threatens American liberty. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, President Trump deserves great credit for the trillions of dollars he's bringing into our country from foreign governments and overseas corporations! It's absolutely unprecedented! Trump's speech in Saudi Arabia included some of the lines used by the Soros-Koch isolationist crowd about neocons and interventionists, but the irony is that it was given in the context of a globalist outreach effort to make economic and military deals with and between Middle East monarchies/dictatorships and the biggest of America's globalists/internationalists/corporatists. Drawing from Alexis de Tocqueville and Jasser's insights, Mark explores how Islamists, inspired by figures like Sayyid Qutb, aim to dismantle Western society, viewed as ignorant of divine guidance, to impose a rigid “pure Islam.” This clash of ideologies, coupled with the deceptive language of tyrannies like Islamism and Marxism, underscores the battle for liberty and the soul of nations. Later, neocons, many of whom were former Jewish Democrats, left the Democratic Party and adopted a hawkish foreign policy stance. While many are no longer alive, today, some avoid blaming Jews for pushing war, instead pointing to neocons as the instigators. Opposing Iran's nuclear ambitions is patriotism, not neoconservatism, due to Iran's terrorist activities and history of violating agreements. Finally, Ken Hartman, Founder & President of Our Community Salutes, calls in to discuss his national nonprofit organization, which is dedicated to recognizing and supporting high school seniors who plan to enlist in the U.S. Armed Services after graduation.  Their goal is to get 250,000 Americans to sign a thank you card to our nation's newest enlistees in the military. America must always be protected, and isolationists are a threat. We cannot allow nuclear proliferation. The release of American-Israeli hostage Edan Alexander by Hamas was positive, but Qatar's dangerous regime uses oil money to fund terrorists and influence politicians. Qatar has been implicated in supporting anti-U.S. terrorist activities, including providing financial and logistical backing to groups like Hamas and the Taliban. Despite its public image as a U.S. ally, Qatar's actions, such as hosting terrorist leaders and funding extremist networks, undermine American interests.  Later, pharmaceutical prices are higher in the U.S. because companies invest heavily in drug research and development. To recover costs, they charge more where patents originate. Other countries copy these drugs, selling them cheaper. U.S. companies aren't overcharging; they're being undercut by foreign replication. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested for trespassing at a federal ICE detention facility he wants to close. He refused to leave when asked, showing politicians' arrogance. Trespassing and refusing to leave leads to arrest, as nobody, including politicians, is above the law. Protesting inside a federal law enforcement center isn't allowed, and while ICE enforces the law, Democrats claim they're unrestrained by it. Interim U.S. Attorney for NJ Alina Habba calls in to explain exactly what happened with the arrest. This is federal property, and the laws can't be broken, no matter who you are.  Also, AG Letitia James dismisses the mortgage fraud allegations against her as unfounded, despite published forms and evidence suggesting criminal activity. Later, 15 states are suing over Trump's order to speed up oil and gas projects. Most likely, a judge will block energy independence. It's time for the Supreme Court to step up against these rogue judges.  There might be a time when Americans defy the courts because they won't respect the rogue activity of these judges. If judges won't abide by the law, why should the people listen to their orders? This is all about sabotage and obstruction by these judges. Afterward, Trump is considering a plan to strengthen ties with Greenland by proposing a Compact of Free Association (COFA), similar to agreements with Pacific Island nations. This brilliant move aims to bring Greenland into America's sphere of influence. This is what a consequential president does. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Foreign-driven boycotts or threats against U.S. businesses, particularly targeting Jews, are unacceptable, and congressional action to stop this is not a First Amendment issue. The IGO Anti-Boycott Act (H.R. 867) merely extends the Anti-Boycott Act of 2018 signed by President Trump to international organizations. What causes antisemitism is antisemites. Qatar must stop pouring billions of dollars in blood money into our colleges and universities, and our other institutions, in a sleazy campaign to spread their anti-American fundamentalist ideology, brainwash our children, promote violent and riotous revolution in our country, and own our ruling class and its surrogates and mouthpieces. Later, Mark delves into the unfiltered thoughts of our host as he shares his unwavering stance on politics, loyalty, and the importance of truth. He emphasizes the need for unity among like-minded individuals to combat the threats facing our republic. With a passionate delivery, he discusses the perils of appeasement, the decline of journalism, and the significance of personal integrity. Iran's “civilian” nuclear program, housed in bunkers 350 feet underground, is not normal. How many nations that have civilian use for nuclear power are we negotiating with? Only Iran. We'll see what he does, but hopefully, he is more along