Leslie Moore can see the hand of God from childhood to present as she stumbles through life with extreme fatigue. She understands the importance of prayer and reading the Word of God. She believes nothing is by chance and the Lord has a purpose for each believer. In addition to MS, the Lord has brought Leslie through debilitating migraines, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. She believes all things are possible with Christ who strengthens her, and she strives to live her faith in Christ. She is a Manager in a Fortune 500 Company, a former owner of a non-profit, and an award-winning bilingual children’s Indie Book Author. Raised by an illiterate father, and a coda mother (a person raised by deaf parents), Leslie’s childhood was faced with unique communication challenges due to her father’s illiteracy and her mother’s vigilant fears and attitude. Leslie began working in the 7th grade and has not stopped. In 1993 at age 23 she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). In that same year she gave birth to her son who was diagnosed with learning challenges when entering elementary school; she was told he would never read. Leslie rebuked that declaration in the name of Jesus and a battle began: a fight for her son’s education that inspired her to write children’s books. Leslie is passionate about sharing the gift of reading with children who have fewer resources in environments of need. She has served on non-profit boards, taught Sunday school, facilitates a Bible study, and has given many hours to volunteer projects such as: The Urban League of PGH Hunger Svcs., Jambo Charity, Scouts, and the MS Society’s MS150. When you wake up in the morning, she advises, seek the Lord and mimic His walk. Don’t look for accolades in this life--look forward to them in heaven. Jesus took 12 ordinary people and turned the world upside down!

In this live, interactive episode, Ann Sieg shares her vision of working with Jesus as her CEO to reach people with the love of God through her community and outreach as an online marketer and business woman. Passionate about helping families create a work-from-home business, she shares her strategies for grooming entrepreneurs and developing leadership teams through her certification program. The heart and soul of Ann's efforts is to support members through the developmental phases as an evolving entrepreneur. Her holistic approach encompasses the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical well-being of her students. The author of 3 widely acclaimed books on how to attract customers online, Ann generated over 4.2 million in sales from her first e-book over 13 years ago--all as a result of Ann and her husband losing their auto glass business almost overnight due to a new state law. Ann doubled-down on her “side-hustle” business, taking her sales from 2K per month to 90K in 90 days, more than enough to bring her husband home. She built an online empire: network marketing, info marketing, affiliate marketing, creating and selling her own products, to the tune of $20 million+. Ann’s training has helped 100s of 1000s of people worldwide achieve online success from home. Nothing has matched the rapid success of her e-commerce students. Many see cash flow in the first few days or weeks. Some have achieved 6, 7, and 8 figure incomes – even through her free training alone. Ann's chief goal is to help 1000 people make $10,000 a month from home. She homeschooled her 3 sons for 12 years and taught them entrepreneurship through their many family businesses. Ann believes in the Proverbs 31 woman who runs multiple businesses, serves her family, and develops an outreach for God's kingdom.

Sometimes we face seasons when we must say good-bye to security and safety, to prosperity, to a cherished dream. It’s been said that life is one big transition. That sure feels true since nothing in life seems to stay the same for very long. It is even truer for relationships because they involve two people who are constantly growing and changing. The relationship must find a way to manage those fluxes if it’s going to survive. So it is no wonder that it is in those fluxes, those times of transition that problems usually arise. Things change and we struggle to adapt to the change. In this episode, Jory and Jennifer explore different forms of transitions in a variety of relationship types. That includes the upcoming transition in their own relationship now that they will no longer be co-hosting the radio show every month. So, how do we prepare for change? How do we find healthy ways to adapt? And how do we embrace the new definition for the relationship? Long ago, a very wise man wrote, “Wisdom lights up a person’s face” (Eccl. 8:1, NLT). We spend a lot of time, money, and effort on makeup and facials to achieve an attractive glow. But that is merely a surface glow and soon wears off. It can’t compare to the inner radiance that comes from wisdom. In this episode, Jory and Kim Crabill explore the source of true wisdom, the steps to ongoing growth in wisdom, and the exciting process through which wisdom flows from us to bring blessings and benefits to others. Do you enjoy having sales conversations? Whether it’s a natural hesitancy due to fear of rejection or dislike that stems from being the victim of manipulative or uncomfortable sales conversations, too many entrepreneurs would prefer to do almost anything rather than have an actual sales conversation. And that’s a shame, because when you approach it correctly, you’ll find that a sales conversation is a relationship-driven opportunity to discover what your potential client or customer needs and to find a way to meet that need through your own offerings or a reference to another business. Learn how you can tap into your natural sales skills (the ones you use every day, probably without even realizing it), how your online presence can support your offline sales and how seeking harmony can revolutionize the way you approach a