Send a textWelcome to another gentle episode of The Zeepy Sleep Podcast — a calming bedtime story for kids designed to help children feel safe and peaceful as their bedtime routines shift with daylight saving time and the spring forward clock change. In Slumber and the Sun's Gentle Stretch, the forest animals notice something curious: the sun stayed in the sky longer today—just like when the clocks spring forward—and even though bedtime has arrived, their bodies don't feel sleepy yet. Together, they visit Slumber the Sloth beneath his great starlit tree, where he teaches them that rest comes before sleep — and that sometimes our bodies need a little extra gentleness and patience when the light changes and bedtimes feel different. Through soft breathing, cozy moss, and the forest's evening song, the animals learn to trust the quiet and practice resting, even when sleep feels far away.

The King & the Cross - Matthew 26:31–46: When life gets heavy, we tend to do one of two things: stumble in disappointment or drift into spiritual sleep. In Matthew 26:31–46, Jesus faces betrayal, fear, and crushing pressure—and shows us a better way. Not grit. Not bravado. But surrender. In the garden, Jesus meets weakness with prayer, suffering with obedience, and fear with trust in the Father. This is a story for anyone tired of holding it together and wondering where strength actually comes from. Join us this Sunday as we explore scandal, slumber, and the freedom found in surrender.Join us in person and online at 9 or 11am—bring a friend!

Zander Cannon has renewed a lot of faith in single issue comics with Sleep an 8 issue limited series through Image Comics. I've managed to review each episode on my Youtube Channel because the entire story has kept me in suspense. We've gone 7 parts into this story without actually seeing what Jonathan Reason becomes when he goes to sleep. Destruction, Murder, Conspiracy, and all out mystery are what makes this a great Horror story. This small town reminiscent to Zander's remote college town in the middle of Iowa paints a portrait of how things can go silent in a small town when you don't fit and everything is kept a secret. Zander reveals that this final issue will have 3 different art styles as opposed to what we've come to know from the series with its Black, White, and Grey scaled construction with prominent singular Red on particular objects through every page. Zander also gives me a glimpse at life after the end of Sleep and what projects are to come.Written and Artwork by Zander CannonSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/the-faqs-project-hosted-by-james-grandmaster-faqs-boyce/donations
