BB28 Roundtable Week 2 Also available on YouTube Each Monday night, Taran Armstrong (@ArmstrongTaran) and Melissa Deni (@itsmelissaaa) will be joined by a rotating guest to discuss the past week in Big Brother 28. After running down all of the latest advancements, they'll rate and rank the houseguests to update the weekly Stockwatch. Big Brother 28 sees the house in chaos as alliances shift and targets move with every late-night conversation. Taran Armstrong and Melissa Deni are joined by Pooya for a strategy-packed recap of the latest feeds and the houseguest Stockwatch. This week, the show dives into the aftermath of Ashley’s eviction under Dee’s HoH, followed by Devens’ reign as the new Head of Household. The failed flip to save Ashley leaves the vets seeming dominant, but Devens’ decision to backdoor Rome stirs the game. After using the Veto on Lyric instead of Melody, Devens follows through with a risky plan, believing in deals with Lyric and Rome despite obvious signs it’s a ploy. Meanwhile, social fallout spreads: new factions shift, paranoia grows, and the lines between the dominant alliance and the outsiders blur. The cast questions whether the vets really have full control, especially as new twists like the time capsule shake things up. Melissa questions why the vets exposed their alliance so openly and didn’t smooth things over with Rome after locking him out of the HOH room. Taran points out how Devens’ Veto choice both weakens his position and gives Lyric and Rome the opening they need, analyzing the risk if Rome survives the Blockbuster. Discussion on Drew’s “messenger” problem: his alliance distrusts him even though he shares helpful intel, which could sink his game. Both hosts examine the social power shift between Melody (analytical but isolated) and Lyric (socially connected, just saved from eviction), debating who actually has the better position in the house. The group reviews live feed highlights, including unpredictable late-night moves and the audience’s Stockwatch ratings, and who fans are rooting for to leave next. As cracks form in the strongest alliance and the house debates between targeting Rome, Jason, or Melody, alliances are anything but stable. Did Devens’ veto move set his group up for long-term trouble, or can the vets regain their grip on the game? Listen in for the full inside scoop and analysis. 00:00 Welcoming Big Brother 28 Fans 06:14 Vets' Alliance Exposed in House 12:09 Paranoia Shakes Big Brother Vets 17:18 Drew Distrusted by Own Alliance 27:22 Melody vs Lyric: Game Comparison 34:54 Audience Ranks Episodes and Feeds 43:35 Devens' Big Brother HOH Decisions 54:14 Drew Becomes Fan Favorite Player 01:04:13 Players' Stock Watch Ratings Start 01:18:41 Dee Valladares' Strong Big Brother Position 01:29:10 Power Shifts: Lowered Player Ratings 01:47:55 Lyric Medeiros' Block Escape Never miss a minute of RHAP's extensive Big Brother coverage! BB28 Sunday Nominations Ep Recap, Week 2 Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28's alliances get pushed to the edge as chaos strikes after the latest HoH shakes up the game. Rob Cesternino, Taran Armstrong, David Bloomberg, and AJ Norris team up for a Sunday recap packed with strategy talk and messy house moments. Rick Devens wins HoH and, true to his Survivor roots, isn't content to play it safe. With back-channeling and fiery DRs, the panel goes deep on Devens' flashy nominations: Melody, Lyric, and Jason end up on the block, sending house loyalties scrambling. Angela's influence comes into focus—AJ thinks her manipulation steers Devens' HoH move, making messy, fun TV but also suiting his game. The group debates whether Melody’s “betrayal” in the HoH pairs comp really put her on the block, calling out a key production reshoot missing from the episode edit. Rome's misstep in naming too many allies to Devens becomes a lesson in bad negotiation. Meanwhile, Angela relishes her “showman” reputation, as her alliance gobbles up power and DR camera time, all while sporting the classic egg costume after winning the BB Time Capsule twist. AJ spotlights Angela’s clever handling of Rick Devens, speculating her persuasion shapes the “big move” nominations. Taran explains how Melody's switch in the HoH partner comp, due to a production reshoot, directly affects Devens' nominations—though the TV edit skips this. David breaks down Rome's negotiation blunder, noting you should never name your full alliance to an HoH. The group debates if Haley or Devens threw the final comp