One of the options, the Boot Camp in Disney California Adventure Park, is a high intensity boot camp, where guests will move from land to land before the park opens. Another option is the Obstacle Challenge, which takes place at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail before the park opens. There is also a power walking option that takes place in DCA. Starting February 15th, the indoor mask mandate will be dropped for vaccinated individuals in counties that do not have their own mandates. This includes Orange County, where Disneyland is located. Disneyland has not commented on this change or mentioned if they plan to keep the mandate for guests. We’re reporting live from Disneyland during Spring Dapper Day weekend for Episode 40 of Dateline Mousetalgia! First, some breaking news— the Easter Bunny has been spotted on Main Street, USA! Not only that, but it appears that the Tropical Hideaway’s Rosita has taken a little trip, as she’s not at her usual perch (don’t worry, she’ll be back soon!). We attended Dapper Day and the Dapper Day Expo at Disneyland for the first time with a BABY! We spent most of the time hanging out with our Dapper Bounding Friends.   We also went to the vintage inspired Dapper Day Expo at the Disneyland Hotel Convention Center. They still charged $10 and we didn’t get a discount. They also didn’t seem to have any panels this time. It’s hard to imagine today, when most people you see at Disneyland are in their running shoes, moisture-wicking workout clothes, yoga tops, or something sleeveless or strapless. But once upon a time, circa the 1950s and 1960s, women at Disneyland almost ALWAYS dressed in stylish, colorful dresses, and men in full-on suits, with no denim to be found. After all, going to Disneyland was an EVENT. And you ALWAYS dress up for an event. Just six years ago, one organization made it their goal to bring that tradition back to prominence...Dapper Day! In February 2011, Los Angeles-based fashion designer Justin Jorgenson, better known by his industry handle Justin J, held the first ever DAPPER DAY expo. The stated mission of Dapper Day is “to celebrate refined style from yesterday and today”. Basically, the idea behind Dapper Day is...anything worth doing is worth looking good while you do it! And why not apply that logic to The Happiest Place on Earth? Dapper Day now has annual events at Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World, and Disneyland Paris, all of the wholly owned Disney Parks properties and  thanks to viral exposure on social media, The Disneyland Resort version of Dapper Day has gone from just 100 attendees in 2011, to an estimated 25,000 in 2017! This year, that crowd is expected to be bigger than ever and Philly and I are going! Tonight, we’re talking all things Dapper Day! PiCast Episode 81 - Fall Dapper Day DuckTales Adventure   It’s Brittany’s favorite SemiAnnual holiday, Dapper Day at Disneyland! We attended Dapper Day and the Dapper Day Expo at Disneyland. We were part of a big group doing a DuckTales bound. It was really fun to have a group bound! We highly recommend it.   We went to the vintage inspired Dapper Day Expo at the Disneyland Hotel Convention Center. They charged admission this time. It would cost $10 normally. We got our tickets on GoldStar for about half price. They added panels to the expo to justify the cost. It remains to be seen if the expo will grow into a paid event. We went both days so it was worth the half price for sure. There were great Vendors there like Sidecca.com, Unique Vintage, Rad Bow Ties by Xoelle.com, A few Pomade pawning barbers and the dance teachers from Atomic Ballroom in Irvine.   We also went to High Tea at Steakhouse 55 with our friends Justin and Jasmine. PiCast Episode 58 - Spring Dapper Day 2017   We attended Dapper Day and the Dapper Day Expo at Disneyland this weekend. We dressed to impress as Dapper Genderbent Captain America and Agent Carter. The weather was nice at Disneyland and we had a good time looking at all the well dressed patrons.   We went to the vintage inspired Dapper Day Expo at the Disneyland Hotel Convention Center. There were great Vendors there like Sidecca.com, Unique Vintage, Rad Bow Ties by Xoelle.com, A few Pomade pawning barbers and the dance teachers from Atomic Ballroom in Irvine.   We saw many cool Dapper People like  @Padawan_Princess, @brizzo28, @betzjj, @princesspiethepinup, @katchik99 and don’t forget to check out @allieandaurora where you can get custom skirts made for next Dapper Day or really any occasion!   Our friend @bepydoll hand painted our Captain America parasol and we got so many compliments on it.   While at Disney we saw Mikey and the Magical Map for the first time in VIP seats! What a fun show that is. We ate relocated corndogs near Goofy’s Sky school and @Brizzo28 had a sweet batter dipped corn on the cob.   We talk about our May the Fourth  contests.
