How do you define success? For my guest, Monica Mo, it required letting go of her ego, focusing on community, and leading from within. The moment when you realize that letting go of your ego and focusing on solving your communities' problems is the true key to success, you will never look back. So often, we fixate on ourselves. We worry, "Am I saying the right thing? Do I look the part? Should I get more credentials? Is my content up to par with others in my arena?" All of these are valid, understandable questions, but the answers to these questions will not necessarily help solve your communities’ problems. Our Podcast guest, Monica Mo, shares how she achieved success and fulfillment when she embraced the raw, vulnerable, humanness of people, and let go of trying to seem qualified enough, saying exactly the right thing, and shed her ego. I cannot lie, I have a major girl crush on Monica, and this episode highlights exactly why. I’m amazed by her life experiences and how she effectively uses them to enhance her business and life. I value how she leads with her heart and inner wisdom to aid and build her community. And, I respect her generosity and advice. Be sure to listen until the end...because Monica asks a bombshell question that gave ME goosebumps. Monica and I would love to hear your answers!