round, dissecting how throws and optics can reshape house perception. Jason's reaction to not winning the BB Time Capsule sparks laughs, with Taran suggesting his self-pity is extra performative. With the house lines drawn and finger-pointing on the rise, power seems fragile, Angela, Rick Devens, and Dee hold sway, but are lines about to shift again? Will Rick's chaotic HoH pay off, or did Angela's push for drama set up more trouble ahead? Aubry Bracco Talks Big Brother 28 Big Brother 28 is deep into chaos as alliances shift and eviction targets wobble, with the house fixated on the fallout from the HoH's big move and the relentless push-pull over who stays and who goes. Hosts Rob Cesternino and Taran Armstrong are joined by special guest Aubry Bracco for a recap and strategy deep dive, unpacking the current shakeups and social maneuvering as the game's pace tests even the most seasoned reality veterans. This episode covers Devens' reign as HoH and his struggle adapting to a position of power after mostly playing from the bottom, with discussions on his plan to target Rome and the resulting complications when the veto threatens to throw everything into question. Aubry delves into the differences between Survivor and Big Brother gameplay, especially around pacing and how alliances are built and tested over a week instead of a day. The trio breaks down the influence Dee and Angela wield in the group, Lyric's social savvy resulting in safety, and the chaotic ripple that comes from changing targets and messy coalition-building. The influence of outside friendships, especially the Survivor/Big Brother crossover, is front and center as Dee, Devens, and Angela navigate loyalty and self-interest. Aubry points out how Devens relies on feedback from his allies and finds working with others more comfortable than solo gameplay. Taran notes Dee's ability to connect with every type of player in the house, keeping her well-positioned even after making nominations. The hosts observe Lyric's impressive social maneuvering, getting almost everyone to support taking her off the block. Aubry and Taran agree that Barrett risks being left behind if he lets Dee's influence outpace his own relationships. The struggle between acting boldly and maintaining trust comes up as Devens questions if the house will really back his Rome plan at eviction. With shifting alliances and the week's eviction plan up in the air, the balance of power could tip at any moment. Will Devens and his allies keep control, or is another blindside on the way? Tune in for the full breakdown of the latest moves and what might come next in Big Brother 28. Brian sits down with Maggie Reese for a candid conversation about her journey through competitive shooting, personal loss, and finding her way back to the sport. Maggie didn't grow up shooting despite firearms being in her household. Her dad took her to the range at 18 with a "learn how it works, then decide" approach, and she was hooked. Starting with a 1911 .45 (and stubbornly sticking with it despite plenty of mansplaining), she showed up at the 2007 Steel Challenge World Championships in Piru completely unprepared and was welcomed in by legends like Taran Butler, Dave Sevigny, Todd Jarrett, and Julie Golob, an experience that shaped everything that followed. Taran especially became a lifelong influence, pushing her into USPSA and 3-gun, and eventually introducing her to Michael Voigt, the longtime USPSA president who became her husband. Their marriage centered around shooting, travel, and shared passion until Michael's death from cancer, which coincided with a difficult period caring for her parents through her mom's dementia and eventually losing both of them. Maggie stepped back from serious competition and cycled through sponsorships with Colt and then Ruger while working through burnout. Recently, a phone call with Taran led to him sending her a TTI Combat Master and pushing her to shoot Area 2, where she rediscovered her love for the sport. She discussed her strong feelings on junior shooter sponsorships, believing kids should be kids without adult-level performance pressure, her instruction work with Girls Just Want to Have Guns, her role on the Women's Outdoor Media Association board and their Amateurs and Experts podcast, and her approach to advocacy through demonstration rather than debate. The Michael Voigt Scholarship Fund at USPSA came from her and Mike Foley's decision to redirect funeral flowers toward supporting the next