(Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark, Timothy Reed, and Adam McManus 40 European hate crimes against Christians Christians in Europe faced dozens of hate crimes in July. The Observatory on Intolerance and Discrimination Against Christians in Europe recorded 40 cases last month. Vandalism was the most common incident. In one case, authorities arrested an Islamic-State sympathizer who was planning an arson attack on a church in Hamm, Germany. The highest number of recorded incidents occurred in Germany, followed by France, Italy, and the United Kingdom.   Ebola virus has killed 2,300 people in Congo This year's Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo is now the deadliest in the country's history. Over 2,300 people have died as of Sunday. And cases have reached about 5,000.  Christian aid groups like Samaritan's Purse are on the ground in Congo. Franklin Graham, president of the Christian relief group, said, “Samaritan's Purse has been on the frontlines of fighting Ebola for more than a decade, and we aren't going to stop now. We are going to do everything we can to help save lives. We want people to know that God loves them, and they are not alone.”  You can donate to Samaritan's Purse relief effort in Congo through a link in our transcript today at TheWorldview.com.  Trump gives $2 billion to Christian non-profits for disaster relief Here in the United States, the Trump administration announced nearly $2 billion in health and humanitarian assistance to faith-based organizations this month.  This includes over $500 million in disaster response funding for Samaritan's Purse and a consortium jointly led by World Vision and Compassion International.  The U.S. Department of State noted, “This historic announcement is the largest allocation of global health foreign assistance to faith-based organizations in over 20 years.” Conservative kicked out of school board meeting over filthy books Texas conservative Bonnie Wallace is suing the Houston Independent School District for removing her from a school board meeting. Wallace, who is a member of Protecting Texas Children, had sought to shine light on the immoral and inappropriate materials children are subjected to in schools. When she stepped up to the podium at first, she said this which was captured on video. WALLACE: “Before you purchase new books, you need to get rid of the 500 filthy books that you have. If there's children in the audience, they need to leave.” BOARD MEMBER: “Ma'am, Point of Order. This is a public hearing.” WALLACE: “I understand that.” BOARD MEMBER: “You will not be allowed to read things that are not appropriate.” WALLACE: “Oh, not appropriate? Then, why are they in your schools?” After she cited the first vulgar reference from a children's book in the school library, the board member said this. BOARD MEMBER: ”Absolutely not! Ma'am, you are now out of order. This is your first warning. One more word, and you will be removed.” After Bonnie Wallace read a second vulgar passage from the book in the children's library, the school board member asked for a police officer to remove her from the meeting. BOARD MEMBER: “Officer, please remove this woman from the podium.” WALLACE: “If you don't like it, remove it so the children don't have access to it!” BOARD MEMBER: “Thank you very much.” Grant Stinchfield, a conservative talk show host on Real America's Voice, was understandably outraged. STINCHFIELD: “That woman you see there, being walked out, simply read one of the books in the school library. Now, if it's not appropriate for a school board meeting, how is it appropriate for our children?” In her lawsuit, Wallace alleged, “This was textbook viewpoint discrimination: Such conduct is ‘an egregious form' of content regulation that the First Amendment almost never tolerates.” Isaiah 5:20-21 says, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness. … Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!” Planned Parenthood closes Albuquerque, New Mexico abortion mill Planned Parenthood shut down its Northeast Heights abortion facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico last month.  It's the latest closure as the abortion giant consolidates locations in the state.  Bud Shaver, executive director of Abortion Free New Mexico, told LifeNews, “Despite New Mexico leaders pouring taxpayer money into abortion and using government policy to prop up the industry, abortion facilities are still consolidating and closing.” Vaccination rate for kindergartners dropped slightly Vaccination rates for kindergartners dropped slightly during the 2025-2026 school year.  The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports the rate dropped by one percent overall.  Exemptions from one or more vaccines rose to 4.2 percent, up from 3.6 percent the previous year. Christian men, mainline Protestants, and Catholics dissatisfied with church And finally, the American Bible Society released the latest chapter of its State of the Bible: USA 2026 report.  The survey found some population groups struggled with church attendance compared to others. These include Christian men, young adult Christians, mainline Protestants, and Roman Catholics. Gen Z men reported the lowest satisfaction with the churches they attend. Overall, weekly and monthly church attendance remain unchanged from two years ago. The survey did note an uptick in people attending church about twice a year. That amounts to about eight million more Americans attending a church service in 2025 compared to two years earlier. Psalm 84:2 and 10 says, “My soul longs, yes, even faints for the courts of the LORD. My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. … For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark and Adam McManus Haitian gangs target churches Violent gangs in Haiti are increasingly targeting churches. These gangs control up to 90 percent of the capital of Port-au-Prince. They have killed and kidnapped religious leaders and shut down dozens of churches.  Catholic Bishop Joseph Gontrand Décoste told Aid to the Church in Need, “We are the last remaining retaining wall: moral, ethical, spiritual, and prophetic. … That is why they want to eliminate us.” Christians help victims of Columbia's earthquake Christians are bringing disaster relief to Colombia.  