If you're the person who is always saying, "Idk what to post!" it's because you're not putting any effort into it, and that's OK.Just don't keep lying to yourself with, "I want to get better at this!" No, you don't. You don't. Do you know how much free material is on the web that literally lays out countless strategies with varying levels of difficulty and/or effort? You don't want to get better at it, or you would. Why use social media? It's free! It's simple. It's designed to get you in front of people.People need to see your offer multiple times before they consider taking action. Seven (7) is the magic number. With social media, you could potentially reach someone seven times in a single day or week, or month which is something that was out of reach financially for most just a few years ago.Keep in mind not all touches are the same. What is an offer?Your offer is simply telling people what problem you can solve for them.Stand out - be different - entertainment is big.Tell stories. Either your or your clients, preferably both.Effort.  If you don't put effort into things, your return will be lower.Reps.  No matter what you're trying to improve, getting in the reps is the answer. Some things to AVOID (if your goal is to gain clientele):Don't post to those who aren't your target client.Don't post only the back of heads. Don't post without putting effort into your captions.Don't post without intent.Don't skip the CTA.Remember - Have fun with whatever it is you're up to.  Our advice is only that, advice.  It's based on what we've seen work and not work during our combined 30-ish years of business ownership.  You're welcome to take or leave it.Best,Jen & ToddLinks and Stuff:Our (weekly) Email ListFind more of our things:InstagramHello Hair Pro Website

You owe you." - Eric Thomas on the Order of Man podcast with Ryan Michler.I listened to the Order of Man podcast episode from September 13, 2022 while I was blowing leaves in my yard during the Thanksgiving 2022 holiday week. The message is so very direct and just what I needed. I was reminded, because deep down I knew, that noon owes me anything. The One Question That Every Business Owner Must Be Asking Right Now

The Everyday Entrepreneur Podcast

Intro: In today's episode we are talking to Teresa Heath Wareing about how to continue thriving as a business when everything has been turned upside down. PLUS Teresa will be sharing her secret question that every business owner must be asking right now. Key points: When starting your business, decide on your “why” and use that to motivate you. Working for yourself is not as risky as you may think. The positive thing about right now, is that it's making people take action. The time is now! Now is your chance to do things like review your website and what you can offer people online. By taking your offering online, your customers can now be from anywhere, not just near you. If you can offer a service to help and support, then keep advertising your business. Coaching and consulting is a really big opportunity right now as another income stream. Set your goals every quarter and review them – Dream big! Keep going the best you can during this time because this will end.  Tweak your goals to be more relevant to the time now to keep you motivated. Remember… Have confidence in yourself and your business. There is no reason why we can't be selling right now, people are still buying and need our services/products.  You don't want to miss… 01.20 – An Introduction to Teresa 07:31 – Deciding to start your own business and go for it! 12:32 – Thriving during a crisis 17:09 – Start doing this TODAY 23:53 – Side Hustles 24:58 – Setting your dreams and goals 28:40 – Taking action right now Resources mentioned: Website – http://www.teresaheathwareing.com (www.teresaheathwareing.com)  Instagram – http://www.instagram.com/teresa_heathwareing (www.instagram.com/teresa_heathwareing)  The Academy - http://www.teresaheathwareing.com/academy (www.teresaheathwareing.com/academy)  Podcast – https://teresaheathwareing.com/teresa-heath-wareing-podcast/ (https://teresaheathwareing.com/teresa-heath-wareing-podcast/)
