Not about making an impact.Not even about what we've learned about purpose, vision, and mission. This point is something else. It's soul code. Soul code is not WOO it it is innate in your design, coded into your ituition, woven into your spirit and expressed through your identity.The “point” is a beam of light that came through with you. It was nested within your cellular structure when you arrived in the womb and the lights came on and your identity began to be shaped. It's part of the original matrices, the pattern upon which your cellular structure is actually built… like a lattice, like lace in the womb. And that point, whatever that is: a point of light in matter. It's energy equals matter at the speed of light. It is a point which populates. Imagine each one of your cells having this point, this particle, this dot permeating through all of the other cells. An original signature. Literally a point of light.A point of light, poetically perhaps, that your Soul placed there in your genetic makeup so you would remember not just who you were, not just who you will be, and not just who you are, but who you could become if you could recognize this point of light.Einstein developed the theory of relativity from a vision he had as a teenage boy in Italy laying in a field looking at the sky. He imagined what it would be like to ride a beam of light. I'm imagining that with you right now.If we were to ride a beam of light to this moment:What would the point or location of that beam of light actually reveal for you? That's when the rainbow comes out. When something is so precise, it's at 42 degrees. There's no rainbow at 41, no rainbow at 43. It's 42 degrees.Where the light reaches the optic and the rainbow comes out….the light is effortless. The rainbow is effortless. And the optic. it reaches is your body, your stardust bones, your cellular enclosure. Your body is what our Stardust Lineage calls a body, a cellular enclosure. Or a cooling sack of stars. Or a sacred temple.You are a cellular enclosure for cooling sacks of stars in a sacred temple, your tree of life!Those three definitions of being in a body come from my lineage, my Stardust Lineage, the one I share with all of you. So when I invite you to create and cause and manifest, it's inviting you to get at 42 degrees so that the beam of light that is already within you. You can direct that light through the optic of your desire.You might not know what that is right now.You might have just experienced a huge loss.You may be looking at years of grief.You may be disillusioned with the state of the world.You may be pissed.Today the invitation is to design a point for yourself. It's a shared consciousness in a relational fied. And it's interesting because I don't even feel like I'm originating it. I feel like the switch that got created with my name on it, is based on you. TOPIC: Activating Your Set Time PREACHER: Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES: Psalm 102:13 KEY POINTS 1. Activating Your Set Time Psalm 102:13 teaches that God has a set time to favour His people. You must learn to pray: “God, look at me and favour me.” 2. Every Human Has Two Times a. Natural Chronological Time This is the normal time we live by: Hours Days Weeks Months The 24-hour cycle The 365 days of the year This is ordinary, natural time. b. Set Times (Kairos Moments) Kairos is the God-appointed time for manifestation. When you miss your Kairos, you fail to achieve or actualize destiny. There is a Kairos moment in everybody's life and ministry. 3. Entering Your Place of Achievement You need a push to enter your Kairos moment. That supernatural push is what moves you into the place of achievement. Without stepping into Kairos, destiny remains unfulfilled. CONCLUSION Every believer has a natural time and a divinely appointed set time. To enter your set time, you must cry out for God's favour and allow Him to push you into your Kairos moment—the moment where achievement and destiny become reality.

Here's what makes miracles so difficult for most people to accept: they're simultaneously the most natural thing in the universe and the most impossible thing according to our conditioning.  Think about it. Every spiritual tradition throughout history has documented miracles. Jesus walking on water, turning water into wine, healing the sick with a touch. The Buddha manifesting food for his followers. Yogis materializing objects from thin air. Shamans calling rain in times of drought. Saints whose bodies didn't decay after death.  We read these stories and we think: that was then, that was them, that was special. Those were chosen ones. Enlightened beings. Divine avatars. Not regular people like us.  But that's the conditioning talking. That's the programming that keeps you locked in a reality where miracles are impossible. Because if miracles were actually possible for you, if you could actually bend or transcend the laws of physics through the power of your consciousness, then everything you've been taught about reality would have to be reconsidered.  And that's terrifying. It's easier to believe that miracles don't happen, or that they only happen to other people, than to accept the full implications of what it would mean if they were actually accessible to you.  But here's what quantum physics is now confirming, what the mystics have always known, and what you're about to experience directly: reality is not fixed. It's fluid. It's responsive. It's a field of infinite possibilities, and consciousness is what collapses those possibilities into experienced events.  Most people collapse possibilities unconsciously. They get what their conditioning expects. What their beliefs allow. What their fears attract.  But when you learn to operate at the miracle frequency, you start collapsing possibilities consciously. You start manifesting outcomes that the ordinary laws of probability would deem impossible. You start creating what can only be called miracles.

