Day 29 - Leave Lazy Alone proverbs 10:1-32 If you can watch a Netflix series in three days, why can't you give your purpose three days to live? Diligence is not the problem—it's diligence in the wrong direction. If they fire you today, you can still work tomorrow. If you lose your job today, you can still apply tomorrow.   Group Discussion Question Diligence is not the problem—it's diligence in the wrong direction.” What are some areas where we unintentionally waste time and energy? How can we redirect our diligence toward purpose? Personal Reflection Question What am I currently investing my time in that does not align with my God-given purpose?  

Day 28 of 90 - God is Holding Me Up! Psalm 104:1-28  The Christian who is not praying is just guessing, and I can't afford to guess. Prayer starts on my knees, but prayer must finish on my feet. When you pray to God, don't forget to listen to Him. Because prayer that only speaks and doesn't listen isn't prayer—that's venting. Group Discussion Question: The statement “The Christian who is not praying is just guessing” suggests a strong connection between prayer and purpose. How has prayer helped you make clear decisions? Personal Reflection Question:  What specific distractions do I need to remove so I can hear God more clearly?

Day 27 of 90 - Boss Up! Psalm 27:1-14   What if the relationship ended because your desire for companionship died the moment trust was broken? But is God still with you? Even though you lost it all, don't you somehow still feel God's spirit hovering over you!   Processing Loss & Change   How do we balance grieving the loss of a relationship while still moving forward with strength? Application & Accountability If you had to give advice to someone struggling to let go of a broken relationship or situation, what would you say?

Day 26 of 90 - Purpose in 66- Walk. Stand. Sit. Psalm 1:1-6   “If you tell me who your partners are, I can tell you your purpose. If you tell me who your clan is, I can tell you what your calling looks like. And if you tell me who your posse is, I can tell you what you are passionate about. You've got to be careful who you call a friend, who you hang out with, who you listen to, and who you take advice from.”   Group Discussion Question What advice would you give someone who feels stuck in unhealthy friendships but is afraid of being alone? Personal Reflection Question Who are the five people I spend the most time with, and how are they influencing my mindset, habits, and future?

Day 25 of 90 -With friends like these, who needs enemies? Job 2:11-13; Job 4:1-2; Job 8:1-6; Job 11:1; Job 11:14-15 Your friends forecast your future. If you tell me who your true friends are, I will tell you what your future looks like.   Group Discussion Question   Have you ever experienced a time when friends showed up for you in a meaningful way? What did they do that made a difference? Personal Reflection Question  Who are my closest friends, and how are they influencing my life choices and faith journey?

Day 24 - This is my Story, This is My Song Job 1:1-22 "Sometimes, your purpose is about more than your skill—it's about your story. You'd be surprised how many people are remembered not for what they did, but for what they lived to tell." Group Discussion Question Think of someone who has impacted your life. Were their achievements inspiring you, or were their journey and struggles? Why do stories connect us more deeply than accomplishments? Personal Reflection Question: What is one defining moment in my life that has shaped my perspective, faith, or purpose?

Day 23 - Purpose NOW, Party LATER Esther 1:1-12 The world I experience today is a byproduct of the decisions I made yesterday. Every decision I make, whether actively or passively, will impact my life in a major or minor way. Understanding the Weight of Your Decisions Have you ever made a small decision that had a much bigger impact than you expected? What did you learn from it? Application & Accountability If someone younger than you asked for advice about decision-making, what wisdom would you share?

Day 22 - This Requires Work Nehemiah 4:1-15 You are a game-changer. And most game-changers will never know their impact until they have moved on. I know you want to be celebrated right now, but that won't come until you complete what God brought you here to do. So do it, and expect opposition. Expect people to misunderstand you. Add it to your budget so that you are not in the red after you have rebuilt. THIS REQUIRES WORK!   Expecting Opposition & Misunderstanding What are some healthy ways to deal with discouragement when facing resistance? Embracing the Work That Purpose Requires Have you ever given up too soon on something powerful? What can you learn from that?