the lines of John Paul II. His extensive missionary work in Peru and fluency in multiple languages were likely factors in his selection by the papal conclave. Later, President Trump's deal with Britain really is a very big deal. It's part of his strategy to open worldwide markets and create a more market-oriented global economy, which is why it is pro-capitalism and more free-market oriented. He imposed tariffs and reciprocity on other countries for leverage to force them to lower their tariffs and reduce foreign government subsidies of their businesses. Trump is creating the most open market system in modern world history. Afterward, Sen Tom Cotton calls in to explain that any new nuclear deal with Iran that does not involve the complete dismantlement of its nuclear program will not pass the Senate. Republicans agree with Trump that Iran needs to completely dismantle their program.  Finally, Rishi Arun, president of Temple University's Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), stated that it is their mission to destroy imperialism, the United States, and capitalism. Also, Sen James Lankford has no idea what he's talking about on due process, while an analyst on MSNBC gets it right. Have you noticed how much the fifth-column isolationists sound like Bernie Sanders, AOC, and the rest of the Squad? And not just on foreign policy and national security. They often use the same Marxist class warfare propaganda and the ACLU's extremist misinterpretation of our Constitution including the 1st amendment. Also, we know that Democrats goal to transform the population through immigration to undermine and dismantle the existing societal structure. The Constitution doesn't grant due process to everyone, and the Supreme Court lacks clarity on its meaning. Democrats want to extend full due process to 21 million illegal aliens, which is not possible due to limited courts and judges. This is a strategy to allow illegal aliens to come in, then keep them here by arguing due process. If they succeed the country is dead. Some people were panicking after Trump's Liberation Day, but you need to trust the process and stay calm. Ask yourself: Do you believe in this country? Do you believe the country will be better off by the end of Trump's presidency? If you answer yes to both, the current challenges are easier to navigate. This is a temporary situation. The left complains that shelves will be empty, yet we have more inventory today than a year ago. Trump's Great Reset is underway, fundamentally reshaping how America and trade operate. We ended this week, a month removed from Liberation Day, and the S&P traded higher than prior to the tariff announcements. The stock market is on a winning streak and now China wants to work on a trade deal. Also, Trump's next 100 days will define the Trump presidency. Trump is compressing four years of action into four months. The results will unfold over the next 100 days, revealing how America is being made great again. Trump's big, beautiful bill is the most important thing to get passed. It encapsulates his entire agenda in one package. Getting a permanent policy in place is critical. Finally, Pope Francis' passing is an inflection point for Christianity and the world. Pope Francis advocated for the left's social constructs. There's no room for progressivism in Catholicism. Waltz began the day as NSA, but the sudden nomination raises questions about whether it was planned or a reaction to an event. The move might be tied to the March Signal app incident, though if part of a broader strategy, naming Secretary of State Marco Rubio as interim NSA seems unusual. Either way, with Senate confirmation looming, Republicans must stand firm to ensure Waltz's appointment to the UN. Also, despite what the media is saying, the economy had a great first quarter. The Democrats are trying everything they can to scare you; all they have is fear. The only thing that led to a negative GDP number was imports. Later, the left's plan for Trump was always lawfare, but Trump knows how to play their lawfare game now. Trump won most of the nationwide injunctions the first time around and he's learned all the lessons. Finally, in St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School v. When Iran tells you they want to wipe America off the face of the Earth - we should believe them. Mark Levin weighed in stating: “No nukes for Iran! These are genocidal maniacs! It's a terrorist regime! More important that we protect our country from their nuclear bombs than we protect their nuclear sites from our bombs! There are no second chances.” President Trump has stated many times that he'll make sure Iran doesn't get any nukes. Meanwhile, the United States and Ukraine signed the long-awaited mineral deal. This is a massive win for Trump, the American taxpayer and Ukraine. Later, the Democrat party is dead, it's now a party controlled by Marxists and Socialists. In other countries run by Socialists, legal systems often turn into kangaroo courts. We're witnessing this now with activist judges, showing how many Marxists have worked their way into the system. This might be the biggest threat to democracy. Illegal border encounters dropped 95%, and "gotaways" fell 99%, fulfilling his pledge to close the border. The California-Mexico border is nearly empty. Trump displayed mugshots of illegal immigrants on White House lawn signs, prompting an MSNBC reporter to claim the press was under attack.  