HEADLINE: Biden's HHS Launches Abortion Access Website Following Far-Left Backlash by Eric Lendrum  Did I not tell you last week that Merrick Garland would ultimately be called upon to wage legal battles in every state that life was protected in? Mississippi and 9 other states pulled the trigger on NO abortion. The government is now going to facility in the killing of citizens of sanctuary states. QUESTION: What has Dobbs changed exactly? AUDIO/VIDEO:  HHS Sec Becerra asked if it's legal to assist in providing transportation for out of state abortions - I would tell you but uh, you're recording so I won't tell you. If this isn't a call to action, what is?

In this episode of the National Crawford Roundtable we delve into the significance of Roe vs. Wade being overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States.  Why are some Christians against this decision?  Why do some Christians support the Democrat party which supports abortion, even up to birth?  What about the Liberals' violent response after the Roe decision? Racial slurs and death threats have been made against Justice Clarence Thomas. There have been attempts to intimidate, kidnap, and murder the Conservative Supreme Court Justices. Why has AG Merrick Garland refused to prosecute the  illegal protestors who were outside of the Conservative Justice's homes? Democrats are falsely claiming that Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney-Barrett lied during their confirmation hearings--is that true?  Should doctors, and women in pro-life states where abortion is illegal be prosecuted?

Deja entrar a mi gente. FUENTE: AP

Live from the No Panic Zone—I'm Steve Gruber—I am America's Voice—God Bless America—God Bless You and let's do this! This is the Steve Gruber show— And I'm here to flush out the lying politicians—the tech giants—and the babbling herd of sheep—   Here are three big things you need to know right now—   ONE— The FDA has banned all Juul brand e-cigarette products—including vape devices and pods—citing a lack of data on the products possible dangers—   TWO— The Biden Administration is rumored to be considering how to make changes to Title 9—and undermine the protections put in place for women decades ago—   THREE— President Donald Trump is the most consequential President of the past 50 years—his only real competition is Ronald Reagan and if you don't believe that you simply are not being honest or paying attention—   There are several reasons—but the biggest is The Supreme Court—   On Thursday The Supreme Court— shot down a New York State law that required those seeking to carry a concealed weapon—show they had an extra-ordinary need to do so—   The court with 3 Trump appointees disagreed.   In a 6-3 ruling authored by Justice Clarence Thomas—the court held that previous high profile decisions on The Second Amendment were correct and consistent with an individual's right to carry in public for self-protection— and the New York Law making it nearly impossible to carry a gun in public for self-defense—was unconstitutional—   More on the strengthening of the Second Amendment in a minute but first—back to what I said a moment ago—   President Donald Trump is the most consequential President in half a century—and the reason IS the Supreme Court! Trump made 3appointments to the nation's high court—something that is exceedingly rare in American history—and it came at a most critical time—when it seems our Constitution is under attack almost every day—from one radical group or another—   To be honest however— I have to admit—President Trump didn't do this all by himself—   I also must give credit to Mitch McConnell on this one—because it was McConnell who blocked Merrick Garland from getting a seat during the waning months of Barack Obama's tenure—and holding it vacant until after Trump was elected—and it ended up of course being filled by Justice Neil Gorsuch—who has voted with the conservatives on several high-profile cases—   It was Mc Connell who was also able to muscle through Amy Coney Barrett to replace the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg—just before the 2020 election—and cementing Trump's legacy for building the most conservative Supreme Court since before the Great Depression—   And we are of course still waiting on the biggest case of all—the Dobbs case—that was leaked to Politico weeks ago—with a draft opinion—showing a clear rejection of Roe Versus Wade—and a rejection of the 1973 decision that allowed abortions across the nation—and tossed out dozens of laws across all 50 states related to the practice—   That ruling—when it comes—and if it does indeed deliver the conclusion as first published by Politico—this would be the most consequential term for the court in decades as well—   I mean consider the ruling in favor of private religious schools getting money from the states—solidifying the rights of American citizens to self-defense—and over turning the landmark Roe V Wade abortion decision—and all at a time when the guy who replaced Donald Trump is flailing in office and suffering the worst approval numbers for a second year President ever—EVER!   The Democrats, the socialists and the far-left extremists are going to erupt in the coming days—   You will see more violence—like the attack on Michigan Congressman Tim Walberg's office this week—or the attacks on charity groups and churches that help women who are in crisis because of unintended pregnancies—and attacks on police—just because that's what leftists do—   Imagine what's going to happen when conservatives take control of the country back and decide to close the border—and enforce the actual laws of the nation—they will really go bonkers then!     Oh—and one more thing—let me be clear; I am not some kind of Mitch McConnell fanboy—in fact as a general rule I don't like him much at all— I mean he is among 14 weak willed Republicans that voted in favor of brand-new Red Flag laws—those however—could also be in jeopardy of getting struck down—Why? Because of President Donald Trump—   So when you realize that your right to defend yourself is stronger than ever before—that your religious rights are stronger than ever before—and that abortion is no longer something that can be dictated by left-wing extremists who manipulated the system to make it happen in the first place—just say 4 simple words—   Thank you, President Trump!   And if you keep yourself together and vote in the all important November Mid-terms and again in 2024—we might just save this thing we call America yet!   God Bless America—whose with me?   Ok—now lets focus on the gun decision—

