Auf den ersten Blick scheinen sie sehr praktisch zu sein, da sie auch das Ende eines Arbeitsverhältnisses klar definieren und damit für beide Parteien Gewissheit schaffen. Bei genauerem Hinsehen fällt jedoch auf, dass gerade bei befristeten Arbeitsverhältnissen viele Fallstricke lauern können. Zivilpersonen dürfen in bewaffneten Konflikten nicht das Ziel von Angriffen sein. Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass jeder Angriff, bei dem Zivilpersonen zu Schaden kommen, gegen das humanitäre Völkerrecht verstoßen. Der Verhältnismäßigkeitsgrundsatz des humanitären Völkerrechts, der in Art. 51(5)(b) des ersten Zusatzprotokolls kodifiziert ist und ausweislich der IKRK-Gewohnheitsrechtsstudie auch völkergewohnheitsrechtlich gilt, beschränkt die völkerrechtliche Zulässigkeit solcher „Kollateralschäden“ an der Zivilbevölkerung auf erwartete Schäden, die nicht außer Verhältnis zum antizipierten konkreten und direkten militärischen Vorteil stehen. On Horde side, Raid Team Kiddie Aggro is now 6/9 in Heroic Voidspire, having out punched the Double Dragons and then sending the Lightblinded Paladin trio bubble hearthing to the Shadowlands. Noob Raid completed the first three bosses in The Voidspire on Normal, and Dankinia’s death count is up to 11. Tetsemi- The next patch for Midnight arrives April 21, bringing new World content such as Void Assaults in Eversong Woods and Zul’Aman as well as Decor Duels – a Hide and Seek challenge that players will queue for. It’s also a busy time for WoW Holidays. Noblegarden ends April 13, Children’s Week arrives April 27 – which may be awkward as Outland orphan Salandria is now an adult NPC in Silvermoon – and Volunteer Guard Duty takes place April 28. Midnight may be bringing us another chance to murder a whole bunch more Trolls, with rumors swirling about islands off the coast near Zul'Aman -- which, incidentally, was the Troll raid for The Burning Crusade.We start off with a brief recap of the myriad of times in the past when we defeated one branch of trolls or another in a variety of settings.
