Big Brother 28 gets messy as alliances shift and secrets bubble up, with Haley's streak of rough days clashing with fresh power moves. Taran Armstrong and Mary Kwiatkowski give a detailed recap of Day 39, breaking down all the drama, apology tours, and competitive tension as Yash takes over as HoH. This episode dives deep into Yash's nomination plans and the fallout, with Dee, Angela, and Haley as the main targets on the block. Early morning sees Lala apologizing to Haley for last week, sparking a debate in the house over what counts as bullying and who’s really isolating whom. As powers come into play, like Dee's bribe and Devens' diamond power of veto, strategic talks get tricky, with feeds cutting at key moments. Dee makes a risky move by naming Drew as a potential nominee to Yash, and Devens weighs using his diamond veto as leverage, trying to keep Dee safe while managing his ties to both her and the guys' side of the house. Taran Armstrong notes how Yash and Kamu are locking in as a strong final two and dominating comps, which could shape the season going forward. Mary highlights the ongoing Haley-Lala feud and questions what real bullying looks like in the Big Brother house. Both discuss Dee's messy bribe situation with Yash, who turns down her offers and sticks to his plan. Taran Armstrong points out that Devens faces tough choices with his power, debating the right moment, and target, to make a big move. The time capsule twist puts Melody in the spotlight with a punishment, leaving fans questioning how fair these random draws really are. With so many powers, shifting alliances, and Yash's nominations, the path to eviction is anything but clear. Who should Devens really target if he decides to play his diamond power of veto, and will anyone break up the Yash and Kamu duo before it's too late? But nothing stays simple after the eviction chaos; social dynamics are flipped as Kamu quickly realizes the game has reset, and new bonds start to form. BB28 Saturday Live Feed Update August 1, 2026 Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28 is all about shifting alliances and trust issues as Haley's HoH reign puts Drew, Melody, and Taylor on the block. Taran Armstrong recaps Day 25 live feed action with guest Chantele Francis, diving into nominations, strategy talks, and house dynamics in this detailed recap episode. Haley's nominations initially target Taylor, but “Red Corner” discussions and mounting skepticism turn the heat on Drew, who senses the walls closing in but struggles to counter his looming nomination. Much of the house views Kamu, Chuk, and Haley as easily influenced, leaving the veterans and “Red Corner” to push their agendas. Lyric appears to be playing both sides well, but Kamu's overt support makes others wary, creating new doubts about where loyalties really stand. Conversations swirl around potential backdoors and vet power, with Dee and Angela quietly steering the game from the shadows and Drew realizing—too late—that he might be in deeper trouble than he thought. Taran Armstrong highlights how Drew’s attempts to reason with Haley fall flat, leading to Drew becoming the new main target. Chantele observes that Kamu's push for Lyric raises suspicions among others, potentially hurting Lyric's position. Haley repeatedly relives her “mean girl” confrontation with Melody, a running theme noted by both Taran Armstrong and Chantele. Dee masterfully reassures Kamu while possibly withholding information about powers; speculation grows but goes unresolved. Both hosts discuss the lack of agency for Drew or Barrett this week, noting missed opportunities and urging a needed power shift. With the veterans influencing Red Corner decisions and the “easy vote” narrative in play, can Drew win veto and shake up the week, or is the house steamrolling toward his eviction? BB28 Saturday Live Feed Update July 25, 2026 Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28 brings a new set of power struggles front and center as the house looks for cracks in alliances and tries to avoid becoming the next casualty. Taran Armstrong is joined by guest Maggie Morgan for a detailed Live Feed Update as they sort through Kamu's HOH reign, deal-making, and a game-changing power twist. With new alliances bubbling and paranoia taking hold, everyone is searching for the next safest move, while some veteran players might be too comfortable in their positions. Kamu is the current HOH and makes his move to nominate Lyric, Mallory, and Lala, aiming to backdoor Jason after conversations influenced by Drew and shifting house sentiment. Maggie calls out Kamu's “HOH-itis,” pointing to his sometimes overconfident approach in his nomination chats. The episode dives deep into the impact of alliances like Handymen (Drew/Kamu) and Honor Society (Lala, Taylor, Angela, Dee), the potential of powers handed out on Unlocked, and how house suspicion quickly targets Lala, Jason, and even Devens after long Diary Room sessions. Drama ramps up after Devens secures a Diamond Power of Veto, a power that can shake up not just this week but possibly the next six, but only Dee is in the know. Maggie points out Kamu telling nominees things like being “eye candy” or “annoying,” which stirs the house social dynamic and creates uneasy pawns. Taran explains how Lyric manages her pawn status, pushing back just enough and then accepting her fate for now. The Diamond Power of Veto goes to Devens, who shares only with Dee and may use it as a big surprise rather than a silent threat. Angela's complex reads have her wanting to keep Mallory, even though that goes against the veteran alliance’s best interests. Taylor, once passive, starts actively pitching new alliances, but both hosts note that pulling in the right houseguests and slow-rolling it is key. With so many moving pieces and a new, extremely powerful veto in play, who will be able to adapt, will Devens' secret stay safe, and could Kamu's target shift if the backdoor plan is exposed? Big Brother Recaps & Live Feed Updates from Rob Has a Podcast