generation. Maggie is now shooting her first IDPA match this weekend, embracing red dots on everything, and easing back into the sport on her own terms. Host Taran Armstrong teams up with guest Matt Liguori for a live feed recap, diving into day 11's fallout after nominations, secret meetings, and emotional confrontations rock the house. Devens is HoH and triggers a power shift by considering a big move against Rome, with Angela fueling talk of a backdoor plan. The Tool Shed alliance forms after a major group meeting, intentionally locking out Rome, Jason, and Lyric, who quickly realize they're on the outs. The day sees Drew and Barrett, supposed moles, try to keep both sides appeased while houseguests debate who's really loyal to whom. Nominations land on Jason, Lyric, and Melody, sparking breakdowns (including a tearful Lala and a “messy bitch” exchange between Jason and Angela, with Angela in an egg costume after failing the time capsule comp). Strategic conversations shift as Melody scrambles to survive, alliances wobble, and Rome's emotional apology tour continues, punctuated by heated arguments and even barking. Taran highlights the Tool Shed alliance meeting and its effect on Rome, Jason, and Lyric's sense of isolation. Matt points out Rome's “apology tour” and the sleep deprivation that might fuel his decision-making and outbursts. Devens as HoH, with Angela's failed time capsule power, shifts worries about the vets' control and gives outsiders hope. Melody, seeing no loyalty from her former group, works angles with Drew and Devens, opening the door for a flip. Wild nomination ceremony drama: Angela's egg costume, Jason's outbursts, and constant house sobbing keep emotions high. Power stays shaky as alliances test each other's loyalty and houseguests scramble to survive. BB28 Thursday Eviction Ep Recap, Week 1 Big Brother 28 starts off with tension high as the house sees its first unanimous eviction and players begin drawing lines between alliances and floaters. Rob Cesternino is joined by Taran Armstrong, Sasha Joseph, and Lovina Pavel, diving into the messiest moments from eviction night and the latest twists shaking up the game. The episode spotlights Ashley's eviction, a result of both her low-key social strategy and a last-minute campaign bungle that left her with no real allies. Taran breaks down how the “crossovers” alliance almost exposed themselves while trying to save Ashley, then managed to swerve and keep their true numbers hidden. The panel also unpacks the new BB Time Capsule twist, debating how returning houseguests like Angela, Dee, and Devens might shape the vote and whether this could spark a new battle between newbies and vets. Sasha and Lovina look at who's most likely to become a fan favorite for the first new power and laugh over awkward Diary Room bits and odd eviction speeches. Lovina calls the episode a “nothing burger,” pointing out that standout moments mainly come from the houseguests' quirky personalities. Taran Armstrong highlights how the crossovers alliance risked revealing itself to save Ashley, but ultimately pulled off damage control. Sasha Joseph roots for chaos from “rat floaters” like Drew and Barrett, hoping for more messy gameplay in the weeks ahead. The group discusses how the BB Time Capsule twist could push the house's new players to turn on the returnees, depending who wins America's vote. With alliances shifting and the next HOH about to be crowned, will the house stick with the safe play or is the stage set for a real shakeup? BB28 Wednesday Live Feed Update July 15, 2026 Big Brother 28 live feeds are all about shifting alliances and a scramble to lock in votes as eviction approaches. Hosted by Taran Armstrong, this recap dives deep into how week one's power players and floaters are navigating a rapidly changing house. AJ joins to help break down every deal, campaign, and misstep from the July 15th live feeds. Dee takes the reins as the current Head of Household, having nominated Mallory, Taylor, and Yash. After Mallory secures the Veto and saves herself, Dee puts Ashley up as a replacement. The eviction target is in constant flux, with Ashley unexpectedly drawing attention as a potential eviction, even though she started as a pawn. The vote still threatens to become split, with houseguests aligning and realigning at every turn. Notably, paranoia is running high, fueled by rumors of a supposed gym alliance meeting and by shifting alliances like the “crossovers” (Dee, Devens, Angela, Drew, Barrett) and