Hour 1 * Guest: James Edwards – Race, Politics & Hypocrisy in 21st Century America – thepoliticalcesspool.org * Roxie Washington, the mother of Floyd's only daughter Gianna, announced she's hired a team of lawyers to go after Ye, his business partners and his associates for harassment, misappropriation, defamation, and infliction of emotional distress – Seeking $250M in damages. * JP Morgan Chase Closes Kanye West's Bank Account in Wake of Politically Incorrect Comments. * Biden's DOJ is cracking down on conservatives – They've already started raiding and arresting Christians. * First the DOJ announced it would target parents who were concerned about Critical Race Theory being taught in their children's classrooms. Then they started investigating pro-life groups, even as radical pro-abort terrorists were firebombing and vandalizing pro-life centers and churches. * A recent letter from the AMA sent to AG Merrick Garland calls for investigations into social media users who are spreading “disinformation” about child sex changes. * In the letter, which was first brought to light by journalist Christopher Rufo, the AMA requests the DOJ to “take swift action to investigate and prosecute all organizations, individuals, and entities” spreading “misleading information targeting individual physicians and hospitals” that perform irreversible transgender surgeries on minors. * The letter was also authored by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Children's Hospital Association and specifically states that a “few high-profile users on social media are responsible for spreading the “disinformation” about child sex-change surgeries, which have resulted in bomb threats.” * Is the FBI investigating those bomb threats? Or are they treating them like their treating the actual bombings of pro-life medical centers and doing nothing? Hour 2 * We can only hope that if the GOP does take back Congress, they'll actually do something to stop them. * A Bloomberg Economics model shows the likelihood of a recession beginning at some point before October 2023 at 100%. * As kids get ready to go trick-or-treating for Halloween, the price of candy, chewing gum, and other sweets has reached its highest level ever recorded. The US continues to suffer from 40-year high inflation. * LA prosecutors: China had back-door access to US election data – ‘This is probably the largest data breach in United States history' – Art Moore, WND.com * Los Angeles County prosecutor Eric Neff said Chinese contractors working for a Michigan-based software company had direct control over US election data through an app for poll workers called PollChief. * The prosecutor, describing the volume of data in the breach as “astounding,” was commenting on the criminal case against Eugene Yu, the CEO of Konnech, for storing Los Angeles election worker data on servers based in China. * The complaint issued by the L.A. District Attorney's Office cited as evidence a message from a Konnech project manager through a Chinese-owned messaging app that said “any employee for Chinese contractors working on PollChief software had ‘superadministration' privileges for all PollChief clients.” * The security breach through the Konnech software was discovered by the election integrity group True the Vote. * Later, however, after working together on a “counter-intelligence operation,” Engelbrecht and Phillips said the FBI turned against them, and they sought out independent researchers to assist. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/loving-liberty/support