Day 21 of 90- Stay Up Nehemiah 6:1-15 I believe Nehemiah's verb was "rebuild." He was purposed by God to rebuild the wall, and in so doing, he was able to protect what Solomon built, empower the people who complied, deploy and delegate leaders, and change the world for God's glory.   Identifying Your Personal "Rebuild" Assignment The premise states, “Nehemiah's verb was ‘rebuild.'” If your life had one defining verb right now, what would it be? (e.g., build, restore, lead, serve, teach, heal, etc.) Application & Accountability What is one thing you need to start rebuilding or protecting in your personal or professional life?

Day 20 of 90 - Be Devoted to the Work Nobody Sees Ezra 7:1-10   The Bible tells us in the book of Ezra that he was committed: First, he rebuilt the altar. Second, he rebuilt the temple. After these things happened, the people returned. Today, before you work on more of your business plan, rebuild your altar. What does your devotional life look like? Could it be that God will not release the provision you need to make this thing work until you are able to increase your ALTAR time?   Evaluating Your Devotional Life The premise asks, “What does your devotional life look like?” How would you honestly answer that question right now? The Unseen Work of Purpose Who in your life models faithfulness to the unseen work of devotion? What have you learned from them?

Day 19 - Love it or List It 2 Chronicles 29:1-15   Most of us are living with a shortage of some sort. We have acclimated to the defect, and instead of buying a new charger, we just "hold the wires down for more than 10 seconds" But today is the day to be free! If you choose to live a broken life that can be fixed, you are choosing to settle for less than the best.   Identifying the “Shortages” in Our Lives   Have you ever become so accustomed to dysfunction that you didn't even recognize it as a problem anymore? What was the turning point? Application & Accountability If you could give advice to someone struggling with letting go of something broken, what would you tell them?

Day 18 - You Are Doing Too Much! 1 Chronicles 13:1-14 You think you need to lose this, or add this, or extend that, but you are powerful AS-IS.  When the glory of God is on you, God's presence is the only SPECIAL SAUCE you need! Don't sacrifice your core identity and convictions at the altar of relevancy. I never saw that Jesus had to be relevant in order to win the lost.   Understanding Your Value "AS-IS" Have you ever felt like you had to change yourself to fit in, be accepted, or be successful? What was the result? Application & Accountability If you could give one piece of advice to someone struggling with feeling like they aren't enough, what would you say?  

Day 17 of 90 - Calling is Not Your Healing 2 Kings 4:1-7   Your calling can open doors, but only your character can keep you in the room. Heal, grow, and do the deep work—because the gift will take you places, but only wholeness will let you thrive there."   Group Discussion Question What are some real-life examples of people whose gifts took them far, but their lack of character or healing caused them to fall? What lessons can we learn from them?   Personal Reflection Questions If God were to ask me, “What do you have in your house?”—what gifts, resources, or strengths am I overlooking that He can use? 

Day 16 of 90 - Excellence on Every Level 1 Kings 10:1-10; 23-25   Whether you own a company, lead a non-profit, manage a family, post on social media; excellence should follow you all the days of your life. The moment you leave a room, you have left an impression. What are they saying about you when you exit? Who have you touched in such an unforgettable way, that they are now modeling their behavior, their business, their team, and their lives after you?   The Power of Excellence in Everyday Life   Can you think of a time when someone's commitment to excellence inspired or challenged you?     Application & Accountability ••What is one area in your life where you feel challenged to elevate your level of excellence?

Day 15 of 90 - Your Last Words 2 Samuel 23:1-7   David's last words begin and end with God. David wants you to know, that above all of my accomplishments and achievements, my faults and my failures, The Spirit of the Lord spoke through me. In other words, God was here. This, my friends, is destiny. I haven't talked much about destiny just yet, but I define destiny as the punctuation mark at the end of your life's sentence. Destiny.   Defining Destiny & Legacy If you had to describe your life's sentence so far, what punctuation mark would it have today (a period, comma, question mark, or exclamation point)? Why? Living a Life That Speaks Beyond Today ••If someone were to sum up your life in one sentence right now, what do you think it would say? What do you want it to say?

