Our Immediate Good Hope is the we can experience the power of God's deliverance immediately. Judgment day comes upon the wicked into the present. David expects God's immediate deliverance because of his covenant standing and God's faithfulness.

Stay prepared and ready. Grow in Christ as you wait for His return. Matthew 25:1-13. Jesus gives the parable of the 10 Virgins, where 5 were foolish and unprepared, 5 were wise and were prepared. Those who were prepared made it to the wedding banquet, the others were shut out. The Kingdom of God is like this.
