Rachel is perfect to address this topic because she’s a researcher and her research focuses on non-diet weight management focused on black women and she looks at eating disorders. She knows what it’s like to carry more weight than you want. She’s felt stuck, hopeless, has gone from diet to diet, has felt desperate.
