If you had told Daniel after he watched Flashes Before Your Eyes, one of the best episodes of television of all time, "Oh yeah, there's another time travel Desmond episode coming up that a lot of people think is even better," he would've called you a liar. Enter, The Constant. An episode so great it manages to make up for our first less than stellar Juliet episode. Daniel almost figured out an important plot point but puts it through Google translate a few too many times. Eric continues to adore Daniel (Faraday, not his dumb cohost). They both wish they had a bro as great as Sayid in The Constant. If you enjoyed the show, please leave us a review wherever you listen to it! After a riveting opening to the season, we get a few plot heavy episodes that don't really move the plot forward all that much, which Daniel Faraday can probably explain how that is possible. Sayid grows a majestic set of hair as Kate does he best Marie from Breaking Bad impression and snatches dat baby. Daniel thinks Jack is bald. Eric grows more weary of the episodes as things go on. The both (shocker) find Kate annoying. This is a big episode for fans of references to The Stormlight Archive or Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors.
Lost: Season 6, Episode 11
Post Show Recaps: LIVE TV & Movie Podcasts with Rob Cesternino
In "The Variable," Daniel Faraday returns to the island to rewrite history. Instead, he fulfills it. The Faraday story reaches its crescendo and while it moves all of the season five action into its rightful place, it comes at a very high cost. Josh and Mike break down the episode, and explain why they think it's a perfect hour of LOST. The post Lost: Down the Hatch | Season 5 Episode 14: ‘The Variable' appeared first on PostShowRecaps.com.

We spend the bulk of this episode meditating on the nature of time, free will, and the difference between prescribed outcomes and choices that were always made. It's pretty in the weeds, but we think Daniel Faraday would have appreciated it. Special guest Mark Pellegrino joins us to talk about playing Jacob. Lost: Season 5, Episode 5
The TV show Lost was a cultural phenomenon full of mysterious clues, time travel, and paradoxes, but what was the point? Were they dead the whole time? Did the writers make up the story as they went along, with no end game?John Tenney pops in to discuss how Lost ended one of his relationships. Ali got a 57 minute Cameo from Jeremy Davies, the actor who played Daniel Faraday, in which he talks mostly about his digestion.EMAIL: Webcrawlerspod@gmail.comVOICEMAIL: 626-604-6262DISCORD: https://discord.com/invite/VNGJnHrFOLLOW: Twitter / Instagram / Reddit / FacebookPATREON: HEREMERCH: https://webcrawlerspod.com Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/webcrawlers. We're psyched for a Desmond episode, although we've got questions about his decision to go visit Charles Widmore — and about Daniel Faraday's decision not to tell Charlotte what's happening to her. We also interview prop master Rob Kyker, who tells us about creating the DHARMA vans and beer cans, his emergency glassblower and spray-panting bunny rabbits. The freighter folk are introduced in the second episode of Season 4 — but should this have been the season premiere? We think so, actually.
Όλες οι απαντήσεις και πολλές ακόμα ερωτήσεις στο νέο επεισόδιο του αφιερώματος στο ‘Lost’, ‘We Have to Go Back’.
In this week’s episode, Daniel takes a stand against murdering children! He’s very brave. “Part 6” shows us a little more Richard Horne (mostly that he’s a total beta cuck), Janey-E firmly stands up to Daniel Faraday, and Ike the Spike does what he does best! Well it's another week of our Lost coverage as we take a step closer to the end with the first episode of the 4th season, The Beginning Of The End. Is this a weak premiere or is it still really good? Are the flashforwards just really getting us motivated for more to come this season? How big of a tone shift do we feel in this episode? Why don't they shoot Hurley when he runs? Why does dead Charlie have a shaved head in the afterlife? How great is Matthew Abaddon? How mysterious is the whole 'Oceanic 6' plot? How is Naomi able to do so much when she is about to die? How great is the subtle character development of Sawyer in this episode? How come Jack shooting Locke isn't a bigger deal? Is Hurley the star of this episode? And are we excited to meet Daniel Faraday? There's a lot to digest so get to listening and try and get started!★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★
The 100th episode of LOST provides the long awaited flashback episode for one Daniel Faraday, where we witness how Eloise Hawking had a hand in guiding Daniel to the Island, why she did so, and that maybe his "whatever happened, happened" mantra has some exceptions. In the next episode,Locke exposes Ben as a fraud while stating a shocking mission, Jack feels he found his purpose as to why he returned to the Island, and Sawyer and Juliet look to leave as they're finally exposed in 1977. The table is set for next week's Season 5 finale in this historic podcast episode!
As the Island gang continues to travel through time, a lot is learned about the history of the Island and Charles Widmore's relationship to it as they end up in 1954 where a hydrogen bomb threatens the Island's current inhabitants. Locke also thinks of a plan that could put an end up to the spontaneous flashes through time. Off the Island, Desmond is on the hunt for Daniel Faraday's mother, and Ben Linus gets closer to bringing the Oceanic Six together. Ben has a theory as to why he may have some issues with Season 5, and why he wasn't so surprised to see a presumed to be dead character return. A mixed bag of episodes this week, but a lot to discuss!
Here it is: the episode many of you have been waiting for. It was certainly the one that Krista was waiting for, since she finally got to learn why our show is named what it is. And the episode did not disappoint. We have strange consciousness time travel, a love story, and super weirdness with Desmond. We have new characters on the freighter in Minkowski (RIP), Keamy, and Omar. We have Daniel Faraday, past and present. And we're left with a couple new questions: who opened the door of the med-bay for our Losties? Was it the spy? Who IS the spy? What is going on on that freighter? What is going on with Daniel? Is Juliet the best ever? Stay tuned and maybe we'll find out!
And so we meet Daniel Faraday, a physicist seemingly with a good heart and good intentions; Miles Straume, a sarcastic man with the gift of talking to dead people; Charlotte Staples-Lewis, an archaeologist with some interest in the Dharma Initiative; and Frank Lapidus, a damn good pilot (when he's sober). They're here to rescue the survivors of Flight 815...but really they're here because of Ben Linus. Because OF COURSE it has to do with Ben.
Desmond is on a quest to find Daniel Faraday's mother. What adventures will he find along the way? All episodes are recorded, produced, engineered, and edited by Clint Erekson and Adam John Daly. http://facebook.com/gettinglostpodcast clintandadam@gmail.com http://society6.com/clintandadam