Red Corner adding and dropping allies as trust wavers. Dee and Barrett's growing closeness could shift both their positions in the alliance structure, and AJ points out this pairing is raising suspicions across the house. Drew is playing with fire, gathering and leaking information to multiple groups—a tactic Taran describes as risky and likely unsustainable. Angela's paranoia over a rumored alliance meeting in the gym cascades into major strategy shifts, sparking the crossovers to rethink their priorities and solidify keeping Ashley over Taylor or Yash. AJ highlights how some houseguests (like Kamu and Haley) capitalize on this paranoia to forge a Red Corner/crossovers hybrid, quietly uniting the numbers against floating targets. A funny moment: Taylor accidentally drops a tray of champagne glasses in the dark before a birthday celebration, bringing some comic relief to a tense day. The conversation focused on whether the newly formed hybrid alliance will stick together and if Taylor or Yash will find a lifeline in the shifting sands—or if Dee's group has finally learned how to pull house votes from behind the scenes. Will these power brokers make the right call, or are they headed for disaster as eviction approaches? Tune in for the full recap and see who's shaping up as a BB28 kingpin—or a casualty. BB28 Sunday Nominations Ep Recap, Week 1 Big Brother 28 is off to a fast and strategic start as the house settles into the tension between returning players and new faces. Rob Cesternino is joined by Taran Armstrong, Aman Adwin, and Mary Kwiatkowski for this recap episode, where they break down all the major alliances, competitions, and social shakeups from the first big weekend in the house. The panel digs into how HOH Dee Valladares sets the tone by nominating Yash Patel, Taylor Brown, and Mallory Aurichio, with Ashley Trail joining them as a pawn after Mallory grabs the Veto. Much of the discussion centers on the “crossovers” alliance led by returnees Dee, Rick Devens, and Angela Murray, who recruit Drew Campbell and Barrett Pfeiffer to their tight five. Meanwhile, the “red corner” group, Kamuela “Kamu” Kirk, Haley Thogmartin, and Chuk Anyanwu, believe they're running the game, showing just how layered and secretive this season's gameplay is becoming. Taran compares how early-game alliances can change quickly and how being brought in last isn't always fatal in Big Brother. Aman highlights Dee's strategy of overlapping alliances and how Rick Devens's openness with information could make him a wildcard. Mary dives into Chuk's awkward gender-based pitch to Haley and the “fun fact” segment about Ashley never eating a burger. The panel discusses how Jason De Puy is quietly rallying an anti-vet group, but wonders if the newbies will rally before the vets take control. As alliances form and information spreads, will the new players wake up to the quiet steamroll forming, or are the returnees set for a smooth ride? BB28 Roundtable Week 1 Each Monday night, Taran Armstrong (@ArmstrongTaran) and Melissa Deni (@itsmelissaaa) will be joined by a rotating guest to discuss the past week in Big Brother 28. After running down all of the latest advancements, they'll rate and rank the houseguests to update the weekly Stockwatch. Big Brother 28 opens with the house trying to figure out who to trust, as alliances shift and the first nominations set the stage for early drama. On this Round Table episode, Taran Armstrong and Melissa Deni are joined by Aysha Welch (Survivor 47, Perfect Match Podcast) as they break down Week 1 moves, shifting social ties, and the chaos of a crowded house. The team recaps Dee Valladares’s first HOH reign, discussing how Dee nominates Mallory Aurichio, Taylor Brown, and Yash Patel, before Mallory wins Veto and saves herself, leading Ashley Trail to be named the replacement nominee. The hosts explore the strategy behind Dee’s picks, noting her goal of choosing nominees from each competition group to keep heat off herself. The Crossovers alliance (Angela Murray, Barrett Pfeiffer, Drew Campbell, Rick Devens, and Dee) dominates popularity polls, while smaller alliances and connections, like the showmance between Rome Seymour and Lyric Medeiros, offer possible shakeups. Tensions spark when Angela Murray’s distrust of Jason De Puy grows due to leaked information, putting alliance unity to the test. Dee Valladares balances two alliances by making nonthreatening nominations, helping her dodge early backlash. Melissa Denny highlights how Crossovers members top popularity rankings and control house dynamics. Aysha Welch compares the week's uncertainty to walking into a party where everyone's still figuring out their social circle. Mallory Aurichio's Veto win leaves the house split between sending home Yash Patel or Ashley Trail. With Dee's HOH earning record high praise and the Crossovers running the early game, the house's next steps could flip the balance. Will Dee's careful approach carry her through the next week, or will a new HOH spark a shift in power? Catch the full episode with Taran, Melissa, and Aysha for more strategy, rankings, and in-house stories. 