It will help you adapt to new things easier. Life expectancy is about 90 years of age, so one third of your life could be Infront of you, do not waste it. There may be plenty of time to turn dreams in to reality Review your financials, as if you were 40 years old, with discipline, consistency and be surrounded by a capable and trustworthy team.

Don't forget buying a property for you to live as a primary residency, I although it is a necessity, because otherwise you need to rent the property. But on the other side is still is the financial transaction that we want to have the maximum benefit, and also mitigate or minimize any risk associated with this financial transaction. And this is the reason also, and this is one of the steps of building and creating wealth that in every step we do, you need to calculate or somehow I have a real good concept of what is the potential risk accommodate to this different scenarios that we can protect that or minimize this risk, and then take an action to go forward or not.
