Season 5 of the Pot Moms Podcast has a new twist on parenting and cannabis. In this week's episode, Kait and Natalie talk about anti-aging... and how 36 cannot be the peak year for Kait. The North American anti-aging market was worth USD 18.34 billion in 2023 and is estimated to grow at a CAGR of 5.20%, reaching USD 23.67 Billion by 2028. North America is expected to have a leading share of the global market. Holy vanity Batman! Let's be honest, Kait & Nat are a part of this number as well. Despite the impossible standards that society places on women's looks, Kait and Natalie reflect on how much wisdom and confidence have come along with aging. Whether its botox, facials, facial needling, derma-planing, nice skincare products, (don't worry, the girls hit most of these on the head with personal experiences) do what you need to do to feel good about aging and do it for yourself. Tune in each week as they provide an open and honest perspective on cannabis-use as it relates to parenting, mental health, and life in general. On Yoga Magic, you'll discover an endless library of self care and self discovery practices to try on and see what fits into your life. We'll discuss everything from morning rituals, Ayurvedic practices, and meditation ideas all the way to the best spicy books to read to unwind and how not to lose it around your kids. And of course, plenty of episodes on my two favorite topics: Astrology and Yoga. (In no particular order.) Tune in each Thursday to get new tools for your self care toolbox! Today, we continue our series about the questions from God and Jesus. We read in Exodus once again, but this time God has a new question for Moses," Why do you cry out to me?" This one caused me to pause, listen in and be encouraged!God is omniscient—He knows everything. However he ASKS questions! The questions God asks always serve a purpose. He does not ask to obtain information, since He already possesses all information; His questions serve a different purpose, and that purpose varies based on the context of the question and the needs of the one to whom the question is directed. Marketing Expedition Podcast with Rhea Allen, Peppershock Media
Elayna Fernandez's mission is to help moms break cycles, find peace, and feel whole, so they can become peaceful, present, playful, and on purpose. She created The Positive MOM Community, a free space to help aspiring mom entrepreneurs turn their painful stories into bestselling books, profitable courses, and well-crafted impactful talks, so they can earn passive income as inspiring messengers and digital entrepreneurs. As a single mom of four daughters and having experienced extreme poverty, she knows firsthand that when moms process their trauma, they can raise their children in a positive environment. When she's on the stage, she weaves the tragedy, trauma, and turmoil she's endured into her storytelling to inspire moms to validate their own pain, so they can feel seen, safe, and supported and help others do the same. She knows that we can all create a positive destiny, no matter how painful our history.00:00 - 00:17 “How you show up with everyone is going to be your best marketing.” — Elayna Fernandez00:18 - 00:36 Welcome to Peppershock Media's Marketing Expedition Podcast00:37 - 02:27 Elayna's Bio02:28 - 09:20 Marketing Essentials Moment: Importance of Having a Content Calendar09:21 - 11:56 Welcome to the show, Elayna!11:57 - 13:39 Setting strong boundaries13:40 - 18:47 Connecting and relating to people through storytelling 18:48 - 23:32 The Struggle of Motherhood23:33 - 25:20 Spreading the message of validation25:21 - 30:12 Using analytics to determine your target audience profile30:13 - 30:57 By spreading the word about The Pink Tax Rebate (no purchases necessary) we get up to a $20 credit to spend on Billie razors and body care. 30:58 - 36:53 Owning your expertise to inspire others36:54 - 39:36 Creating a safe environment as you grow your community39:37 - 42:53 Social listening facilitates efficient marketing research.42:54 - 47:11 Forming value-based partnerships and collaborations47:12 - 50:00 Being a compelling brand ambassador is essential to attracting sponsorships.50:01 - 51:58 Be positive and you'll be powerful! Tyaira opens up to tell her journey (so far) in navigating infertility. Head's up, this is a very emotional conversation that is honest, raw, hopeful, and everything in-between. Tyaira calls it the silent club, the club no one really talks about publicly, but one that has a lot of members. Today's episode is for anyone who is walking this path, has walked this path, or knows someone who has and how they can better support them from the outside. The In-between is honored to share to Tyaira's story and hopes that it helps someone feel seen and less alone. Every morning when I wake up, I think about what I want to call into my life that day. Almost every day, I as for support and guidance and to allow the people that want to help me, to surround me. Yet, so often, when it does show up for me, I deny it. Today's episode of She Makes Waves, I recall a day that I turned down help twice…and when I finally accepted the help, it hit me…I wonder how often we are craving support but then when it shows up, we deny it. Why are we so quick to not let other people help us? Is it our ego?So I ask you, Where can you soften into receiving support? Take a listen. I'm sure most of us can relate. Karlie Foster was a teenage mom, who felt like she had to prove to they world she was good enough and worthy. In a desire to create what she thought would be the “perfect” family and life, She stepped into the shadows of her husband and children, sacrificing herself and identity. Spiraling into a state of depression, emptiness, and a perpetually “empty cup”. After a divorce and literally losing everything, every mask she hid behind was literally stripped away, and at that pivotal point she was force to rebuild from scratch.. her identity, relationships, and finances. She found beauty in ashes, and learned that who she REALLY was, was more than enough. A journey into health, physically and emotionally, and the desire to help others rise above their situations and reclaim their identities, propelled her into success not only in life but business. Now as a top 1% leader in her company she empowers and equips those around her to step into their power! Own who they really are, and make beauty from ashes.