00:00 Big Brother 28 Roundtable Begins 08:15 Dee Valladares' HOH Choices Explained 10:33 Nominee Veto Shakes Up Week 1 16:06 Crossovers Alliance Strength Revealed 23:32 Angela Murray Versus Jason De Puy Brewing 29:42 Telling Secrets: Drew's Risky Move 34:06 Showmances and Week 1 Popularity 45:09 First Episode and Feeds Ratings 52:07 Dee's HOH Reign Breaks Records 59:50 BB28 Player Ratings Kick Off 01:15:40 Dee Valladares Dominates HOH Week Never miss a minute of RHAP's extensive Big Brother coverage! BB28 Monday Live Feed Update July 13, 2026 Big Brother 28 brings big moves as alliances shift and eviction plans pick up steam. Host Taran, joined by Brian Scally, recaps day six in the house on this Live Feed Update. The tension is high as HoH Dee has to pick a replacement after Mallory wins Veto, and the house scrambles to figure out where the votes will land. Dee first nominates Mallory, Taylor, and Yash, but when Mallory wins Veto, Dee leans towards putting up Ashley as the replacement. The reasoning centers around the original premiere challenge groups, but there's plenty of pushback and debate about which nominee should actually go. Taylor works the house aggressively for promises and support, while Ashley becomes more active in her gameplay after being warned she'll likely hit the block. The vets and their close allies—the “crossovers”—focus on making “parachute” alliances by picking non-vets to be their public allies and decoys, while new groups like Mama's Angels (Rome, Jason, LaTrice) form on the opposite side. In the middle, Kamu and Chuk are strategizing how to keep shields in place and manage the gender numbers. Taran points out Taylor's direct approach in locking up votes and how it could backfire or cement her status. Drew pitches the parachute strategy, getting Barrett to link with Mallory as a public duo. Dee shares her dislike for Haley and takes a risk by leaking info to Rome, which could expose her. Jason keeps pushing the anti-vet agenda and questions production's edit, hoping to swing others his way. The target keeps moving between Taylor, Ashley, and Yash as alliances and motives shift throughout the day. With the replacement nominee still pending and red corner alliances disagreeing about who to evict, can Dee's crew keep control or will the power start to slip? Catch the full breakdown to hear exactly how the game is shifting in the Big Brother 28 house. BB28 Premiere Recap Big Brother 28 kicks off with chaos and confusion as Rob Cesternino hosts this premiere Recap alongside Taran Armstrong, welcoming guests Melissa Deni and Pooya. The house is left in shock after a wild twist involving dinosaurs, time travel, and a reality TV legend meeting a bizarre fate, setting a tense and unpredictable mood right from the jump. The panel digs into the BB28 premiere's headline moment: Rachel Reilly's dramatic exit, chased by a faux velociraptor and thrown into a volcano, leaving fans and houseguests stunned and scrambling for answers. Melissa and Pooya debate the impact of the time-travel twist, wondering whether the “house time machine” could undo Rachel's departure or play into future buybacks. Only the three returning icons, Angela, Rick Devens, and a soon-to-be-revealed third, compete for the first HoH, forcing the BB28 newbies into immediate deal-making as they battle for safety. The group highlights misplays from early strategizers like Jason and LaTrice, who signal their intent to go after previous players right in front of the power-holders. Comic relief breaks out with the high-velocity slime challenge and themed comp sets, while social dynamics begin to take shape as showmances, alliances, and floaters navigate day-one confusion. Rachel Reilly's shocking “death by volcano” prompts speculation about whether a time machine twist could bring her back into the game. Only returning icons compete for