Throughout the early 1970s, California's Bay Area was in the grip of terror as multiple serial killers operated at the time same time and in more or less the same space. In time, some of these killers, like Ed Kemper, would be caught, while others, like the Zodiac Killer, would remain unidentified. Yet it was the ones who appeared to kill at random, without any preferred victim, that would prove the most terrifying and most difficult to catch. Herbert Mullin was one such killer, and while he may have been active for a very short period, he managed to do a tremendous amount of damage in such a little amount of time.Over a five-month period in late 1972 and early 1973, Herbert Mullin killed thirteen people, including a college girl, a Catholic priest, and a former high school friend and that friend's neighbors. To investigators, Mullin's victims appeared to be—and indeed largely were—chosen at random and the weapons used were chosen more out of convenience than pathology. Den London-baserte Flekkefjordværingen Matias Lunde kom på besøk og vi hygga oss big time! Matias har på kort tid etablert seg som en verdensturnerende sessiongitarist og kan være stolt over å ha samarbeida med artister/prosjekter som IVEON, Jimmy Fallon Show, BBC, Universal Music Group, Adam Blackstone, M Huncho, Cat Burns, Rimzee, Quadeca, Sam Tompkins, LRT m.fl. Matias snakker om sin reise fra Flekkefjord til verdensscenen, kunsten å lære seg MANGE låter på kort tid, Helix vs Quad Cortex og modeler-enheter for livebruk, sjukt lange jackkabler som likevel er for korte, det å tro på drømmen sin, gjøre sessionarbeid over internett med tjeneste som Fiverr, å bruke sosiale medier m.m. Renate Lunde har alltid jobbet hardt og prestert skyhøyt. Hun var et lovende svømmetalent. Kjempeflink på skolen. Hun ble en dyktig historiker som reiste rundt og løftet frem stemmene til de fattigste av de fattigste kvinnene i slummen i Egypt og Midtøsten. Men parallelt med dette var hun mye syk. Hun hadde stadige betennelser. Fikk pusteproblemer. Fikk mage- og tarmproblemer. Mistet kreftene. Som 21-åring var hun plutselig bare skinn og bein. Hun fikk påvist alvorlig Candida, men tok grep, og klarte å spise seg tilbake til sin fysiske kraft på åtte måneder. Sykdomsforløpet gjorde at hun ble opptatt hva vi putter i oss og hva vi smører på oss - noe som førte til at hun da hun var i tjueårene, valgte å starte Vossabia som i dag tilbyr en rekke økologiske produkter for hud og hår. Hvorfor trenger vi å leke? De siste årene har dette spørsmålet blitt stadig mer diskutert, og mange av oss har kanskje innsett at vi i lengre tid har undervurdert lekens viktighet. I 2022 utga lege Charlotte Lunde og professor i nevrobiologi Per Brodal boken Lek og læring i et nevroperspektiv. Hvordan gode intensjoner kan ødelegge barns lærelyst. I den argumenterer de for at leken er enormt viktig for barns utvikling og trivsel, og om de skadervirkninger som følger av at vi har et samfunn hvor barn har stadig mindre frihet og anledning til å leke. Sauer kjenner igjen stemmen til sin hyrde. Vi blir stadig bombardert med mange stemmer som forsøker å påvirke oss. Hvilke stemmer er verdt å lytte til? Jesus kaller seg "Den gode hyrde som gir sitt liv for sauene". Dette gir oss god grunn til å søke å kjenne igjen stemmen hans. Så står oppfordringen igjen til oss å fortsette å søke etter Gud i en til tider hektisk hverdag. For noen ganger må man gjerne rydde vekk bråket for så å finne Gud i den skjøre stillheten.

Korleis kan ein snakke om tru på ein forståeleg måte, og korleis kan ein svare på vanskelege spørsmål? Dette er noko av det Joakim Sundnes prøvar å gje svar på i boka Hva tror du på egentlig? I tillegg har Lunde gitt ut ei bok om det pastoren din vil du skal lese. Det er Christopher Ash som har skive denne, og ynskje med den er at ein ved å lese denne boka kan hjelpe kvarandre til å bli ei betre forsamling og ein betre kristen. Kristiansen nemner også ei ny barnebok som er skrive ut frå historia om sonen som rømde heimanifrå og kom heimatt, og til slutt ei ny bok av Kurt Hjemdal. 28.februar går millioner av muslimer verden over inn i Ramadan, fastemåneden. I 30 dager skal de faste og be, og med hengivenhet søke Allah. Vi har igen besøg af Jacob Ravn fra Lunde Maskinstation. Denne gang skal vi tale om de maskiner der står i ‘stalden'. Vi skal også blive klogere på entreprenør-delen hos Lunde Maskinstation, for de har nemlig gang i mange spændende ting. Jacob Ravn er født og opvokset på en malkekvægsejendom og som helt ung blev han bidt af maskinerne. Han ville gerne være traktormekaniker, men det var svært at finde en læreplads, så han endte med at gå i lære som lastbilmekaniker. Han ville dog gerne tilbage til landbrugsbranchen, så han fik arbejde på Lunde Maskinstation. Efter en periode i Lunde var han i en årrække på Varde Maskinstation, men han fandt på et tidspunkt tilbage til Lunde igen. Og i 2005, da han fik tilbudet om at købe maskinstationen, slog han til. I dag har de fordelt arbejdet i to virksomheder - Lunde Maskinstation og Lunde Entreprenørforretning. De var tre mand i biksen da Jacob overtog den - i dag er de 30. Vi skal tale om, hvordan udviklingen har været både i forhold til opgaver og selvfølgelig også grej! Videre er han teknisk ansvarlig for forskningsprosjektet RecoVRy, der han koordinerer utvikling og implementering av VR-programvaren i som benyttes i prosjektet.June Ullevoldsæter Lystad er psykolog og forsker ved Seksjon for Behandlingsforskning og Seksjon for Tidlig Psykosebehandling ved Oslo Universitetssykehus og førsteamanuensis ved Universitetet i Oslo. Hennes forskningsinteresser ligger blant annet innenfor kognitiv funksjon, kognitiv trening, kognitiv atferdsterapi og (arbeids-)rehabilitering ved psykoselidelse. Sammen med Jan Ivar Røssberg leder hun RecoVRy-prosjektet der VR-applikasjonen med samme navn er under utvikling. Seks scenarier er ferdigstilt og to nye er under utvikling.