BB28 Saturday Live Feed Update July 18, 2026 Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28 is full of chaos as alliances redraw and trust breaks in dramatic fashion. Host Taran Armstrong teams up with guest Matt Liguori for a live feed recap, diving into day 11's fallout after nominations, secret meetings, and emotional confrontations rock the house. Devens is HoH and triggers a power shift by considering a big move against Rome, with Angela fueling talk of a backdoor plan. The Tool Shed alliance forms after a major group meeting, intentionally locking out Rome, Jason, and Lyric, who quickly realize they're on the outs. The day sees Drew and Barrett, supposed moles, try to keep both sides appeased while houseguests debate who's really loyal to whom. Nominations land on Jason, Lyric, and Melody, sparking breakdowns (including a tearful Lala and a “messy bitch” exchange between Jason and Angela, with Angela in an egg costume after failing the time capsule comp). Strategic conversations shift as Melody scrambles to survive, alliances wobble, and Rome's emotional apology tour continues, punctuated by heated arguments and even barking. Taran highlights the Tool Shed alliance meeting and its effect on Rome, Jason, and Lyric's sense of isolation. Matt points out Rome's “apology tour” and the sleep deprivation that might fuel his decision-making and outbursts. Devens as HoH, with Angela's failed time capsule power, shifts worries about the vets' control and gives outsiders hope. Melody, seeing no loyalty from her former group, works angles with Drew and Devens, opening the door for a flip. Wild nomination ceremony drama: Angela's egg costume, Jason's outbursts, and constant house sobbing keep emotions high. Power stays shaky as alliances test each other's loyalty and houseguests scramble to survive. Will anyone manage to flip the vote, or is the majority too strong with Devens and Angela running the show? These practices focus on deep, conscious breathing, mental release, and body awareness. Instead of requiring active focus or concentration, restorative meditation involves lying down completely supported, scanning your body for tension, and 'letting go of effort' to achieve deep physical and mental renewal. This style is highly beneficial for individuals dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout. It is also widely used as a sleep aid or an afternoon reset, making it ideal for those who struggle with traditional, active meditation techniques.

BB28 Saturday Live Feed Update July 11, 2026 Big Brother 28 kicks off with alliances taking shape and uncertainty swirling around the first nominations. Host Taran Armstrong delivers a detailed recap in this first Live Feed Update of the season, walking through the opening days on the live feeds as Dee Valladares takes the first HoH, immediately putting the spotlight on house social divides and rookie gameplay. The episode dives into how Dee Valladares earned HoH and nominated Taylor Brown, Mallory Aurichio, and Yash Patel, highlighting the fallout among houseguests. Dee spreads out the risk by nominating one person from each original team. The house's shifting sand becomes more obvious as alliances begin to form but remain unclear, and players like Haley Thogmartin and Kamuela “Kamu” Kirk face suspicion for spending lots of time in the HoH room. Mallory Aurichio emerges as a likely target according to some, while Yash Patel and Taylor Brown look to keep safe by playing under the radar. The trio of Mallory, Melody Morris, and Lyric Medeiros is flagged as a potential threat, while Melody quickly distances herself from Mallory to avoid becoming a target herself. Social capital and perception already play big roles, with players like Barrett Pfeiffer, Angela Murray, and Drew Campbell sitting in strong but subtle positions, while Rome Seymour and Lyric Medeiros spark the season's first showmance. Dee Valladares nominates Taylor Brown, Mallory Aurichio, and Yash Patel, trying to minimize blowback across alliances (Taran Armstrong) Melody Morris works to separate herself from Mallory after nominations to preserve her game (Taran Armstrong) Barrett Pfeiffer is seen as a safe veto pick by multiple nominees, showing his social reach (Taran Armstrong) Haley Thogmartin and Kamuela “Kamu” Kirk draw attention for their HoH room presence, becoming convenient targets for nomination blame (Taran Armstrong) Rome Seymour and Lyric Medeiros kick off the first showmance, affecting their social strategies (Taran Armstrong) The house already feels divided between Dee’s loose grouping—possibly including veterans like Rick Devens, Angela Murray, and others—and a set of outsiders. Will Dee's nominations set the tone for the first real split, or can a wildcard shake things up with the upcoming Veto? ~ scroll to bottom to play ~ Healing The Mind: Cognitive Priming for Lasting Resilience 'ask dorothy' The WISDOM podcast Season 5 Episode 161 ~ In this episode of 'ask dorothy' People experiencing mental ill health frequently engage in a style of thinking called “Repetitive Negative Thinking.” This style of thinking involves the tendency to have negative thoughts about the future (worry) or about the past (rumination), and these thoughts can feel uncontrollable. In the absence of a cure or effective treatment for dementia, attention has shifted towards identifying risk factors for prevention. Subjective Cognitive Decline (SCD) describes self-perceived worsening of cognition despite unimpaired performance on neuropsychological tests. SCD has been associated with an increased dementia risk and steeper memory decline. Repetitive negative thinking (RNT) is a transdiagnostic process that manifests across several mental health disorders associated with increased vulnerability to dementia. RNT has thus been proposed as a candidate marker of risk for dementia and, relatedly, could contribute to the manifestation of SCD. The best measures if you are looking to support optimal cognitive functioning is to begin with your daily thoughts and the underlying beliefs that influence the thoughts you hold.