The media were involved in the Biden illegal alien coverup and now they claim to be upset about separating illegal immigrant families. Separating families happens every day in our court system and the media's not upset about that. This is all fake outrage. Meanwhile, Axios' Alex Thompson said that the media, including himself, should have done a better job of reporting on Biden's decline. They were part of the coverup and now they're trying to rewrite history. Also, AG Pam Bondi revealed that a DEA raid on an underground nightclub in Colorado Springs resulted in the arrest of 114 illegal immigrants, with the club linked to drug trafficking, prostitution, and violent crimes. The Trump administration has been monitoring the club after learning that the Biden administration ignored 170 calls to 911 to that club. Biden never had any intent on stopping any of this. Biden's open border was all done by design to control the country by mass immigration. Later, Democrats, led by Rep. Judges are not above the law.  It's absurd that Democrats frame the arrests, rather than the judges' crimes, as the issue. The Democrat Party is an evil party. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, amid numerous threats from abroad and pressing domestic issues, it's outrageous that the media is fixated on Abrego Garcia, an illegal immigrant, documented wife-beater, and alleged MS-13 gang member.  Garcia has been ruled deportable by immigration courts and the Department of Homeland Security due to his gang ties and illegal status. Despite clear evidence, the media ignores his criminality, and Democrats defend him. The ruling class protects Garcia while criticizing President Trump, yet it ignores Biden's defiance of Supreme Court orders on student loans. Also, the 14th Amendment does not provide for birthright citizenship, contrary to media claims, and its authors never intended it to include such a right. At no time did the authors of the 14th Amendment ever mention birthright citizenship. For 40 years AFTER the ratification of the 14th Amendment no court had ruled, and no Congress had argued that there was something called birthright citizenship. Later, the Capital Research Center's report, "When Charities Betray America," examines how certain "pro-Palestinian" groups, specifically Within Our Lifetime (WOL), Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM), and Code Pink, have increasingly promoted anti-American and anti-police rhetoric since the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel. Analyzing thousands of social media posts, the study found a 3,000% surge in calls for violence and a 186% increase in anti-American and anti-police keywords among 496 groups and activists, many tied to nonprofits or charities. Finally, Jim Trusty calls in to explain that the DOJ's decision to seek the death penalty for Luigi Mangione, which raises complex legal issues, including federal jurisdiction over a traditionally state-handled crime. A Mother's Heartbreak: Deputy's Son Commits Campus Shooting

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Phoenix Eichner, a 20-year-old Florida State University student and son of a Leon County sheriff's deputy, opened fire near the Student Union on the FSU campus in Tallahassee, killing two people and injuring six others. The media's response to this is so predictable. They focus on gun control but ignore other amendments, while advocating for due process for illegal immigrants. Not all violent deaths, like stabbings, involve guns, yet the media emphasizes the Second Amendment. This shooting, where the shooter's mother is a deputy with necessary gun access, is unrelated to gun control. The media should clarify which amendments they prioritize and why. Also, Islamists follow a purist ideology that prioritizes the afterlife and seeks to eliminate barriers to pure Islam, including less devout Muslims and non-believers. The 9/11 attacks, led by Osama bin Laden, exemplified this ideology, as does the Muslim Brotherhood. Traditional deterrents fail against this mindset, which values the next life over the present, making Iran's potential nuclear weapons a serious concern. Allowing a country that chants "Death to America" to develop and potentially use nuclear weapons is not noble. Later, Mark announced that President Trump had appointed him to the Homeland Security Advisory Council, which is a great honor. Those appointed to this board want nothing to do with open borders.  Afterward, the Supreme Court will review Trump's plan to restrict birthright citizenship, which lacks a basis in the 14th Amendment. One possible solution the court could agree on is ending birthright citizenship from a set date, grandfathering prior cases. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

The Jurisdiction Crisis: How Judges Are Overstepping Their Bounds

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, you are hearing it in the leftwing press, in the Never-Trump editorial pages and more - you cannot and must not deport anyone without some kind of notice and due process. Yet, there's nothing from these people on how this is supposed to actually work. What kind of due process are they talking about? The kind of due process that applies to citizens? If not, then what lower standard suffices as constitutional due process? Exactly how would due process, of any kind, be administered to millions and millions of illegal immigrants? We don't have enough courts of any kind in our country to handle the tsunami of cases that would be involved. This was all intentional. The border was opened to anyone. This is the Cloward-Pivens strategy: flood the system, overwhelm the system, break the system, and in doing so achieve your goals. Effectively, this