With AN retiring after 21 years, we've done one last podcast to look back at the highlights and (a fair measure of) lowlights during our lifetime. And naturally, we've taken the opportunity to talk about how ace we are. We'd like to say a big thanks to all of our podcast guests down the years and to all of listeners and viewers via this page, YouTube and Periscope. We're very touched by all the complimentary messages we've received since announcing AN's closure. Allam Out.

Definitive for the closure of this season, the season of ten years ago - and of Amber Nectar itself after 21 years. Sniff.

Quite sweary (as two of us were drinking beer) and featuring Richard Gardham talking about his definitive new book The Decade, which you can purchase now from Amazon, with proceeds to Dove House.

We do discuss current City issues, but the first chunk of our podcast allows us to reflect on the life and career of former City defender and captain Peter Skipper, who died suddenly over the weekend. The podcast is a bit swearier than usual in places once we get on to the malaise that is modern day City.

Deservedly sweary after the defeat at Birmingham, while the language doesn't improve greatly as we consider Easter games against Villa and Wolves. No podcast next week due to the international break.

No Les, so the sweariness drops by roughly, ooh, 100 per cent...

Sweary in places. Refers to a silly hat that you can't see, obviously.

Mildly sweary, though not anything like the last one.

This is very sweary. We seriously ask you to consider any minors around you when hearing this podcast. Usage of the most serious profanities may be present. But it's funny and cathartic too...
