We're back for part two of an eye-opening, soul-stirring conversation with Seren Bertrand. We're talking sacred sexuality, feminine energy, and that beautiful, mystical power that lives in your body, especially in your vulva. Seren shares her own story of reclaiming her sensual energy and reminds us why our bodies are not only wise, but sacred. If you've ever felt disconnected or just a little curious about what it means to feel truly alive and sensual in your skin again, you're in the right place. Seren is the brilliant Author of Womb Awakening and a guiding voice in the feminine awakening space. She has this incredible way of weaving ancient wisdom with real-life, grounded practices that help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels both magical and doable. We talk about how to release old energy that may be lingering in your womb space, how to connect your heart and womb through breath, and why your vulva has always been more sacred than you were ever told. This one's deeply personal, tender, and empowering all at once. And hey—while you're pouring love back into your body, don't miss my new favorite daily ritual: Mighty Maca Mango. It's the same powerful blend you know and love, now with a zesty twist that's perfect for summer—sparkling, iced, or even made into popsicles. It's as refreshing as it is nourishing. On today's episode we explore the Taurus-Scorpio axis in astrology and ground it into the context of seasonal cycles, creativity, the houses in the birth chart, and personal lived experiences. I am delighted to have Bronwyn Simons Astrology back for our ongoing conversation of the Lunar Currents series! Learn about the interplay between "roots" (Taurus) and "blooms" (Scorpio), and how these are not separate entities but parts of a continuous process of fertility and growth related to creative practices, personal journeys, and the cyclical nature of life. We both give examples of the alchemical experience of integrating these seemingly opposing forces and how this also relates to the houses in the birth chart.Bronwyn and I also discuss the challenges of harmonizing seemingly opposing forces, particularly in relation to health, spirituality, daily life, family, and creative pursuits — and why every full moon plays a big role in the alchemical process. This episode explores themes that we will personalize and go deeper with in our upcoming workshop: Stars and Roses: Astrology and Creativity for MaytideWORKSHOP LINKFriday, May 2, 1 -2:30 Pacific Time and by replay. You can join us by registering here: https://astrologygoddess.mykajabi.com/offers/gLqLsZoL/checkoutOr, the workshop is FREE for all our beloved paid subscribers on Substack. On this guest episode we have the lovely Alexa Rising! Alexa is a spirited woman, who is stepping into a chapter of educating herself and community about ways to heal and find safety through movement, dance, and mindfulness. Recently certified as a Dharma Life and Soul Purpose Coach and Somatic Activated Healing Teacher, Alexa is learning to navigate the present through a lens of changing the course of her life by stepping away from her career as a teacher, and working to shift her life mindset through pursuing a more aware lifestyle. During the past few years, Alexa has worked closely with those that are experiencing the grief of the death of loved ones. She herself is walking alongside her mohter, who is presently experiencing cancer, and processing how that has impacted their relationship as mother and daughter. Alexa is wanting to spread an understanding about how grief is a beautifully painful part of life that is not being talked about enough or being demonstrated on how to process it; when major life altering events occur to ourselves, loved ones, and collectively to all beings around the world. Alexa is also wanting to advocate that hope is possible even in the midst of grief. Key Takeaways: Grief doesn't have to be scary How grief brings in more honesty and presence in life Caring for a mother in the midst of cancer Being carried by unconditional love and hope through grief How somatic work helps us be able to be with grief instead of avoid, numb, escape, or disassociate Alchemizing the medicine of grief and death Check out Alexa Rising's offerings on her website!! https://alexarising.com Ways to connect with Alexa: Instagram: @risingandsmiling YouTube: @risingandsmiling

Feeling rage about the world around you? It's sacred and you can use it to help create inspired action! Today listen in as I chat with Brialle. Brialle brings so much wisdom to teach how to start moving through that sacred rage, helplessness, and other feelings that come along with being alive in 2025. Brialle is a breathwork alchemist, somatic coach, and wellness educator committed to helping change makers lead with greater ease and joy. As a former burnt-out social worker turned healer, Brialle intimately knows what it's like to feel overwhelmed by compassion fatigue, struggling to slow down and rest out of fear that the causes you care about will suffer. After a decade of decolonizing from grind culture, learning to listen to the language of her body, and guiding hundreds of others to do the same– she's a big believer that personal transformation is integral to collective liberation and teaches about the importance of radical self-care for sustainable advocacy. Being guided by Brialle, you can expect to dive deep to release repressed emotions and years of pain held in the body, and moments later be dancing and laughing to reclaim your joy and sovereignty. In this episode we discuss the 'Rumi Rule' and the importance of taking advantage of opportunities the universe presents us, multiple types of sexuality, alchemizing the sexual experience beyond physicality, acknowledgement of sexual trauma and mating in captivity.
Have you ever felt shame around your sexuality, especially when it comes to self-pleasure? Many of us were raised in purity culture, where sex and sexuality were labeled as “bad” or “sinful,” creating a deep association between pleasure, guilt, and shame. In today's deeply transformative coaching session, Jenny and her client, Layla, explore the roots of Layla's complicated relationship with self-pleasure. They unpack why it can be okay to use external tools (like fantasy) for arousal, how to stay present in your body during self-pleasure, and how to gradually cultivate self-acceptance, allowing pleasure to become a source of empowerment and connection rather than guilt. By the end of the session, Layla experiences the power of staying present with her sensations rather than avoiding them, discovering that feeling through discomfort can have a major shift on her inner world. Jenny also offers resources for those seeking conscious, ethical porn options, plus actionable steps to help anyone struggling with shame around their sexuality. Let this episode be a reminder that you don't have to struggle in silence - no matter what you are going through, support is available for you too. Topics include: Overcoming guilt and shame in self-pleasure Sex education, purity culture, and sexual conditioning Subconscious mind, dopamine, and sexual energy Self-acceptance, sexual empowerment, and embracing desires Nervous system regulation & processing anger Transforming internalized messages around sexuality Are you ready for deep, holistic, somatic, powerful, and effective support? In this episode, I ask a BIG question. This question is confronting, and... it's required. What are the obstacles on your path right now? The game truly changes when we understand how to approach, identify, respond and relate with them in a new way. Obstacles - though taxing and tolling, provide us with an opportunity. To see how far we've come, and to give us an opportunity to lean in deeper. You move, then the universe moves. This episode is for you now, and to return to when you need to remember its power. Amalia planned a home birth with her first baby. When she went into labor, despite many of hours of intense contractions, her body never dilated. They decided to transfer to the hospital, where she received all the things the hospital has to offer, ending, as it so often does, in a cesarean birth. But this is not a story of defeat. Amalia mined this experience for gold, and in retrospect, she sees how much her birth experience taught her. We talk about how important it is that we really get to know what our subconscious beliefs are about birth and our bodies. And how those beliefs can shape our lived experiences. Plus, we explore The Warrior Goddess archetype and how it can help us alchemize our anger to fuel transformative action towards what truly needs to be defended or protected.