is massive amnesty. Also, it seems these Federal judges are trying to stop mass deportation efforts and disrupt the Trump administration's response to Biden's mass immigration policies. Later, Hans von Spakovsky calls in and explains that he was stunned by Judge Boasberg's order because he's blatantly defying the Supreme Court. Boasberg's order was void from the moment he signed it. So how can he hold the Trump administration in contempt? Either Boasberg is incompetent or he's deliberately ignoring the Supreme Court. Afterward, Jonathan Turley calls in to discuss the criminal referral against NY AG Letitia James. James claims that her Virginia home was her principal residence. That was not and cannot be true because she was and still is an official of the New York government who must live within the state. What's notable about her false statements is that each one worked towards a better mortgage rate.  Then, the Declaration of Independence discusses natural law and natural rights. Where do these concepts originate? They are influenced by John Locke and Montesquieu, but not entirely, as they ultimately come from God. When they say the people are sovereign, that ide comes from God. This is why the government can never be sovereign. The United States is first county on earth to be founded on these principles. Finally, Heritage President, Kevin Roberts, calls in to discuss the organization's impactful projects and ongoing efforts to revitalize federalism in America. Roberts shares insights on the current political landscape, the significance of state legislative work, and the importance of maintaining a conservative agenda while addressing challenges such as tariffs and international relations. The Battle for Due Process: Migrants and the Law

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Democrat-appointed judges want to continue pushing for due process for illegal aliens who are being sent back to their countries. These are people who violated our laws; they are not being deported because of their race. Democrats often use the race card to sway voters or start racial issues that have nothing to do with race. Judges appointed by Sen. Chuck Schumer defend these illegal aliens, who never even come to court to address their illegal status. They expect us to go through each case individually to see if they qualify for due process, which is impractical given the millions of people entering the country. Many children and women are missing, fentanyl is being smuggled through the border, and other issues persist. If you believe in open borders, then you hate America, period. Additionally, it is grotesque that Sen. Chris Van Hollen is threatening the president of El Salvador by going to El Salvador and showing solidarity with Venezuelan gang members. What about all the people who were subjected to abuse and crime in the U.S by illegal aliens? This guy has completely lost it. Also, President Trump continues to try to stop Iran from obtaining nuclear missiles. The left-wing media and pro-Islamic influencers claim that Trump should be more diplomatic, but how can you be diplomatic with terrorists? It is not as easy as that; you can't trust Iran with nuclear bombs—it would be a disaster. It is not surprising though, since these Democrats want to protect illegal gang members, protect Islamic regimes and supporters, as well as push false narratives. Learn more about your ad choices. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Federal District Judges lack the authority to mandate the return of deported individuals to the United States. This power is beyond their jurisdiction, and there is no desire to allow illegal criminals back into the country. The demands of these radical judges are considered preposterous and out of line.  Additionally, the left considers President Bukele to be a dictator. Bukele has actually improved his country. Dictators typically damage countries for their own benefit, rather than improving them. Meanwhile, the media continues to harass President Trump with trivial questions about whether he will continue to "export" illegal immigrants. The focus should be on Iran, which poses a significant threat. Trump is committed to preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons. Also, it is concerning that the left remains fixated on criticizing the president's deportation policies instead of addressing the threat posed by Iran. Lastly, Rep Hakeem Jeffries is criticized for supporting what is perceived as radical nonsense from the left. He attacked Pete Hegseth claiming that he is not fit for this role, but he is and has proven he can handle the job. Hegseth is good and he deserves all the credit he can get. Jeffries and Bernie Sanders despise Hegseth because they are pushing their agenda. Sanders argues that our generation should fight for economic justice, but it would be more beneficial to strive for economic freedom. He does not believe in the concept of a nuclear family, nor does he believe in resolve our foreign issues. He thinks we are running an oligarchy, which is preposterous. