It's Witness Wednesday! Students at Georgia Tech have their worldviews tested as Todd Friel brings the biblical Christian faith to bear on issues like the afterlife, morality, our conscience, and our ultimate hope. Have you ever wondered how you'd approach someone on the street with the truth of the gospel? Wonder no longer - join Todd to learn how you can evangelize lovingly, truthfully, and effectively. Segment 1 • Orrin says he's a Christian—but struggles to define his purpose in life beyond career success. • He claims he's a “good person,” then wrestles with Scripture's claim that no one is good. • Orrin is forced to examine whether he's truly born again—or just culturally Christian. Segment 2 • French student rejects organized religion—but concedes design may imply a Designer. • Confronted with the moral law: Are you good by God's standard—or just by your own? • Hears the gospel clearly contrasted with every other religion: “Do” vs. “Done.” Segment 3 • Professing Christian claims Jesus is the “tipping point”—but hesitates when truth becomes exclusive. • Todd presses to explain why Christianity alone is true—and why other faiths are wrong. • The gospel is made painstakingly clear: We go to heaven by faith—not because we're “good.” Segment 4 • Georgia Tech student accepts design logic—but questions who designed the Designer. • Claims to be “generally good”—until conscience is examined under God's law. • Hears a direct appeal: justice demands payment—but mercy offers substitution. ___ Thanks for listening! Instead of asking, “Will God answer my prayer?” the real question is, “Will I still be praying when He does?”. With several states taking action on Convention of States this month, Rita Peters and Andrew Lusch run through the latest legislative updates for Convention of States. Then, the Wyoming Senate Judiciary Committee hears from the public on our Article V application calling for a convention to propose constitutional amendments that would impose fiscal restraints, jurisdictional constraints, and term limits on the federal government. Then, Regional Director Deanna Becket joins the live broadcast to react to the results and preview next steps.

Today's Headlines: Six federal prosecutors in Minnesota resigned after the DOJ pushed them to investigate the widow of Renee Good — while still refusing to treat the ICE officer who killed Good as a civil rights case. The DOJ is now probing alleged ties between Good's wife and local ICE protest groups, a move prosecutors called a blatant inversion of justice. At the same time, Rep. Jamie Raskin is pressing DHS over reports that ICE is recruiting pardoned January 6 participants, asking how many now have guns, masks, and badges. That scrutiny comes as more than 50 House Democrats roll out articles of impeachment against DHS Secretary Kristi Noem for obstruction, civil rights violations, and alleged self-dealing. Trump escalated things in Detroit, announcing he'll cut off federal funding to sanctuary cities and states starting February 1 — targeting 11 states and D.C. labeled as sanctuary jurisdictions. Abroad, Iran's regime crackdown has reportedly killed more than 2,000 protesters. Trump says he's canceled talks with Tehran, urged protesters to “take over your institutions,” slapped new tariffs on countries doing business with Iran, and — as the regime jams Starlink — the White House has reportedly held quiet talks with exiled opposition figure Reza Pahlavi. In Epstein news, Bill and Hillary Clinton refused to testify before the House Oversight Committee about Jeffrey Epstein, instead sending an eight-page letter arguing the subpoenas are invalid and noting they already submitted sworn statements the committee accepted from others. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court heard arguments on state bans targeting transgender athletes, with signs the justices are unlikely to strike them down. And civil rights trailblazer Claudette Colvin, whose defiance on a Montgomery bus at 15 helped ignite the civil rights movement, has died at 86. The Supreme Court today heard arguments on whether states can bar transgender athletes from competing on girls and women's school sports teams, a national issue that has strong opinions on both sides. In particular, they considered rulings by lower federal courts that blocked Idaho and West Virginia from enforcing their bans, rulings the two states are now seeking to overturn. FOX's John Saucier speaks with John Bursch, senior counsel and Vice President of appellate advocacy with Alliance Defending Freedom, who says he feels confident the highest court will ban trans athletes from competing with others.