sales conversation. We’ll also explore how you can ask your potential client or customer questions that may bring about harmony between you and keep you fully present in the conversation. Julie A. They didn’t talk. Not for ten years. Not about faith anyway. Instead, this Christian mother and her Muslim daughter tiptoed with pain around the deepest gulf in their lives–the daughter’s choice to leave the Christian faith, convert to Islam and become a practicing Muslim. Now in their new book Undivided, the mother journeys with her daughter through a struggle to heal their divide, facing their deepest question: Can they learn to love each other in a whole new way? An important work for parents whose adult children have left the family's belief system, it will help those same grown children as they wrestle to better understand their parents. More than all, it will point divided parents of all walks of life to release their divides to Christ as he heals their hearts, relationships, families and homes. We may start out with a plan for our lives, a dream of how things will turn out. That dream empowers us. But then life happens. Small things throw us off—a condescending look, a snide word, an interruption to our schedules—and suddenly we’ve lost our sense of empowerment. Big life events overwhelm us—marriage, children, abuse, loss, addictions—and we’re robbed of even more power. Yet God can bring us to our place of greatest power through these “set-backs.” Jory and Kim Crabill explore a four-point Power Plan that helps us draw upon God’s power, which never fails, to stay true to His perfect purpose for our lives. Your spiritual walk, or relationship with Christ, can be compared to many different things, but for Jennifer Miller, she uses the metaphor of a road trip to explore how to connect with Jesus. In this episode, Jory and Jennifer discuss her new book, Road Trippin’: A Parable of a Spiritual Journey, and how it can inspire anyone to go deeper into their own relationship with Christ. They explore what it means to grow in faith and integrate it into all areas of your life, including your professional life. How do you know what God wants you to be doing or how He wants you to be doing it? How do we get on track and stay on track with living a Christ-conscious life? Even the most purpose-driven person will, at times, find herself dragging. When you make promises to yourself but don’t keep them, you know you need a dose of something… Motivation? Discipline? Willpower? A stronger vision or purpose? Join Jory and Julie as they discuss what it really takes to accomplish your objectives, especially when those objectives include interim steps that you don’t enjoy but recognize as necessary to achieve your ultimate goal. Jory and Julie discuss the extent to which willpower is ego-based and what that means for the wisdom of relying on willpower to achieve goals, to extent to which discipline draws on the strength of a higher power and how that helps us bring vision to fruition. We’ll discuss the instances in which each is useful, along with discussing Stephen Pressfield’s concept of Resistance as the key block to purposeful accomplishment. Finally, Jory and Julie explore how to harness motivation and develop discipline to continue our vision- and purpose-based work even in the midst of significantly competing demands. Julie A. It’s not surprising to hear that we are, as a culture, completely stressed out. Technology has made our lives easier, but not any simpler. We can now get twice as much done in the same amount of time. Our schedules are now inundated with commitments, obligations, and expectations. We live in a hamster wheel of perpetual striving. Consider the toll that it takes on your health and well-being, as well as on your relationships. In this episode, Jory and Jennifer explore this all-too-common problem and consider ways to find some balance. They discuss the idea of a “Sabbath principle” that incorporates rest into your daily or weekly schedule. What are the risks of over-working and what are the benefits of intentionally resting? How can you possibly build rest into your life? Join them as they share how self-care is anything but selfish. Does your business have a lot of competition? If so, that’s good news, because it means there’s plenty of demand for the kind of product or service you offer. It also means you have to find a way to stand out from the crowd of your competitors, to distinguish what’s unique about you so your ideal clients and customers will identify you as the right solution to their needs. When you share a point of view or other distinctive factor through your business, you’ll become memorable, attractive to those who resonate with your perspective, and appealing as a content generator or media guest. In today’s show, Jory and Julie discuss why differentiation matters, what kinds of differentiators are effective, and how you can find the skills, experience, and attributes that will set you apart from others who also serve your audience. We’ll share examples of differentiators that you might adapt and make your own, and we’ll share a useful framework for highlighting what makes you stand out from the crowd while respecting your own boundaries as a business owner. Let’s put to rest the old lie that “sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me.” Real life teaches otherwise: The words we speak to ourselves and others have real power to hurt us. But the flipside is good news: Words also have tremendous power to heal, to restore hope, to make people feel important and valued. In this episode, Jory and Kim Crabill explore ways to ensure that the influence of our words builds others up rather than tears them down. Intimacy issues have become a multi-billion dollar business, but what most people don’t realize is that, a lot of the time, those issues are more mental and emotional than physical. Intimacy isn’t just about sex, it is also about your mind, your heart, and your spirit.
