Please join us as we hear from Ruth Hodge from Christian Faith Ministries (CFM) who heads up this mission with her husband Kent in Nigeria. Today she brings us the latest of what has been happening recently with the CFM mission. New Vine Lakes has been partnering with CFM's mission station in Gombe since 2016. Recently, our mission has extended their teaching and missionary work across Central and Northern Africa. 

Resurrection Sunday is an invitation to taste and see for yourself just how God really is, and to know him intimately. 

What are your biggest failures? How does Jesus respond to your failures?In this Family Service week 1 we listen to Tamara Soper talk about her own failures as well as reaching out to the congregation to discuss what power the labels our failures have on us. What control these failures have on our lives. 

When you see the Spirit of God in a person, it is an invitation to experience if for yourself. This is a call to embrace the ministry - of christ in you. 

Please join us as we listen to our Guest speaker Steve Stewart who has written books about discipleship like "The First Church Restored: Ancient Truths for Joyful Discipleship Today". 

Christ has bought us out of a hopeless situation where we were helpless. He died so that we could know life in all its fullness. Why then do we not spend time in His Presence when this was never before possible? Lets discover how we can practically prioritise spending time in His word.     

If we truly want to grow spiritually as a disciple of Christ, then we need to go beyond just community, or a grace-filled place for people to share their story, or pray with one another; but we need to be willing to give people permission to speak into our lives, even when it is difficult to hear. Please join us as we hear from our Pastor Steve Troyer on our 3rd in the Sermon Series Grow Together. 

We have a responsibility to one another in prayer. We can intercede for one another and build up the church by praying, not with just our words but with the spirit.

It doesn't matter how broken your story is, you are not alone. We are all broken People. But, as we tell out story, we find Jesus enter out story to produce a new story.

How can we embrace the kind of discipleship Jesus had in mind? There is a lot of confusion in the body of Christ as to what discipleship actually looks like. In this sermon, we will find that the kind of discipleship Jesus modelled was relational, practical, and carried an exciting momentum that could not be stopped.

What God-encounters have you had that shaped you? A profound answer to prayer. The sick healed. A word of knowledge that awakened someone in the reality of christ. Or, a deep encounter with Gods presence. All of these things we tend to hold onto. And yet there is more...God gave Ezekiel a vision that i believe is both true of the believer today, as is his established reign on earth in his second coming. You can find the full story in Ezekiel 47.  

The old is gone, the new is here! What an amazing truth. That in Christ we are new creations. Fully reconciled to God. We are now holding nothing back from God and He holds nothing back from us.Join us as we listen to Jake Hartgers bring us todays message for the first in the Series There Is More.

Andrew spoke again, encouraging us to:Persist in receiving God's power and to recognise that we already have everything we need in Christ, but there's always more to receive.We had a powerful time of waiting on the Lord, asking Him to reveal areas of limitation in our lives and asking Him to fill us with more.  Some received prayer for more, with the laying on of hands, anointing with oil and prayer for deeper hunger for God's presence.

Andrew shared on how to live in the Father's house:We have a rich inheritance in the Father's houseIf you want to live in our Father's house, you need to know how much he loves you.A powerful time of ministry followed with people receiving a Father's embrace.

Steve shared a profound message that linked the Presence of God to the Face of God:•    Three keys Moses models, if we want to know His Presence: (i) understand our poverty (our mission is impossible without him); (ii) be willing to change (move from the familiar); (iii) be willing to be used by him (be a river, not a dam).•    Now, something greater than Moses is here, and we are invited to “draw near to him, and he will draw near to us,” face to face.This was followed by a reflective time of journaling and prayer, asking key questions like, "What do I need to lay down?" and "How do you want to use me, Lord?"

We were reminded that in Christ, we can receive it all—now. It is not a case of how much Holy Spirit we get, but how much Holy Spirit gets of us. The evening concluded with seeking God's infilling Spirit.

We round off our Presence Conference with a word from our Guest Speaker Andrew Scarborough from Fire & Rain. Listen in to his sermon about Revival and the need for us to have God's hunger for sharing his Gospel.