HoH, putting pressure on newbies to form alliances fast or risk becoming early targets. Jason and LaTrice draw heat by targeting returnees before the HoH comp, raising questions about trust and early house dynamics. Notable personalities, including a mustachioed Rome, quirky Mallory, and Melissa's take on the over-the-top slime challenge, add humor and strategy, with live feed updates set to reveal more soon. Julie Chen's stone-faced delivery brings laughs as she sells the campy twists, anchoring a night of unpredictable BB action. Strategic debates swirl around whether opening up about superfan status puts a target on your back. The two also discuss how the time travel theme and hints of more houseguests shape the initial social game, with speculation about returning players and outsiders from other reality shows. Funny moments pop up as Rob and Taran try to decode awkward intro videos and ponder possible “alien” or “dinosaur” twists. Ashley instantly grabs attention as a bubbly strategist who claims live feed roots and hints at playing under the radar—possibly channeling a young Rachel Reilly, as noted by Taran. Barrett stands tall (literally) as a verified superfan and potential comp threat, pledging to hide his knowledge while hoping his height helps him in both challenges and the social game. The entire cast embraces the idea of a showmance—Rob and Taran joke that nearly everyone's “single and ready to mingle,” teeing up a flirt-heavy season. Rome's wild intro, referring to “betas and submissives” and his trading card collection, leaves the hosts questioning how he'll really fit into the house hierarchy. Speculation heats up about returning players joining, including the strong chance of cross-show contenders, with Taran mapping out how veteran BB and even Survivor players could reshape alliances and early voting blocs. As alliances begin to form and the suspicion of extra houseguests looms, the BB28 house feels truly unpredictable. Will superfans dominate, or will the reality veterans outmaneuver the rookies? Tune in for Rob and Taran's BB28 breakdown and get the scoop on every cast move, strategic swap, and live feed update you need to stay ahead of the game! Rachel Explains How to Win Big Brother Host Taran Armstrong welcomes winner Rachel for a “How to Win Big Brother” strategy conversation, where they unpack what it takes to navigate new school Big Brother just as BB28 looms. In this winner-focused episode, Rachel shares her hard-won advice from BB13 and her recent run, comparing how the BB26 house operates now with its chaotic HOH reigns, ever-changing Veto stakes, and game-flipping arenas. Taran and Rachel discuss how “creating your own luck” is a must, as social maneuvering often trumps brute comp wins in this era. They break down why nobody can coast, how returnees are both targets and assets, and why masterminds must adapt their play for every season. Rachel's tips also include jury management, reading shifting house moods, and why even bold personalities need to build real bonds before making big moves. Expect strategy stories, mistakes to avoid, and honest talk about the pressure to win the vote in the end. Rachel insists “you have to make everyone like you”—social connections are the best shield from random twists. In BB26, even the tightest allies can find themselves nominated, so players must be both prepared for anything and quick to form new alliances. Taran spotlights that returnees need to reinvent their games; copying old strategies rarely works the same way twice. Smart players use questions and genuine curiosity to form deep connections, setting up “jury votes” long before the finale. Emotional control matters: Rachel and Taran share lessons on when to bite your tongue in the house and only vent to the Diary Room. With power shifts looming and BB28 casting soon, the BB26 lessons are clear—adapt or get left behind. Will new school players play socially strong enough to withstand the next twist, and can a legend pull off a win in this wild new era? Xavier’s Blueprint for Winning Big Brother Today, in this special “How to Win Big Brother” episode, host Taran Armstrong welcomes BB23 winner Xavier Prather to break down the art of outsmarting, outplaying, and outlasting in the BB house. As secrets swirl and power shifts, smart players are working overtime to balance competitive fire, social bonds, and the risky game of keeping secrets. This week, Taran and Xavier dig into BB26's real-time action: how the players are preparing