This week Inside the Hive features two guests focused on the Jan. 6 hearings. First, Daniel Goldman, former federal prosecutor and newly-announced candidate for New York's 10th congressional district, analyzes the findings of the Select Committee investigating the insurrection from the point of view of a lead lawyer in the first Trump impeachment. “If [Merrick Garland] doesn't charge him because Trump is a former president, then that is political,” Goldman says. “And so if you want to de-politicize the Department of Justice, you can't not charge him.” Second, Inside the Hive talks to Alex Holder, the British filmmaker whose exclusive access to Donald Trump and his family before, during and after Jan. 6 has turned his forthcoming documentary, Unprecedented, into explosive new evidence for the Committee and the filmmaker himself into a possible witness. After witnessing Trump's “tone of belligerence," says Holder, “I predicted that [the Jan. 6 insurrection] was going to happen the night before.” Learn more about your ad choices. The Jan. 6 hearings have made it clear that Donald Trump led a concerted, monthslong effort to overturn a democratic election. The extensive interviews — over 1,000 — that the House select committee conducted prove that Trump was told there was no evidence of election fraud, but he pressed his anti-democratic case regardless. And it appears that the hearings may be making an impact on public opinion: An ABC News/Ipsos survey released Sunday found that 58 percent of respondents believe Trump should be charged with a crime for his role in the Jan. 6 attack, up from 52 percent in April. But after all the evidence comes to light, will he actually face legal consequences? If the answer is no, then what might future presidents — including, perhaps, Trump himself — be emboldened to do? And what would that mean for the future of the American political system?Jamelle Bouie is a Times Opinion columnist and co-host of the podcast “Unclear and Present Danger.” Bouie brings a remarkable historical depth to his writing about American politics. His columns about Jan. 6 — and the troubling idiosyncrasies of Trump's presidency before it — have shown how the former president's illiberal actions have threatened the constitutional foundation of American government. So I asked him on the show to help me process the Jan. 6 hearings with an eye to America's past, and also to its uncertain future. We discuss why Jan. 6 may be not just an insurrection but “a kind of revolution or, at least, the very beginning of one”; how the anti-democratic nature of the American Constitution makes our system vulnerable to demagogues like Trump; the most important takeaways from the hearings so far; what could happen in 2024 if Trump is allowed to walk free; what Trump allies are already doing to gain power over elections; why refusing to prosecute Trump would itself be a “radical act”; why Republicans have grown increasingly suspicious of — and hostile to — representative democracy; why Bouie thinks prosecuting Trump would be worth the political fallout it would cause; and more.Mentioned:“Trump Had a Mob. We begin today by breaking down the latest effort by the Republican Party to sell out their own voter base by compromising with the Democrats on gun controls, particularly a proposed massive expansion of subjectively applied "Red Flag Laws." They want a federal fund that will inevitably be used to harass law abiding citizens. This is really bad news and we break it all down. Next up for the RINO caucus? Amnesty! Not a joke! There is good news though: Kellogg's has announced they are going to have to break up. I recall Breitbart's efforts to boycott the woke food brand six years ago; since then their stocks have been flat, if not down, and they are finally throwing in the towel.  We touch on election night results, January 6th hearing nonsense, China capitalizing on Biden's weakness (i.e. falling off a bike), more pain for woke Disney, and Merrick Garland and Derek Zoolander going to Ukraine. Plus, much more in the opening of the show.  Our guest today is fan-favorite and Breitbart News legal contributor Ken Klukowski. Ken recaps a big victory for religious liberty delivered this week by the Supreme Court, he lays out the stakes of the forthcoming "Dobbs" abortion decision, and then he analyzes if the current proposed gun controls will stand up to scrutiny, constitutionally speaking. You won't want to miss his answer.  And then we have our call of the day.