Day 14 of 90 - WHO IS ASSIGNED TO YOU? 1 Samuel 1:1-22: 1 Samuel 3: 1 The year Hannah stayed home and did not go to worship, was the same year she gave birth. How many times have we put our bodies and our assignments in danger, all because people expected us to leave the house the same day we gave birth? How many times have we tried to establish clear boundaries, but we compromised all because we allowed their urgency to become our emergency? In this season, I am walking in my NO anointing.   Protecting Purpose & Boundaries The passage asks, “How many times have we put our bodies and our assignments in danger, all because people expected us to leave the house the same day we gave birth?” Can you recall a time when you compromised your boundaries due to external pressure? What was the result? Recognizing Who is Assigned to You What are some signs that someone is not assigned to you and may be a distraction instead?

Day 13 - Divine Departures Ruth 1:1-22   Not every exit is abandonment—some are alignments. Divine departures are God's way of making room for the next chapter of your calling. Honor the past, embrace the transition, and trust that where you're going requires who you're becoming."   Group Discussion Questions:   Ruth chose to stay with Naomi, while Orpah chose to leave. Have you ever had to decide between staying or walking away from a relationship, job, or situation? How did you know which choice was right? Personal Reflection Question  Have I ever mistaken alignment for abandonment? Have I held resentment toward someone who left when, in reality, their departure was a part of God's plan?

Day 12 of 90 - Purpose should outlive you Judges 2:1-10 NIV   Purpose isn't just for your life. Purpose is for after this life. Your purpose should still be breathing in the earth long after you take your last breath. This is what some people call, "leaving an inheritance." I know they told you to leave a house and some pictures in your will for your children's children. But what about depositing destiny into their heart account? What about planting purpose in their life account?The problem is, as long as we see purpose beginning with us and ending with us, we will never treat life like that marathon it is.   Legacy & Impact Beyond Material Wealth What kind of non-material inheritance do you want to leave behind for your family, community, or those who come after you? If you could write a statement about your purpose that you want people to remember 50 years from now, what would it say?

Day 11 of 90 - Passion fuels Purpose Deuteronomy 34:1-9; Joshua 24: 1-15; 29 Purpose and passion work together, but they do not earn the same salary. Passion works for purpose. Purpose protects passion. Why? Because purpose is the vehicle. Passion is the fuel. Understanding the Relationship Between Passion & Purpose Have you ever seen someone who had a strong purpose but lacked passion? How did that affect their ability to move forward? Aligning Passion & Purpose in Everyday Life ••What is something you are deeply passionate about? How does it connect to your greater purpose?

Day 10 of 90 - Death to Your Deadline Numbers 9:1-23   The worst thing a purposeful person can do, is give God a gift that God didn't ask for. Don't expend energy doing something God didn't instruct you to do.       Purpose vs. Personal Ambition Have you ever had to let go of a dream or goal because you realized it wasn't what God wanted for you? How did that feel?   Application & Accountability ••What is one thing you need to release today because you realize it's not what God asked for?

Day 9 of 90 - You are the Exception Numbers 1:1-4; 17-54 (select excerpts)   If purpose is the puppet, then passion is the puppeteer. It is the thing that keeps you up at night. It is the thing you can do even if you didn't get paid to do it. If purpose is the vehicle, then passion is the fuel; and the same way man shall not live by bread alone, people should not live by passion alone. Why? Because if passion is your only guide, the same fuel that keeps your car moving can also burn down your house if it is not safely "contained."   Understanding Passion & Purpose - What is something you feel so passionate about that you would do it for free?   Applying This Perspective Daily - Who in your life has modeled a healthy balance between passion and purpose? What have you learned from them?