~ scroll to bottom to play ~ What Do You Overshare? 'ask dorothy' The WISDOM podcast Season 5 Episode 159 ~ In this episode of 'ask dorothy' We've all done it. Perhaps when you've been excited to be speaking with someone, perhaps you notice that you enjoy the attention when all eyes in a group are focus on you ~ maybe its when you have that special someone's undivided attention - or maybe you've overshared as the result of having a certain affinity towards a person you've just met - or someone in a trusted long term relationship. To overshare is to disclose an inappropriate amount of highly personal, sensitive, or confidential information. It can be to the wrong people - for example to your boss or a work colleague, in the wrong setting, - in the middle of a job interview, at a friend's party perhaps as you find yourself the center of attention yet you don't really know anyone at the party - or disclosing too much, too early as you are starting to get to know someone in a relationship.

What if the wisdom you're searching for has been inside you since childhood? In this Saturday Live conversation, Sabine Kvenberg sits down with visionary strategist and three-time #1 international bestselling author Joanne Weiland to explore the moments that quietly build a courageous life. Sabine opens up about the day — at just nine years old, alone in a Hamburg park — when an inner voice told her to run, and how that single moment launched a lifelong spiritual journey and her search for inner wisdom.Together they unpack the heart of Sabine's new memoir, GUMPTION: Sacred Whispers, Bold Moves, and the Courage to Become — why gumption is far more than courage, what the "O" for Optimism really asks of us, and why setbacks (a lost lake house, the 2008 crash, caring for aging parents) so often become the doorway to who we're meant to become. You'll hear why joy doesn't require having "more," why every coach is a season and not a destination, and why we have to celebrate the climb instead of sprinting to the next mountain.Tender, funny, and quietly powerful — this one will leave you trusting your own voice a little more.

What does it mean to truly live — not just exist — after 50? In this episode of Saturday Live, I'm joined by Terry Lohrbeer, host of the Kick-Ass Boomers podcast, who has spent five years interviewing boomers doing extraordinary things in their 70s, 80s, and beyond. Terry and I met at Podfest Expo in Orlando this January — one of those unexpected, instant connections that reminds you exactly why in-person events matter. She was also one of the first advanced readers of my memoir GUMPTION — and her reaction to the book sparked the most honest, energizing conversation about fear, reinvention, and what it actually means to go for it at any age. ✔️ Why Terry flew to Germany at age 19 — alone — and came back with a husband ✔️ The moment she jumped off a Las Vegas hotel building at age 66 (yes, really) ✔️ Why the first step is always the scariest — and what happens after you take it ✔️ How listening to your intuition changes everything ✔️ Why staying social and laughing more might be the ultimate longevity strategy ✔️ What GUMPTION stirred up in Terry — and why she read it in just two days ✔️ The one question people on their deathbeds never ask (and what they wish they'd done instead) If you've been waiting for permission to start over, try something new, or simply go for it — this is your episode.
What does it truly mean to leave a legacy — and how do you start building one right now? In this episode, Sabine takes you behind the scenes of her memoir-writing journey and asks the one question that changes everything: What are you here to contribute? Whether you're a parent, an entrepreneur, a coach, or a speaker waiting in the wings — your unique combination of experiences, skills, and stories cannot be duplicated. And that makes your voice more powerful than you may realize. Sabine shares personal stories of the mentors who shaped her path — from meeting Zig Ziglar in person to the books and events that guided her from a 27-year performing arts school to a thriving speaking and coaching brand. She gets refreshingly real about investment, patience, and what it actually takes to go from talented-and-silent to seen-and-booked. You'll also hear about her new book GUMPTION, the One Day Studio Experience she created for aspiring speakers, and why getting your message out into the world isn't just a business move — it's your legacy in action.
