This episode of Grow Bold with Disability is growing bold and dealing with bullying and exclusion. And our guest is Yarraka Bayles, an indigenous woman who last year posted a heart-breaking video of her 9-year-old son Quaden who lives with achondroplasia saying he wanted to take his own life after being bullied.

After a video of Quaden Bayles lamenting about bullies would go viral the world over having him trend on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and become a news story heard the world over. After a Go Fund Me page was set up and Quaden would receive over 450 dollars on a $10,000 goal to send him and his mother to Disney land.After Quaden would get tons of love from online celebrities including Hugh Jackman, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Cardi B and get to walk out on the field for an All-Star Indigenous game of Ozzy football. Just last week, a heartbreaking story about a 9-year-old child with dwarfism went viral and the internet's reaction was pretty intense. First off there was an unprecedented amount of support that came in just as fast and an astonishing amount of money made but then online bullies got to work trying to debunk the child's crisis and making up lies like he was not only rich and famous but also an imposter. Neil Perry's strozzapreti with fennel, tomato and olive vinaigretteFrom Good Food.com.au HERE.Ingredients400g dried strozzapreti1 small fennel bulb, cut into 4cm dice2 vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into 4cm dice3 anchovies, chopped½ cup black olives, chopped1 tsp salsa macha chilli paste (available online from Fireworks Foods)juice of 1 lemon40ml red wine vinegar2 tbsp basil, roughly chopped, plus extra to serve2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped150ml extra virgin olive oilgrated parmesan, to serveFor the breadcrumb mix (optional)4 tbsp sourdough breadcrumbs2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, choppedMethod1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for 8 minutes. Drain.2. Combine the fennel, tomatoes, anchovies (if using) and olives in a bowl. Season with a good amount of sea salt and a big grind of black pepper. Add the chilli paste, lemon juice, vinegar, herbs and olive oil, then combine.3. Add the drained pasta to the fennel mix, fold through and check the seasoning.4. Divide between 4 pasta bowls and serve topped with freshly grated parmesan and extra basil.5. To make the breadcrumb mix, if using, heat oven to 180C fan-forced (200C conventional). Spread breadcrumbs on a tray and drizzle with olive oil and salt. Cook until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper, and when cool combine with parsley.