Live from the No Panic Zone—I'm Steve Gruber—I am America's Voice—God Bless America—God Bless You and let's do this! This is the Steve Gruber show— And I'm here to flush out the lying politicians—the tech giants—and the babbling herd of sheep—   Here are three big things you need to know right now—   ONE— A band of radical White Supremacists are rounded up and arrested in Idaho—as they were planning an attack on a gay pride rally—they were found hiding in a rented panel truck by state police—   TWO— Home Depot wins in court—after it told employees they could not wear black lives matter shirts and other such politically charged symbols while on the clock—   THREE— Gas is over $5 a gallon for the national average— in fact today the new all-time record high set again—at $5.02—Diesel is $5.75 AND – California is almost $6.50 on average—and 5 more states are closing in on $6 a gallon for statewide averages— and that is just the beginning—   Inflation is higher than is than it's been for more than a generation— the 8.6% year over year mark is the worst it's been since December of 1981—when the economy was trying to climb out of the failed policies of Democrat President Jimmy Carter—   But unlike late 1981— the inflation rate today shows no signs of slowing down any time soon—but instead appears to be picking up speed as the socialist policies of the Biden White House are imploding on top of ordinary Americans and their families— While wages are going up—all of those gains are being wiped out by skyrocketing prices just about everywhere you look— And the worst part is—helpless Joe Biden and his band of nitwits in the West Wing—seem determined to keep on the same course—no matter who gets hurt or how badly—    In fact, for millions of Americans today—this is something they have never seen before—and it's something they don't like—this is Joe Biden's America—circa 2022—   What we are witnessing in the United States is the Great Re-Set but its not the one imagined by The World Economic Forum—or by the pontificating windbags behind the doors of the teachers lounges or the ranting professors lecturing us all on the dangers of whiteness and the alleged rise of domestic terror under the flag of white supremacy—   No The Great Re-Set we are seeing in America is a hunger for the freedoms laid out in The Constitution—a flat out across the board rejection of socialists—socialism and the entire Big Brother government machine—   Americans of all backgrounds—all colors—all creeds—all levels of education—all religions—all of us are collectively joining together in ever larger groups—rejecting the statist mentality of the left wing Democrats—   We are saying no to Joe Biden—No to Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, AOC, Ilhan Omar, George Soros, Merrick Garland, Barack Obama, Michael Moore and all the rest of the loudmouth big government windbags that want to secure their own power and wealth by stealing yours—   American is resetting—to the principals of the founding fathers—   We are rejecting open borders and war without end—we are saying no to building other nations while out own citizens are suffering—   We are saying no to exploding gas prices and failing energy policies we are saying no to every damned bit of it—   We re preparing for a great re-set—and right now my number of GOP seats picked up in the House of Representatives is 58—yes—that is far more than anyone else is willing to tell you—BUT I do the homework and I can do the math—58 is my number right now—   In the Senate the pickup is 5—which is also more than anyone else will tell you—because they quite honestly don't have the balls to tell it to you straight—   The Great Re-Set is coming alright and its coming in two parts—first in 22 and the next chapter in 24—when 7 more seats in the senate will go red—along with more House seats—   There are so many reasons that less than 18 months in—Joe Biden's Presidency is effectively over already—

FUENTE: AP

Garland MAJORS in failing to meet the moment - with the attack on the Capitol, with confronting white supremacy, and with confronting police violence. He never should've been the nominee, but the best we can hope for is that he will step down soon and pass the work on to someone with more drive and determination to take care of essential issues. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Nicholas J. Roske, armed with a handgun, a knife, and a bag filled with tools and zip ties was arrested outside the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh after admitting he was there to murder Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh's home address was published online after being doxed by pro-abortion groups in May. Two years ago Sen Chuck Schumer threatened two Supreme Court Justices, is this not seditious? Yet, no one called for his resignation or for a televised congressional hearing during prime time. Then, Speaker Nancy Pelosi failed to secure the Capitol building and has sat on legislation to protect the Justices. No action was taken. Merrick Garland hasn't prosecuted a single public official for their actions, yet Pelosi will hold a hearing to smear President Trump. Later, The House passed a bill that will ambiguously ban high capacity 'assault weapons.' This bill faces a difficult fate in the U.S Senate. The term 'assault rifle' is misleading and has not been defined. Whereas machine guns or automatic weapons are already banned and have been banned under the assault weapons ban. AR-15's are semi-automatic just like a revolver or pistol that only shoots one bullet at a time and then reloads. Afterward, Bill O'Reilly calls in to discuss his new book "Killing the Killers: The Secret War Against Terrorists." https://www.amazon.com/Killing-Killers-Against-Terrorists-OReillys/dp/1250279259/ref=sr_1_1?qid=1651691996&refinements=p_27%3ABill+O%27Reilly&s=books&sr=1-1 O'Reilly added that what we're witnessing is leftists out of control and engaging in an ideological civil war. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden has attacked every aspect of American productivity from fertilizer to energy production. Democrat policies have killed jobs and increased the cost of goods. Inflation is out of control at a 40-year high and despite the manipulated calculations, when the GDP comes in, we'll likely will see that the U.S is in a recession. Then, what would Donald Trump do to resolve these shortages? Trump would be on the phone with manufacturers, foreign leaders, and government agencies to roll back red tape. Yet, Biden blames everyone for our misfortune and praises himself for doing a good job. Later, China screwed us with the pandemic and Democrat Governors set the stage for Marxism at all costs to stop Trump while Marc Elias spearheaded legal challenges to circumvent constitutional election law. Churches, synagogues, and mosques were closed, and abortion clinics were allowed to stay open. BLM rioters looted our cities while barbershops were shut down. In breaking news, Rep's. Jim Jordan and Mike Johnson released a letter regarding the FBI's tracking and labeling of dozens of parents as insurrectionists. Following the infamous Merrick Garland memo last October, written at the behest of the National School Boards Association, whistleblowers have revealed that the domestic terrorism division of the FBI has used a tip line and threat tags to target concerned parents. This impedes a parent's Constitutional right to speak and advocate for their children. Afterward, US Senate Candidate Dave McCormick calls in to discuss his campaign. McCormick added how he will challenge his Democrat opponent in the general election.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