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Iran's regime has a history of deceit and terrorism, including killing Americans and targeting leaders like President Trump. A single nuclear warhead could devastate a city, and it's naive to think Iran wouldn't attack the U.S. despite geographic distance. The goal isn't to start a war with Iran but to prevent nuclear annihilation. Most tariff coverage reflects the views of Washington, D.C., or New York, overlooking fishermen, ranchers, and farmers who applaud the tariffs—a clear sign of the media's government and urban bias. Trump's talent as a dealmaker is perpetually underestimated. Additionally, it's fortunate that four Supreme Court justices remain steadfast. No delegate or ratifier of the Constitution would have endorsed a document allowing a single judge, like Judge Boasberg, to wield power in such a manner. President Trump is a genius. Communist China is isolated. Most of the rest of the world seeks trade and tariff deals. The stock market shot back up. It's Incredible. Trump has implemented a sweeping tariff plan, hitting China with a 104% levy and additional tariffs, effectively isolating it from global trade. He has shifted the trade landscape in a week, prompting over 70 countries to seek U.S. trade deals. Also, Trump says that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. They need to make a deal or else. Does this make Trump a neo-con? Of course not. What really hurt America was the Biden regimen and how they help fund Iran nuclear program. Iran's latest move seems to be an interim nuclear deal—a familiar tactic to buy more time while engaging in strategic delay. The message should be clear: no nuclear weapons means no nuclear weapons. An interim agreement is unnecessary, assuming that's what's being proposed. Barak Ravid's take is always worth examining, but the stance here should be firm: reject interim deals outright. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, a devastating helicopter crash in the Hudson River claimed the lives of all six aboard: three children, their parents, and the pilot. In a separate incident at Reagan National Airport, two planes collided when a taxiing jet clipped the wing of a stationary aircraft carrying several congressmen. These events underscore a troubling pattern of recent aviation mishaps. Additionally, a new mandate requires all individuals illegally present in the U.S. to register, a policy facing pushback from the left, who argue it's unjust. Critics on the left accuse Trump of lawlessness, while U.S. District Judges, like Judge Indira Talwani, challenge his actions, raising questions about their own grasp of legal principles. Afterward, in June 2024, Levin expressed concerns about President Biden's mental sharpness, highlighting cognitive decline as a significant problem. How could the media observe Biden's behavior and only now claim there was a cover-up? The authors of these Biden-focused books are the same media figures who concealed this issue. Also, The SAVE Act will stop illegals from voting without identification and registration. It is very important and good that it was passed, proving that Trump kept his promise to the American people. The Tax cuts are just as important as the SAVE Act as it will help the economy improve. Hakeem Jeffries claims that Republicans are trying to destroy the economy. He stated that Trump is cutting part of Medicaid which will take away health benefits to millions of people. The Medicaid program has been used and abused by people who are Illegal and should not be here in the first place, and people committing fraud by using the names of their dead relatives to get benefits or income. Another example would be Elon Musk and DOGE discovering millions of taxpayer dollars wasted on unemployment claims for fake people, stopping them once and for all.  Elon Musk and DOGE continue to find ways to clean the swamp, and exposing the failures that the Biden administration left us. Then, Iran's latest move seems to be an interim nuclear deal—a familiar tactic to buy more time while engaging in strategic delay. The message should be clear: no nuclear weapons means no nuclear weapons. An interim agreement is unnecessary, assuming that's what's being proposed. Barak Ravid's take is always worth examining, but the stance here should be firm: reject interim deals outright. Lastly, Gov. Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss the Florida House legislature. The Florida Senate is collaborating constructively to maintain the state's success, while the Florida House is veering liberal, pushing bills to undo tort reform, enrich trial lawyers, and “de-wokify” universities. The House's actions diverge from Florida's conservative agenda. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Trump has implemented a sweeping tariff plan, hitting China with a 104% levy and additional tariffs, effectively isolating it from global trade.  He has shifted the trade landscape in a week, prompting over 70 countries to seek U.S. trade deals. Trump's approach differs from the 1930s tariff wars, as he's a capitalist, unlike the socialist FDR. He seeks to slash taxes, shrink government, cut spending and regulations, and push a pro-growth agenda absent in that earlier era. Also, Trump says that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. They need to make a deal or else. Does this make Trump a neo-con? Of course not.  What really hurt America was the Biden regimen and how they help fund Iran nuclear program. Later, Democrats have contributed to a growing "assassination culture" in the U.S. through inflammatory rhetoric against Trump, and their current silence in the face of escalating violent rhetoric is tantamount to encouragement.  