I'm your host, Christopher. I live and work in New York City, and I'm a language enthusiast who has always been interested in the most effective ways to learn a new language.  
If you're learning English and find it difficult to discover intermediate level content that is consistently interesting and also made for English learners, this podcast is for you. Get ready to boost your English listening skills with episodes lasting less than 10 minutes–enough time to dig into a subject, but short enough to add to your regular routine.  
I did my undergraduate and graduate work in French and English, and I've studied Arabic, Croatian and Spanish over the past several years. I'm excited to share my passion for learning while sharing enjoyable content with you.
