My conversation today is with the lovely Florence Amerley Adu a Ghanaian-American based in Accra, Ghana and Brooklyn, New York.  Florence is the daughter of immigrants who were among the first post-colonial Ghanaians to immigrate to Denver, Colorado in the mid 1960s.  She has designed a bi-continental lifestyle that has lead led her to co-found and be CEO of LEAP Transmedia Limited, a content development and production company based in Accra.  In the US,  she is the Managing Director of ArgoAdu LLC, a project management company. Which is a family enterprise, with a portfolio that includes real estates, construction and property management projects in Denver, New York and Accra.  Florence is a graduate of New York University where-studied urban policy and economics and Stanford University, where She received undergraduate degrees in Management Science and Engineering and Industrial Engineering.  Fun fact  Florence and I met a few years ago in Accra, but we recorded this episode in Iceland when she was visiting the country. In this episode, I had a conversation with Peace Mathew Kipuyo, a super talented Videographer  and Storyteller from Arusha, Tanzania currently working on the African To The World Project.  Peace is also  from the legendary Maasai tribe and takes us in  a bit on what it means to be a Maasai. Peace found his passion for videography when he was studying in China. In this episode, you will also learn about his adventures and experiences in China and travelling around parts of Asia. We met in Ghana and I enjoyed every minute of our conversation. As a Ghanaian and West African, I learnt a lot from Peace and I hope you do too. We talked about his fascinating childhood growing up in Australia and Papua New Guinea to why he is passionate about Africa and travel.
