Today Sony has announced the new Sony A7r III mirrorless camera - the latest in its A7 lineup. The A7rIII looks extremely promising. They seemed to have cleaned up a lot of the little frustrations with the A7rII, increased the performance and added some nice new features for both still and video shooting in 4k. The camera will be available at the end of November. Sony also introduced 2 lenses - the 24-105 f/4.0 OSS FE and a telephoto prime - a 400mm f/2.8 to be released in the summer of 2018. Also announced as I was about to film this video - DxO has purchased Nik Software from Google. This is incredible news as Nik is one of the best post production packages I've used. Google have announced they're abandoning development on Nik so its nice to see someone committed to keeping it up to date.

Lanciata nel 2011 da Nik Software, una società specializzata in fotografia digitale, è stata poi acquisita da Google che ne sta continuando lo sviluppo, ma che purtroppo ha eliminato la versione desktop che era uscita nel 2012 per focalizzarsi unicamente su iOS e Android.Puoi scattare una foto dalla app o modificarne una già esistente.Ci sono tutti gli strumenti di modifica classici: ritaglio, rotazione, luminosità, contrasto, saturazione, effetto vignetta, ecc.Per aggiungere il testo puoi scegliere fra 40 stili preimpostati a cui poi puoi cambiare colore e opacità. Laurie Rubin is an international award-winning photographer specializing in nature and aerial photography. Her passion for photography includes a career working in the Education departments of software companies such as Nik Software, Google+ Photos, and Macphun. She is currently working with ViewBug and as an inception Master for Trey Ratcliff’s The Arcanum.  Most recently, one of her aerial images was selected to be on a worldwide tour with DJI’s SkyPixel Perspective Gallery. She won 1st place in the Winsland Smith Rice International Awards for the Zoo & Aquarium category. Her image was in the 2013 Fall Awards issue of Nature’s Best and was displayed at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum.
