On Day 15 of our consecration, Elder Sybil Street led us into a powerful and timely teaching on the manifestation of God's strength. Drawing from 1 Chronicles 16:11, she reminded us that strength is not something we generate through effort or endurance, it is something we receive through God's presence.This teaching explored how different seasons and circumstances of life require different manifestations of God's strength. There are moments when we need sustaining strength, moments when we need stabilizing strength, moments when we need renewing strength, and moments when we need the quiet strength that carries us when we feel depleted. Elder Sybil emphasized that God does not offer a single expression of strength, but meets us with exactly the strength required for the season we are in.Rather than seeking solutions alone, we were invited to seek God's presence as our primary source of strength. This session reminded us that intimacy with God is not only comforting—it is empowering. His presence renews what has been worn down, steadies what has been shaken, and supplies strength where human capacity ends.This was a grounding, faith-filled teaching that reframed how we understand strength, presence, and dependence on God in the midst of consecration.

On Day 12 of Sean "Diddy" Combs's federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial, former assistant "Mia" delivered emotional testimony detailing alleged abuse during her employment from 2009 to 2017. She recounted multiple instances of sexual assault, including an alleged rape at Combs's Los Angeles home in 2010. Mia described a volatile work environment where Combs subjected her to physical violence, such as throwing her into a pool and slamming a door on her arm. She testified that she felt unable to refuse his demands, fearing retaliation and job loss. Mia also alleged that Combs controlled her movements, preventing her from leaving his properties without permission. I really wanted to like this one, especially with its promising setup and the duo's natural chemistry, but what starts as a tense psychological thriller quickly veers into something closer to a satire on codependency. The film toys with horror aesthetics — eerie silences, blurred identities, emotional gaslighting — but ultimately lands more as a dark relationship dramedy than a true horror entry.
