Send us your feedback — we're listeningHebrews 12 : 2 — Eyes on Jesus : Doubt to Devotion at Dawn“Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” — Hebrews 12 : 2As the first light breaks, Hebrews 12 : 2 calls the heart to focus again. The storms of doubt fade when we look to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Across the world—Canada, Australia, Germany, and Mexico—believers rise to seek Him at dawn. Every burden loses weight in the presence of His enduring joy. He has gone before us, conquered shame, and taken His seat in glory. Today, fix your gaze on Christ, and find new strength to begin again.Paragraph 1 – Context In an age of distraction, faith can fracture under pressure. Hebrews 12 : 2 calls us back to focus—away from the noise and toward the cross. Jesus, the pioneer of faith, leads the way with endurance and love. When our attention is fixed on Him, doubt begins to dissolve.Paragraph 2 – Reflection There are moments when questions outnumber answers. Yet the Word teaches that Christ's endurance becomes our example and our encouragement. His joy carried Him through suffering, and that same joy is offered to us. Faith is not about perfection—it's about direction. Keep looking up.Paragraph 3 – Intercession & Vision Pray for those beginning their day weary or uncertain—for students in Germany, families in Mexico, pastors in Canada, and believers in Australia. May the global Church lift its eyes to Jesus once more. Let hearts awaken to His steadying love, and may doubt be replaced with devotion across the nations.Prayer PointsPray for renewed focus on Jesus at the start of every day.Ask God to remove distractions that weaken faith.Pray for victory over doubt and discouragement through Christ.Intercede for those questioning their purpose to find clarity in Jesus.Declare that eyes fixed on Jesus will not be shaken by fear.Pray for endurance to follow Christ through every trial.Ask for strength for leaders running the race of faith.Pray that believers worldwide fix their eyes on Christ, not circumstance.Lift up the next generation to stay focused on eternal purpose.Thank God that Jesus pSupport the showFor more inspiring content, visit RBChristianRadio.net — your home for daily devotionals, global prayer, and biblical encouragement for every season of life. In this compelling sermon, Pastor Karl dives into Matthew Chapter 2, exploring the journey of the wise men and the early life of Jesus. He unpacks the historical and political context of Herod's tyrannical rule and the profound obedience of Mary, Joseph, and the magi in the face of uncertainty. Pastor Karl emphasizes that faith grows not in comfort but through obedience, even when it feels like exile or leads to unexpected places like Nazareth. Highlighting the transformative power of worship and sacrifice, he challenges listeners to prioritize Jesus' story over their own, trust God's providence in difficult seasons, and remain faithful wherever God places them.
