Today I wanted to share a healing interaction I had during an Ayurvedic consultation. The Universe has its way to guide us even when we aren't actively seeking answers. After actually checking in with myself, I realized there's still so much work to do! It brought me to the question of "Who am I?" The world has felt so overwhelming and sometimes if leaves me feeling hopeless, powerless and numb.

Today I wanted to reflect on how my own fear has silenced my own truth and going after what could've been, despite feelings of doubt or failure.