The Democrat Party has always been violent – they even defended lynching. Finally, Adam Kredo calls in to discuss a lawsuit filed by American victims of Hamas's October 7, 2023, attack accuses Al Jazeera and its U.S. affiliate of providing material support to Hamas by employing operatives as journalists and broadcasting propaganda. No delegate or ratifier of the Constitution would have endorsed a document allowing a single judge, like Judge Boasberg, to wield power in such a manner. Also, the Israeli Supreme Court decided to freeze the firing of Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar until further notice. This court is disregarding the sovereignty of the people, using Stalinist tactics to undermine the elected Prime Minister, and being supported by Marxist-Islamist protesters and a radical media, all while posing as justices. This is a global embarrassment. Later, Retired Police Lieutenant Douglas Deaton calls in to explain that he warned Texas officials about the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) establishing a Sharia-compliant "mega-city" near Dallas. His testimony during a Collin County Commissioners Court hearing exposed EPIC's ties to Sharia advocacy, prompting Texas Governor Greg Abbott to order state investigations, including a Texas Rangers criminal probe. Afterward, Iran's fanatical fundamentalist Islamists have threatened our country with death again and again. Those who appease Iran, smear those who are clearheaded about Iran, and lie to the American people about what is truly at stake are the worst kind of demagogues -- mouthpieces for an enemy that has declared its intentions. A single nuclear warhead could devastate a city, and it's naive to think Iran wouldn't attack the U.S. despite geographic distance. The goal isn't to start a war with Iran but to prevent nuclear annihilation. Accepting Iran's pursuit of nukes contradicts American values, as they aim to destroy the West. Trump insists Iran must be prevented from acquiring nuclear weapons, recognizing their terrorist nature and potential to deploy them. Also, a retired police lieutenant, Douglas Deaton, has revealed disturbing details about a planned Sharia-compliant "Islamic mega-city" near Dallas, Texas, called EPIC City, sparking investigations by Texas officials. Gov Greg Abbott has responded by directing state agencies and the Texas Rangers to investigate allegations of illegal activities, emphasizing that Sharia law is not permitted in Texas. Such a city must never exist in the U.S., American law must be followed without exception, not Sharia law. Zuhdi Jasser, Founder of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy (AIFD), calls in and explains that this mega-city aims to isolate its community to shield youth from freedom and liberty, despite claims of religious freedom. The leader of this mega-city has denied the Holocaust and praised Hamas's actions. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the Supreme Court, in a 5-4 ruling, allowed the Trump administration to temporarily slash hundreds of millions in teacher-training funds as part of its anti-DEI push, with Chief Justice John Roberts joining the three radical justices. Roberts' reliability has become very troubling.  This case highlights a jurisdictional issue that poses a significant problem. It appears that the five justices are laying the foundation to reign in these lower courts. Also, Judge James Boasberg is weighing whether to hold the Trump administration in contempt for supposedly violating his order halting the deportation of Venezuelan gang members, but there's a catch. For contempt to stick, those involved need to have actually received and read the written order, not just heard about it secondhand. When was Boasberg's order documented, and to whom exactly did he direct it? Later, Marine Le Pen's situation in France mirrors President Trump's, where she was leading in the polls and was seen as a threat to Macron, leading to her political takedown.  Meanwhile, the media faces a scandal as Hamas admits its death toll numbers—widely reported—were false, exposing the same outlets that lied about Biden, the COVID lab leak, Hunter Biden, and more – sickening.  Afterward, the media focuses on grilling Republicans about tariffs but ignores foreign tariffs on U.S. goods, like China's 67% rates. Nothing happened as a result of this Signal chat, but Democrats are attempting to spin it into something significant that it isn't. A Republican congresswoman pushed for proxy voting for pregnant women, but the vast majority of Republicans don't believe in proxy voting. Show up or don't vote. 9 Republicans got upset and voted with Democrats, which canceled votes for the week. A tiny minority shouldn't be able to derail President Trump's priorities. We can't have this constant blackmail. They have a budget bill to pass, and they need to get massive tax cuts in place. You can't believe the media. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, President Trump's tariffs must be paired with major Trump tax cuts to avoid a recession and grow the economy. Tax cuts don't cause inflation or deficits—government spending and money printing do. Ronald Reagan's tax cuts prove this. Without tax cuts, a recession will hit, and Republicans will suffer in the midterms. This is the Democrat's economy which Trump is trying to fix.  Also, the Wisconsin Supreme Court vote was a tragic missed opportunity that could lead the state toward a California-like future. Non-voting Republicans failed to protect their communities, potentially dooming the state to soaring taxes and regulations, marking another instance of self-inflicted tyranny. Later, the media is shockingly defending criminals and terrorists, as seen when Leslie Stahl asked a hostage if Hamas starved him due to their own lack of food. Meanwhile, they ignore critical stories, like a young Palestinian murdered for opposing Hamas. You can't believe the media.
