Being success conscious starts with distinguishing what success looks like for you. Far too many in the entrepreneurial industries look at other people to gauge what success looks like. Often time they take on unrealistic expectations that end up poisoning their purpose. 2020 put the magnifying glass back into the hands of the individual so you could take a long hard look at what success really looked like for you, This feeling of pushing a rock up a hill does not have to be your entrepreneurial journey. Although skill plays a huge part in your success, there are other skills that you will need. Shine a light on what you are passionate about. When you lead with that you'll find yourself excited to go and do the work that necessary. When you don't you will find yourself drained and ready to quit. Even if you feel that way right now...don't quit!!
