    It's Black History Month in the United States and this episode not only brings attention to the contributions of well known Black Americans; however, I want to encourage our listeners to consider the contributions of the Black Americans in our organizations today.While this episode is only roughly 15-minutes in duration, it is by far one of the most important pieces of content I've produced throughout my career. I'd like to introduce you to Jayquan Noel Jenkins.
