A l'heure du cloud computing et des abonnements pour accéder aux logiciels grand public et professionnels, Microsoft conserve une licence Office dite "à vie".Le géant de l'informatique vient en effet d'annoncer que Office 2024, la nouvelle version de la suite bureautique qui prend la place d'Office 2021, continue de proposer des licences sans abonnement.C'est une alternative intéressante pour ceux qui préfèrent payer une fois plutôt que de s'engager dans un modèle ou il faut mettre la main à la poche tous les mois ou tous les ans.Microsoft met en avant l'option d'achat unique, avec une licence à vie pour 149 euros. Vous pouvez installer la suite sur un seul ordinateur, que ce soit sous Windows 10, Windows 11, ou macOS.C'est un avantage pour ceux qui n'ont pas besoin des fonctionnalités en ligne de Microsoft 365. Mais ce modèle de licence a aussi des limites.Par exemple, si vous avez déjà Office 2021, vous devrez repayer pour obtenir cette nouvelle version. Et surtout, vous ne bénéficiez pas de synchronisation automatique des documents sur le cloud. Et c'est espace de stockage en ligne est un des fonctionnalités phare de Microsoft 365.Les nouveautés d'Office 2024Microsoft a pris en compte les retours des utilisateurs pour améliorer l'interface, qui est désormais mieux intégrée dans le design de Windows 11.En termes de nouvelles fonctionnalités, on peut désormais insérer des images directement depuis son smartphone dans Word, Excel, ou PowerPoint.Concrètement, il n'y a plus besoin de transférer manuellement ses photos pour les intégrer aux documents.
