Breathwork is one of the only "natural" healing modalities I have ever come across. It utilizes the breath (our life force) to heal societal/familial conditioning, trauma and other Health, Mental and Emotional matters. It is a healing modality that not only can release trauma from the body but it can also alter our subconscious mind by creating new neural pathways; as when we breathe, we begin activating one of the nerves that is responsible for the creation of new beliefs, thoughts and behaviors. The truth is that our paths are almost always non-linear; we can experience moments in our lives where there are linear moments. For example, a time where we went to middle school, high school and university. However, when we begin to delve into who we really are (which doesn’t happen until we venture off on our own) we don’t always follow a linear path. Why? Because our soul’s came into this planet now, at this time, to undergo a set of experiences for us to evolve. It also came here with previous past lives where it learnt about what it could do in other life times to come. This means we cannot follow a linear path because there will reach a point in our lives where we will understand our mission and we will reconnect to a past life time where we might have already trained to be doing the very thing we want to do in this lifetime (our soul’s purpose).