for— or deciding to throw—key competitions, where the social pecking order stands after a tense HoH, and how some houseguests are navigating jury management even before the votes. The discussion spotlights why studying past seasons (not just relying on AI tips!) can be the real edge, and how knowing what competitions to take seriously, and when to step back, can make a winner. They also highlight how revealing or hiding secrets—about your alliances, your showmances, or your own background—can swing trust in your favor or paint a target on your back, especially deep into the game. Xavier warns that relying on AI advice is lazy—true BB students watch and learn from previous seasons Positioning and perception are everything: players weigh when it's smart to win a comp or throw it without tipping off the house Building genuine social connections—and knowing which secrets to keep or share—can decide your fate and the jury's final vote Messy gameplay versus careful strategy: should players play for the drama or stick to the path of least resistance? The late-game challenge: Xavier reveals why the last evictions can shape the whole jury room, not just the finale chair As alliances shift and deals get cut, one misstep can turn the house upside down. Will BB26’s houseguests take Xavier's advice and control their own fate, or let paranoia and loose lips ruin their game? Chelsie Reveals How to Win Big Brother Big Brother 26 takes center stage as host Taran Armstrong kicks off the “How to Win Big Brother” series with special guest and BB26 winner Chelsie. As Big Brother 28 looms, they break down what it really takes to survive the ever-changing game, especially with new twists and unpredictable power shifts keeping everyone on their toes. In this strategy-packed episode, Taran and Chelsie use the chaos of BB26—featuring the game-changing blockbuster competition that forces three nominees and adds last-minute drama—to talk through the best moves for new houseguests. Chelsie stresses the importance of building a strong social game from minute one, explaining why adaptability trumps having a rigid game plan. Together, they dissect common mistakes, like barking up the wrong alliance tree, putting trust in showmances, and agreeing to be a pawn (bad idea!). From navigating HOH pressures and unpredictable veto outcomes to preparing for the physical demands of late-game competitions, this episode's packed with examples and practical advice—straight from Chelsie's journey to the end. Chelsie breaks down why social strategy always comes before comp wins—your safety is in relationships, not just power. The blockbuster twist shakes up HOH strategy; putting up an ally as a pawn is almost always a recipe for disaster. Never volunteer to go on the block: Taran and Chelsie agree, pawns make easy targets, and repeat nominations paint a target on your back. Endgame comp beasts set the tone, but Chelsie shares why flexibility—not just training—keeps players off the block and in control. Showmances offer drama but rarely win—trusting them, or trying to use them, often backfires for new players. As alliances form and break and every HoH faces tougher choices, the lesson is clear: adaptability and social savvy win games, not just comp strength. Showmances offer drama but rarely win—trusting them, or trying to use them, often backfires for new players. As alliances form and break and every HoH faces tougher choices, the lesson is clear: adaptability and social savvy win games, not just comp strength. The team also has some laughs with wild picks and joking conspiracies—imagining which Big Brother icons, chaos agents, or even past showmances could shake up the house. Draft highlights include Taran's case for Vince as a must-return “old school” player, Sasha's confidence in seeing puzzle-lover Tucker back in action, and Rob's pick of Angela Murray as a Big Brother and Amazing Race star with more to prove. America’s Favorite Player winners like Keanu and fan-loved strategists like Tiffany are hotly debated as likely choices for return. The potential for various twists is discussed: Will there be just a few returning captains, half returnees, all stars, or just a shocking surprise on move-in night? The panel weighs the real chances for big personalities from BB23-27, while also rooting for the ultimate “redemption arc” for both newly infamous and long-missed Houseguests. Some picks stir debate over whether these alums want to play again—or if CBS wants them back in the first place!
