After a couple of years of dieting and working out on his own and losing a lot of weight, he found a trainer that helped him with nutrition and a strong work out plan. This started him on a path to an amateur bodybuilding competition and led him to Vegas to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach. With that experience, along with learning more on his own, he has been able to teach others and help them change their lives. This is an awesome story of hard work and dedication, we hope you enjoy the show.stayingintroublepodcast@gmail.com jessthabest1987@gmail.com