But he reflects on where it all started when at a young age he recognized the importance of mentorship and took strides to take on a mentor and follow their advice. So, just keep going. And, also, that is an important thing I did not mention before, and I probably definitely should have started with that. Things take longer to come back to you than you think they do. They really do. The person that referred me into Nvidia met me in 2013, and I had no idea she was that impressed with me, and I did not seek this job out. I came to her asking for help because we're in the same profession with my job. And her advice to me was to apply to, and I was like, wait, wait. I was like, I didn't even know she thought of me on that level, right? Where she would see me as a peer to hers, right? In a working world. Successful leaders thrive in the unknown[07:22] How many of them actually know where they're going before they get there? They don't. You got to have the confidence. You got to be willing to take a risk. And that risk often comes with more ambiguity.If you want to be successful, you need to be prepared not to fit in.[03:29] I learned that I'm going to have to reach out to people that do not look like me, that do not sound like me, that are not from the same place that I'm from, to get where I want to go. Because I do not see anyone else going there. And I think that was the time I became what I would call, it was really big affirmation to myself that ″success looks weird." And that's when I became a weirdo. Like, if you want to be successful, you need to be prepared not to fit in. And from there on, I became comfortable being the different person because the things she had me doing, even then, those small things like, "Don't waste your summer, do an extracurricular activity. You need to build up a list of things that you can say you do so you can go to college." So, like I had all these thoughts in my head early, and it kind of just pushed me through, and I still keep that mentality today, like, what am I doing that's different, that's going to give someone a reason to push me forward.Nelly opens up about why his alumni network still matters more than ever.[37:19] So, me staying connected and doing the scholarship and giving back is keeping me connected with where I came from personally, which is going to keep me motivated and keep me from complaining when my boss asks me to stay late on a Friday to close a big deal or do anything like that. Professionally, oh my God, even though that was wake up at 4:30 every morning and not go to bed till midnight type of thing, while I was in the MBA program, I met some amazing people, like absolutely amazing people. And it was, I would say, that part of my life where the movie version of life and real life kind of aligned a little bit, right? Like, I met some really cool people. [38:31] We call each other about work and stuff like that. But yeah, those two reasons. They both keep me humble. And then I'm just excited to grow and be part of this network. And at my age, I realize the university isn't great because it's the university. It's great because of the people that continue to contribute and come back to it. That's what makes any organization great. It's not because it's the organization. It's because, collectively, when you all add your knowledge and power, and experience together, it creates this amazing thing. So, I want to be part of that. Show Notes: David Nour, author of Relationship Economics, discusses the six phases of strategic relationships. He emphasizes intentionality and a portfolio approach to relationship investing. The six phases he uses throughout the episode are: mapping, relating, nurturing, sustaining, requesting, and capitalizing. Different Levels of Relationship Management  Nour explains that when a challenge arises, the first questions should be: Who do I need? Who do I know? How do I connect the dots? He contrasts haphazard outreach, simple lists, and CRM-driven discipline, underscoring the importance of intentionality and consistency. He highlights relationship mapping to achieve specific goals—beginning with identifying targets, nurturing, and sustaining relationships. In a pharma example, he shows how to identify key companies and contacts and introduces the ideal relationship profile—focusing on specific individuals (not logos) because relationships are built between people. He also stresses finding “lookalikes”: individuals whose values are aligned, who value and respect the relationship.  Cold Outreach to Build Relationships On building new relationships—especially via cold outreach—Nour recommends focusing on fewer but better-qualified leads: go where potential clients already are (e.g., micro-events), be more interested than interesting, and engage with thoughtful questions. Quick, consistent follow-up turns initial introductions into meaningful relationships. He shares specific questions he uses to spark valuable conversations and secure meetings.  Initial Conversations in Relationship Building Nour critiques “intellectually lazy” openings like “Tell me about your situation.” Instead, come prepared with a hypothesis based on research and use questions to set the agenda. Authenticity matters: each consultant should develop their own style. To avoid being forgettable, respectfully provoke prospects to think differently.  Unpacking the Four Middle Phases Nour details the four phases that form the “engine” of relationship development: Relating: Share relevant stories so prospects see themselves in similar situations. Nurturing: Add value with ideas, checklists, and stress-testing to build trust and credibility. Sustaining: Maintain momentum over time; help the buyer buy; enable internal champions. Requesting: Earn the right to ask for deeper access (e.g., org charts, NDAs, stakeholder conversations) to better understand needs and increase impact.  Capitalizing on Relationships After Project Completion Two-thirds of the way through a project, identify existing, impending, and created needs to link projects and avoid losing momentum post-delivery. Nour shares how he invites senior executives from one client to speak at another client's event (non-competing industries), creating an ecosystem of seasoned leaders who become walking case studies. Climbing the Relationship Value Pyramid Nour bridges the gap between recognizing the importance of relationships and harnessing their significance with three ideas: Intelligent Relationship Management: Set relationship-centric outcomes, identify pivotal contacts, and make consistent “favor economy” deposits. Strategic Relationship Planning: Map company-to-company relationships from now to next (champions, cadence, outcomes). Relationship Value Pyramid: Categorize by depth and relevance—situation, investment, portfolio, recall (2 a.m.)—and apply a portfolio approach with a “three-touch rule” before reallocating attention.  Reciprocity in Relationship Building Nour reviews gratitude, reciprocity, and paying it forward as observable behaviors. Twice a year, he reviews his top 100 relationships to prioritize where to invest next.
