Such as a Tavor for home or urban defense, AR for Antifa crowd control, SBR for a car, etc. Or do you tend to specifically lean towards using one tool to cover all the jobs? Oh and Jeremy, regarding your comment a few weeks ago about “anyone that goes to therapy is either a pussy or a woman.” Fuck you and any other fucking fuck that fucking repeats that fucking lie you fucking fuck faced fuck. I know smith and Ruger have their options with the LCR and 642 but what are the pros and cons of each brand? I am not a revolver guy so I don't know what to look for. Side note based on small revolver recommendations what would be the bigger revolver recommendations so I can get more antiquated with the platform? Nick - What effect does bullet weight have on recoil for a 9mm? More specifically would a heavier bullet i.e., a 147 grain or heavier reduce recoil as opposed to a standard 115 grain? Another being is speaking through her, a being which claims not to be from Earth at all, a being which calls itself... Zygon. 1935: The Miracle of Pendour Cove by Lauren Mooney and Stewart Pringle Freddie Trewella has found a mermaid, beautiful and strange, washed ashore in a Cornish bay. But Freddie has secrets of his own, terrible secrets, and soon Vorvoren's great adventure among the humans becomes a nightmarish fight for survival... 1957: Double Agent by Trevor Baxendale In an England gripped by Cold War paranoia, wounded MI5 operative Caldwell is itching to rejoin the fray abroad. So why are the service sending him to a remote Cornish island? Can the future of the world really be at stake? Will he be able to complete his mission without falling foul of the hideous monsters stalking the caves? And who exactly is the island's other new arrival: an operative of quite a different kind, known only as the Doctor? **Please note: The Miracle of Pendour Cove contains depictions of domestic violence which we strongly advise is not suitable for younger listeners**

In this solo episode, Justin share some of his own research. Today he discusses the very unusual case of Richard Craig Smith. Craig was a former army counterintelligence agent who was arrested in April, 1984 for passing classified information to a KGB officer in Japan on several occasions. There are two very different versions of Craig's story. He did meet with a Soviet intelligence agent. He did give him information on American double agents and he was paid for this information. Craig did not dispute this during the trial, but his defense was that he'd done it at the behest of case officers from the CIA who had approached him and recruited him as a double agent against the KGB. If that was so, why was he ever brought to trial in the first place? Because the CIA did not claim him as one of their recruited agents. So, either he was a spy and a traitor... or he was a double agent left out in the cold by his own country.Connect with Spycraft 101:Get Justin's latest book, Murder, Intrigue, and Conspiracy: Stories from the Cold War and Beyond, here.spycraft101.comIG: @spycraft101Shop: shop.spycraft101.comPatreon: Spycraft 101Find Justin's first book, Spyshots: Volume One, here.Check out Justin's second book, Covert Arms, here.Download the free eBook, The Clandestine Operative's Sidearm of Choice, here.Grayman Briefing ClassifiedUse code GBCSpycraft to save 20% on your subscription.Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. Frederick Rutland—”Rutland of Jutland”—was a war hero, renowned World War I aviator…and a Japanese spy. In the years leading up to Pearl Harbor, Rutland shared information on U.S. aviation and naval developments to the Japanese, desperate for knowledge of U.S. capability. The funny thing was, as Ron Drabkin notes in his book Beverly Hills Spy: The Double-Agent War Hero Who Helped Japan Attack Pearl Harbor (William Morrow, 2024), that most people were pretty sure that the boisterous Rutland was spying for someone. But for a variety of reasons—misplaced priorities, bureaucratic infighting, embarrassment over a British national spying on the U.S., or just bewilderment that someone so open and outgoing could pull off something as secretive as espionage—everyone left utland alone until it was too late. Ronald Drabkin is the author of Beverly Hills Spy and peer-reviewed articles on Japanese espionage. His obsession with espionage history started when he was as a child in Los Angeles, where he vaguely understood that his father had been working for the US military in counterintelligence. Later he discovered that his grandfather had also been in “the business,” and it drove a voyage of discovery into previously classified documents on three continents. His career prior to writing was at early stage startups in the US, where he was an early adopter of Google and Facebook advertising. Thursday's 7am hour of Mac & Cube started off with a look back at what Alabama did during their day at SEC Media Days & how Cole felt being called a "Double Agent" by Nick Saban to Kalen DeBoer; then, Steve Sarkisian and Quinn Ewers said some things that were really Alabama & Nick Saban like; later, of the 4 teams on Day 4 (Arkansas, Texas A&M, Auburn, and Kentucky) the guys say which will be the biggest surprise of 2024; and finally, Billy Liucci, executive editor of Tex Ags, tells us what he wants to hear from Mike Elko & what having the Texas vs. A&M rivalry means for college football.
