Hello friend,  I just returned from the most incredible two weeks in Kenya. I'm not tired yet but I imagine the 8 hour time difference will hit me soon. I'm choosing to hydrate and move my body, and then rest. To allow an exquisite re-entry back into the day to day of life in the US. Enjoy,  Angela

I flew. In Kenya. With my 79 year old father in law. And a super chill instructor. We witnessed the ocean in her glory from a different perspective. It was freakin' amazing. Enjoy, angela

I'm reluctant to say that I'm the only chiropractor serving in our chiropractic clinic in Kenya. I feel it sounds like I'm alone. But I'm not- I have a team.  I have my family. All participating - all helping to serve a community grateful for help. To be continued... Angela

We arrived in Kenya safely. And I had a little experiment with myself. By practicing appreciation with presence. And it was really fascinating. I choose to do that more. With you,  Angela

What does a SLOW burn mean to you? What creates sustainability? For you? I'm enjoying a cadence that is fueled with healthy fats and proteins and mindfulness that is not hurried. But anchored. Together, Angela
