Chyba tylko najstarsi górale pamiętają, że ostatni raz ślubowanie sędziów Trybunału odbyło się w parlamencie jeszcze w latach 90. XX wieku. Ówczesne przepisy — w zupełnie innych realiach politycznych i prawnych — przewidywały, że członkowie TK muszą ślubować wobec marszałka Sejmu. To zmieniła dopiero ustawa z 1997 r., która bazowała na przepisach nowej Konstytucji i przenosiła ślubowanie z marszałka na prezydenta. Twórcy ustawy nie przewidzieli jednak, że pojawią się prezydenci, którzy odmówią przyjęcia ślubowania od sędziów wybranych przez Sejm. Zaczął Andrzej Duda w 2015 r., a dzieło kontynuuje Karol Nawrocki. Prezydent przez kilka tygodni nie zapraszał na ślubowanie nowo wybranych członków TK. Wyjątek zrobił wobec dwojga, choć Pałac Prezydencki nie potrafi logicznie wytłumaczyć, dlaczego akurat padło na sędziów Dariusza Szostka i Magdalenę Bentkowską. Tak się jednak składa, że oboje są związani z PSL i Polską 2050, czyli z partiami, które Nawrocki i PiS próbują wyciągnąć z koalicji. W tej sytuacji pozostała czwórka postanowiła działać i w Sejmie złożyła ślubowanie w obecności Włodzimierza Czarzastego i notariusza, który przygotował dokumenty potwierdzające śluby. Sędziowie zanieśli je na biuro podawcze Kancelarii Prezydenta, a potem poszli do gmachu Trybunału, gdzie przyjął ich Bogdan Święczkowski, namiestnik PiS. „Godzilla" z nimi pogadał, wypił — jak zapewnia — butelkę wody mineralnej, ale gabinety przydzielił tylko Szostkowi i Bentkowskiej. Reszta przydziału spraw nie dostała. Z PiS płyną nieoficjalne głosy sugerujące, że jeśli za dwa lata zmieni się większość sejmowa, nowy parlament w miejsce czwórki sędziów może wybrać nowych. Rzeczą oczywistą jest, że prezes PiS Jarosław Kaczyński był uprzedzony o ruchach prezydenta. Nie po to w najbliższym otoczeniu głowy państwa są zaufani ludzie Nowogrodzkiej — szef gabinetu prezydenta Paweł Szefernaker oraz szef Kancelarii Prezydenta Zbigniew Bogucki. Jest jasne, że poprzez podzielenie sędziów na dwie grupy Kaczyńskiemu i Nawrockiemu chodziło o wbicie klina w koalicję rządzącą. To miał być też ukłon wobec słabego ogniwa koalicji — Polski 2050, która jest krytyczna wobec premiera. Oraz wobec PSL, bo prawica wierzy, że uda się ludowców skusić do obalenia rządów Tuska. Argumentacja prawna jest rzeczą trzeciorzędną. Kaczyńskiemu, Nawrockiemu i Święczkowskiemu w rzeczywistości chodzi o to, aby Trybunał nie został trwale przejęty przez obecną koalicję. Bo wtedy — taka jest w PiS obawa — TK mógłby wysadzać w powietrze projekty rządów PiS, jeśli po wyborach 2027 r. partia wróci do władzy. Wprowadzenie w tej chwili do Trybunału sześciorga sędziów doprowadziłoby do tego, że już w tym roku większość członków TK stanowiliby nominaci obecnej władzy, a każdy z nich miałby przed sobą długą, 9-letnią kadencję. Zaprzysiężenie jedynie dwójki sędziów daje Kaczyńskiemu gwarancję, że do wyborów nie wypuści TK ze swych górnych kończyn. W najnowszym odcinku słuchowiska politycznego „Stan Wyjątkowy" jego twórcy opowiedzą też m.in. o powrocie wojny o kryptowaluty, drżeniu w PiS przed wyborami na Węgrzech, a także o tym, dlaczego prezes NBP Adam Glapiński już nie chce sprzedawać złota.

L'intensité du conflit a même dépassé en 2025, les niveaux observés au début de la guerre, selon l'ONG Acled (Armed Conflict Location & Event Data) spécialisée dans les données en temps réel sur les conflits. Alors, comment protéger cette génération qui un jour reconstruira l'Ukraine. Comment éviter, alors que le conflit s'éternise, des blessures psychologiques insurmontables à l'âge adulte ? En Ukraine, des écoles sont construites sous terre pour permettre aux enfants de se retrouver sans danger et des organisations tentent de soigner leurs traumatismes en direct sans attendre la fin du conflit.