Day 8 of 90 - Authorized Assignments Leviticus 9:1-24; Leviticus 10:1-2   Now that I'm super clear about purpose, I can boldly declare that if this dollar has someone else's name on it, I don't want it. If the job description doesn't fit me, I won't force it. I only want to be where God has assigned me, and I only want to do that which God has purposed me for.   Rejecting What Isn't Meant for You Can you think of a time when rejecting something that wasn't yours made space for something better?   The Role of Faith in Walking in Purpose: Who in your life has modeled obedience to their assignment, even when it wasn't easy? What did you learn from them?

Day 7 of 90 - Lord, Breathe Your Spirit on Our Skill   Exodus 35:1-35; 36:1-2   You've only got 24 hours in a day. And these days get tighter and tighter. When are you going to pull away and answer the hardest question of them all: if God took me today, what would I regret not doing all because I was too distracted by the optional stuff?    Purpose is not about what you want to do. Purpose is about what you determine to produce.   Evaluating Priorities & Distractions If God took you today, what is one thing you would regret not doing because you were too distracted?   Purpose vs. Passion   Have you ever confused what you enjoy doing with what you are meant to produce? How did you realize the difference?

Day 6 of 90 - People Over Profit Exodus 18:1-24   I wonder if we rush into the purpose room without asking a pivotal question; that question being-who are my people? Who are the people I am called to help? Who are the people I am called to lead? Who will help me accomplish this goal? And who will I help accomplish their goal(s)? Each question is important.   Mutual Support & Purposeful Collaboration - Who in your life has helped you accomplish a goal in a way that you couldn't have done it alone?   What are some ways we can redefine success to align with a “People Over Profit” mindset?

Day 5 of 90 - I didn't Pick Them Exodus 4:1-13   Learn to surround yourself with belief; hang around people who believe in you because your environment is important. If you live in a hospital, you can't be surprised when you get sick. In the same way, if you stay around nonproductive, purposeless people, you can't be surprised when you don't get anything done.   Group Discussion Questions: What role does our environment play in shaping our beliefs and actions? Can you share a personal example of how your surroundings influenced your success or struggles?   Group Discussion Questions: Why do you think God sometimes allows us to feel inadequate rather than removing our weaknesses? How has God used a personal struggle to reveal His strength in your life?

Day 4 of 90 - Purpose is about Perspective Genesis 41:46-57; Genesis 42:6; Genesis 50:20   The circle of purpose always leads to a road of communal fulfillment. You may not be the main character in the book purpose is writing today, but your contribution matters.   The Circle of Purpose & Community: Can you think of a time when you weren't the “main character,” but your contribution was still meaningful?   Fulfillment Beyond Personal Achievement- How do you define fulfillment in terms of purpose?

Day 3 of 90- Waiting to Exhale be Remembered Genesis 40:1-23; Genesis 41:1   The prison is where Joseph's purpose grows up. Pre-prison, Joseph is just a dreamer. In prison, Joseph becomes an interpreter. Post-prison, Joseph becomes governor. How do you put faith in a God who appears to have forgotten about you? Sometimes, God will allow people to falsely accuse you so that when you get to the prison, you can graduate from dreamer to interpreter.    From Dreamer to Interpreter: Have you ever had to set aside your own dreams to help someone else? How did that experience impact you?   What's the difference between having a dream and helping others understand theirs? Which one do you relate to more right now?

Day 2 of 90 - Dig Another Well Genesis 26:1-25 "Purpose is not tied to position, power, or prominence-purpose is about perspective. Purpose is an inner disposition, not an outward obligation. My friend, you are the gift. You are the favor that brightens the jobs where you work. You are the "it factor" that gives color and jazz to the rooms you inhabit."   Perspective on Purpose: Have you ever felt like your purpose was limited by your job title or role? How did you navigate that? Overcoming Setbacks: Have you ever experienced a situation where you had to “dig another well” after facing disappointment or failure? What did you learn from it?

DAY 1 - PURPOSE CARE and PURPOSE POISON Genesis 2:1-5; Genesis 3:1-13 Purpose is like a child. Responsible parents don't give birth to a child and then leave that child to raise herself. You have to take care of her.
