The team's performance has been inconsistent, leading to concerns about their chances of making the playoffs. We are back after taking a weekend off to enjoy the MLB London Series (or a weekend away for Barry)! As expected we recap the amazing weekend that was the London Series for all UK baseball fans and we find out if Drew managed to eat "the boomstick"! We hear some insights to the weekend from Addy as a volunteer and Drew as a visiting fan to the series. Of course we discuss the Red Sox games that have passed since our last proper episode and look at the results against the Braves, White Sox, Phillies and the Yankees. Our controversial discussion point this week is focussed on the players and umpire that received bans for gambling in the last few weeks and we finish off thinking about which current Red Sox player or staff member each of us would like to take out for dinner and why. This episode was recorded on Sunday 16th of June before our series clincher against the Yankees. No traditional episode this weekend as Addy and Drew attend the MLB London Series and Barry gets a much needed weekend break with the family. We do have a special episode in which we discuss the upcoming and previous London Series. The "rumoured to be" cancelled Paris Series are also discussed by our team before having a look at the two teams visiting London this weekend. Drew keeps us up to date on what food is on offer while Addy gives us some hints and tips around the London Stadium and the events at Trafalgar Square where our very own Drew will be hosting a Red Sox fan meet.
