I've heard that most people don't set goals (perhaps as high as 80%) and that even fewer write them down (I've heard from 3-10%).In my experience, the big disconnect between what people want to achieve and actually achieving it centers around the fact that people haven't learned how to think strategically about the steps required to work towards their goals.In this 100th episode (!) of my podcast, we address this issue with examples to help you understand how you might break a goal down into its many parts.Part 1: I share with Natascha a goal I've been working towards for the last 2.5 years: the desire to produce a stand-up comedy show. I break it down into its components.
