Hour 1: Max Scherzer had a terrible outing yesterday and Gio called his signing with the Mets a complete ‘bust' as of right now. This is reminding Boomer of Patrick Kane and the Rangers. Boomer said we have seen this before, where a great player comes to NY and ‘craps the bed'. It's also May 4th, so may the 4th be with you. Brian Cashman also came out and blamed injuries for the Yankees poor start. Boomer & Gio are going fishing today before our flag football game in NJ. Jerry is here for his first update and starts with the Yankees beating the Guardians in the 10th inning with a Jose Trevino walk off hit. Willie Calhoun hit another HR and John Sterling changed it to Boomer's suggestion, ‘Calhoun hits one to the moon'. Jake Bauers also hit a HR and we got another new HR call. Jerry has audio from Brian Cashman who met the media. ‘Don't give up on us'. Buck Showalter talked about Max Scherzer being rusty since he hadn't pitched in a while. San Francisco Giants pitcher Logan Webb said his team has the s***s since coming back from Mexico. The Devils lost game 1 to the Hurricanes. Akira Shmid was pulled after giving up 3 goals. We heard from Gerard Gallant who talked about having to answer questions about getting fired. Jets players talked to the media about seeing Aaron Rodgers in a Jets uniform and having him as a teammate. The Celtics beat the Sixers in game 2. In the final segment of the hour, we have our flag football charity game tonight in NJ.  Hour 2: Craig Carton has been talking about a softball game for June but Boomer already has a commitment and we are all in an awkward situation right now. None of us want to play softball. We have not played softball in 4 years because nobody except Boomer wants to play. Tampa Rays shortstop Wander Franco hot dogged a throw to first and some people think it was disrespectful. Jerry returns for an update but first we talked more about this softball game with Carton and how Jerry really did commit to it. The Five Borough Bike Tour is this Saturday and Gio is actually pumped for it. Willie Calhoun hit another HR as the Yankees beat the Guardians. The Devils gave up 5 goals and lost game 1 to the Hurricanes. Sauce Gardner talked about the vibe at practice now that Aaron Rodgers is there. In the final segment of the hour, Brian Cashman talked to the media and asked them not to give up on the Yankees. Boomer said the L.A. Angels told the media they can't ask any negative questions.  Hour 3: The Knicks are getting tons of requests from celebrities and have to turn some of them down. Gio said that sounds like an awesome job. Does Jerry Ferrara still deserve to get free tickets? Would Matt Martin be able to get into a Knicks game as a celebrity? A caller said to be careful about sea lice on the striper fish. Jerry returns for an update but first we talked about Cialis and testosterone. The Yankees beat the Guardians behind a Willie Calhoun HR. Max Scherzer talked about his poor performance yesterday and seemed to have excuses. Patrick Kane met the media and was asked if he wants to be back with the Rangers. In the final segment of the hour, Big Zoo & Anthony Gallo will host the overnight show tonight. Gallo comes in to talk about his big opportunity.  Hour 4: Max Scherzer was bad again coming back from his suspension. We talked about the Mets starting pitching and how it has been underwhelming from what we were expecting. We also talked about the Yankees upcoming series against the Rays in Tampa, where the Yankees always seem to have trouble. Jerry returns for an update but first we look at the weather for today for fishing and flag football. Looks like rain. Al is having a hard time finding out what kind of jeans Bruce Springsteen is wearing. We also talked about how slim fit jeans are now baggy. Max Scherzer had another bad outing. Gerard Gallant can't believe he has to answer questions about potentially being fired. In the final segment of the show, we talked about Mintzy from Barstool being fired for reading lyrics of a rap song that included a racial slur. Dave Portnoy didn't think he should have been fired. Neither do Boomer or Gio.
