Although it's often difficult to do, saying No is necessary to going for your goals. Every Yes has a cost and when we say Yes to every request, then we give away the time that we were supposed to use for goals, dreams, and desires. On today's episode of Purpose Over Vanity, I share two practices that you can start implementing today that will help saying No be a little easier. The first is to create a checklist of conditions that the request must meet before you'll say Yes. This gives you clear guidelines for saying No. The second is to follow your gut reaction to requests - if you're automatically excited, then that's a good indicator that you can say Yes.
