Locked On Giants – Daily Podcast On The San Francisco Giants
The SF Giants will make a major trade between now and the deadline. Their starting rotation, led by breakout star Logan Webb and newcomer Carlos Rodón, will be a top-three unit in the game. Joey Bart will struggle, and the prospect shine will fall off even more. Those are some bold predictions for the San Francisco Giants in 2022. And what about their won-loss record? Last year, people expected around 76, and they won 107. What about this year? They seem destined for somewhere in the neighborhood of 90 wins. On today's Locked On Giants podcast, host Ben Kaspick answers questions from listners about the state of the Giants. Among the questions asked and answered are: Will a move be made before start of season? If so, which position? Do you think the Giants will let Mike Yastrzemski play every day until or unless he plays himself into a platoon situation? Do you see any changes to the 40-man roster between now and Opening Day? What are the chances of Alex Blandino making the team and who would be on the chopping block to get DFA'ed? Or more likely a trade? Would this move make Mauricio Dubón redundant or with these injuries could they keep everyone during April? Do you think the Giants will stick with a traditional 5 man rotation, or will they try 6, or 5 + a bullpen day? The starters all perform much better with 5+ days of rest, and it could help prevent injury. Find and follow Locked On Giants on your favorite podcast platforms:

He then catches you up on some players who have encouraging injury updates like Nick Senzel, Lucas Sims, and Alex Blandino. This week was International Women’s Day so we have dedicated this whole episode to sharing the love with women all over the world and help them feel more beautiful and more confident. Today's episode is to help you see your inner beauty and love yourself for who you really are.We are so used to putting each other down. Why don't we lift each other up?Lets appreciate each other for our inner beauty.Featuring quotes from our previous guests, singer Paulini Curuenavuli, curve model Allie Athanasio and singer Alex Blandino. Here is the affirmation Lauren reads in this episode. Copy and print it out to put on your mirror and read out aloud to yourself every morning:I am STRONG.I’ve gone through hell and kept walking. I know my weaknesses.I am WORTHY.It may have taken me a long time to believe that but I’ve worked through my “unworthiness”.I am BEAUTIFUL.And no one needs to convince me of that anymore. I’ve dropped the illusion of not enough.I am PERFECT.I have imperfections but that doesn’t make me IMperfect. I am perfect as I am.I am ME.I thought I was lost and alone, but now I realise that I was always with me.
