Through the good and bad, we made magic happen this season. Love, loss, and epiphanies have made this journey rich in experience and endurance. A daily mindset to survive life's greatest challenges, yet, monitoring the growth and rewards from life's wins. Unexpectedly, this season started out being about trying new things... the ending would become more about enriching the life you already have. Seizing the movements as you don't realize what you have until it's gone, or not knowing you needed something until you have it for the first time. The atomic habits taught us structure, while The stoicism journal taught us how to live more rationally and collected. Spiritually defining what it really means to be successful and spending time with those you love. The human experience is the journey, and the people along the way good, bad, or indifferent are the golden compass.
Embracing setbacks and challenges are part of the journey. Meditation and mindfulness to help our mental health are key, but not always the easiest. Sometimes you feel alone, or, like your failing when really...it's about lessons. Lessons in strength, in willpower, and in progression. You are a success, you are capable! The cycle of eating is an emotional railroad. Cheating one day can turn into a week, a month, then next thing you know you aren't dieting at all. Reading atomic habits and loving it. However, there seems to be an underlying message of Social media undertones, downplaying the positive effect it has on our lives. Why the stigma? So it is vision board season. in making mine. This year, I really wasn't paying attention to any previous year's goals or ideas. of course, there were some ideas and passions that I had from the year previous that had been quite come for wishes yet. However, in reflecting when finished, I noticed that my dreams and aspirations had changed over time. In breaking everything down, I had realized that I had grown so much over the course of this last year, end that are economy wasn't such a different place as well, That my vision's for my board became more about the inner me and finding the strength to take care of the outer me from there.
