How do the Faroe Islands – a nation smaller than many cities – build a competitive handball team that challenges Europe's elite? Our hosts Andrea Lekić and Bengt Kunkel sat down with right wing Hákun West av Teigum to talk about the Faroese handball miracle. After a long wait and fight, Denmark has made it. In an exciting final against Germany they had the right approach despite all the injuries they carried throughout the tournament. Joyce van Haaster is an inspiration. At the age of 24 she got a tumor dagnosis and had a surviving chance of 10%. She took those 10% by the tail and went on to become one of the best wheelchair handball players of the world.
