Today's hosts: Bentolas, Gershom, and Woolly So back in 2004 there was an episode of South Park where a cyborg from the future - the year 2034 to be precise - traveled back in time to destroy Cartman's Dawson's Creek trapper keeper. I don't know what's crazier - that we are now CLOSER to 2034 than we are to the year that episode came out, or that South Park is still going. I mean, I'm not gonna complain. We have a review from the very man himself, Thrall! Thrall says: Dear..."entertainers," I just...why? Why in the name of the ancestors would you name your podcast after my testicles? I'm quite disturbed, and to be honest, I was very concerned about Nazgrim ever since he first uttered the troublesome phrase. Just...why? Anyway, I decided to listen anyway, and...Jesus christ. This is a sentence I never thought I'd say, but I never thought my balls would come to be associated with such vulgarity. I award you no stars, and may the Arbiter have mercy on your souls. Oh, and I really don't appreciate the comments about my mother. You've got a lot of growing up to do, buddy. Suck my balls. Sometime later: Update, I listened to a few more episodes and I get it. I am proud to have my mighty meaties associated with this show. Keep up the good work! Okay, here's actually what's happening - I think it would be fun to speculate what different lore characters would think of TB, so from time to time we're gonna reach into the aether and find out xD If you want to send a real review, email us: ThrallsBallsPodcast@gmail.com! Convert to Raid Presents: The podcast for World of Warcraft and other Blizzard Games!
This week, the guys bring in a very special guest — Sloot, main tank and raid leader for Midwinter, the US 1st, World 3rd guild! First, how has the Blackrock Foundry raid instance compared with other tiers for Midwinter, and how did they manage to pull so far ahead of everyone else this time? Can they do it again for Hellfire Citadel, and do they have any new plans for patch 6.2? The guys also go in depth into the encounters for the next raid now being tested on the PTR. What has been seen on the PTR, and what is there to look forward to? Also, will these fights be just as reliant on personal responsibility as we’ve seen in Warlords of Draenor so far, and is that a good thing? The guys will even talk about some crazy mechanics that raiders will need to understand before heading in! Plus, a preview of the Tanaan Jungle, more on Timewalking and what it’s meant to be, a recap of the Heroes of the Dorm tournament, your questions, and much more!

This week Blizzard put patch 6.2 on the test realms, and if you’ve been looking for more content, here it is! The Tanaan Jungle will open, and includes a brand new raid tier with Hellfire Citadel. Archimonde will be the last boss of the instance, which brings up a couple of different questions. Will this tier bring in a storyline involving the Burning Legion? Will we see Sargeras? And on the other hand, what does this mean for the real world timeline of Warlords of Draenor? Opening the Tanaan Jungle is only the beginning of new content. Players will be adding to their garrison with the new Shipyard, which will not only be the initial way to get to Tanaan, but will lead to naval missions as well. A new Mythic dungeon difficulty was announced for 6.2, where players can tackle tough team content for item level 680 loot on a weekly lockout. But is reworking of current content a great catch up tool, or something that will be set aside rather quickly? The Timewalking feature will also be coming to 6.2, where old school dungeons from previous expansions will be scaled to challenge players that have out leveled them in a new sort of “heroic” difficulty. Does this light the way for more scaled content, like Timewalking in old school raids, or will this “renewing” of old content be met with indifference? Plus, more on the Legendary Ring (and it’s new proc), some BIG class changes for raiders in 6.2, and more in the jam packed episode of Convert to Raid!

Convert to Raid Presents: The podcast for World of Warcraft and other Blizzard Games!
This week, Blizzard turned the Warlords of Draenor alpha into the Warlords of Draenor betal, allowing more people access to test server stability. And the CtR crew was there to check it all out. Aside from lots of crashes and bugs, there were a bunch of changes to explore! Tanaan Jungle, the entry point in the next expansion, appeared in the latest build. Khadgar, Thrall and others will test your meddle, unless of course you’re decked out in heroic gear from Siege of Orgrimmar. The guys will give you a glimpse into the action, and tell you what awards await. Some players may be feeling left out in the cold in the beta process, however. The crew takes a look at some of the issues with the beta invite process, and takes you through the timeline as it appeared on Twitter. Another sticking point for some players this week — faction capitals. Blizzard announced at Blizzcon 2013 that the faction capitals would be at Karabor and Bloodspire. But during the development process, and with the greater development of garrisons, the devs have changed their collective mind. While these cities will still be explorable, auction houses, portals, and all normal faction capital functions will be on the island of Ashran, just outside of the PvP zone. The guys give you the lowdown and their opinions on why Blizz made the change. Plus, the new male human model arrives, Shadowmoon Burial Grounds preview, and a bunch of your questions. It’s another jam packed show, so hang on for another fun ride through Warcraft-land!