A 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck the South American country on Monday. The quake killed 250 people and injured thousands more.  Many Christian relief organizations are sending aid to the country, including Samaritan's Purse. Franklin Graham, the president, wrote on X, “We … are currently working to put together an airlift of relief supplies, including emergency shelter tarp and hygiene kits. I encourage you to pray for the people of this country.” Hebrews 13:16 says, “Do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.” Send a much-needed donation to the Columbian victims of this earthquake through Samaritan's Purse. Mexican Bible Society translates Scriptures into 8 local languages The Bible Society of Mexico is celebrating six decades of ministry this year. The Bible has been translated into eight indigenous languages in the country. And the demand for Bibles is growing as Protestant churches expand their presence.  Efraín Amaro is the head of distribution of the Bible society. He told Christian Daily International, “In 60 years, more than 374 million biblical materials have been distributed. We have reached 13 cities across the country with service and distribution centers.” Revelation 7:9-10 says, “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Salvation belongs to our God Who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!'” White House Press Secretary Karolien Leavitt embraces motherhood White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, age 28, will be leaving her position to fully embrace motherhood. She and her 60-year-old husband, Nicholas Riccio, have two children together -- their son Niko, 2, and Viviana who is three months. In a Truth Social post, President Donald Trump explained that she “will be departing her role at the end of the month so she can spend more time with her beautiful young children and family, a decision I totally understand and respect!” In a statement on X, Leavitt added, “Serving as the White House Press Secretary over the past year and a half has been the honor and adventure of a lifetime. I am incredibly grateful to President Trump for granting me so many extraordinary opportunities, such as working in the West Wing and spending countless hours in the Oval Office, flying around the world and meeting foreign leaders, and traveling across our beautiful country and meeting Americans from all walks of life. “The truth is, since returning to the White House after the birth of my daughter, I have felt in my heart that I cannot be the best mom my two young children deserve while devoting the constant time, energy, and attention required of the White House Press Secretary. And that is why I have ultimately made the bittersweet decision to depart the White House.” Titus 2:4-5 says, “Train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.” Democrat socialist barely defeated in Wisconsin Socialist Democrats suffered a setback in Wisconsin on Tuesday. Moderate David Crowley barely defeated socialist Francesca Hong in the Democrat primary election for governor. According to NBC, the vote was 39.8% vs 39.3%. Just 3,796 votes separated the two in the statewide race. Leftist candidates had been winning many Democrat primaries this year. Despite being considered a moderate, Crowley believes that killing unborn babies is “healthcare” and must be “protected at all costs.” He made this comment in his victory speech. CROWLEY: “Every one of us has something much bigger to unite around. And that is keeping [Make America Great Again] extremism from bringing the chaos we see in Washington into our neighborhoods right here in the state of Wisconsin. From the very first day that I announced this campaign, I said the real threat wasn't any of my primary opponents. The real opponent has always been Tom Tiffany. That remains true today.” Tiffany, the Republican nominee for Wisconsin governor, is currently a member of Congress. The Washington Examiner reports that new Democratic-affiliated polling shows Crowley beating Tiffany by three points this fall, though the race is within the margin of error. Crowley leads Tiffany 47% to 44%, according to the poll by Protect Our Wisconsin, a group backed by the Democratic Governors Association.  Federal gov't gave mega money to religious migrant resettlement groups The federal government funded major religious groups with hundreds of millions of dollars in migrant resettlement grants. The data comes from Brian Chau, the founder of Efforts News. Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk brought attention to this research in a post on X this week. In one case, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops received over $180 million dollars in migrant resettlement grants in 2024. That was over 80 percent of the group's revenue at the time. The contracts ended last year after the Trump administration cut funding to such programs.  Women hold more jobs than men in America Women now hold more jobs than men in the U.S economy.  A report from Indeed's Hiring Lab found the number of jobs held by men declined by 142,000 between February 2025 and February 2026. Over the same period, the number of jobs held by women grew by 298,000.   The report noted, “More jobs are held by women than men in the non-farm economy, not because of a recession, but because of years of eroding male labor force participation.” Americans become skeptical of capitalism Americans are becoming less positive toward capitalism. A new Gallup survey found 54 percent of U.S. adults said they have a positive image of capitalism. That's down from 61 percent in 2010. Thirty-nine percent said they have a positive image of socialism. That's up from 36 percent in 2010. The drop in positivity toward capitalism has accelerated since 2021. Americans trust small, local businesses and churches And finally, Americans tend to trust small, local institutions, according to research from the Barna Group.  U.S. adults put some of their highest trust in local businesses, individual Christians, and small churches. They put moderate trust in Christian pastors, Christian non-profits, and Christian businesses. Today my guest is Bob Shank, a businessman, pastor, entrepreneur, mentor and author who has spent much of his life helping Christian leaders think differently about what it means to live a significant life. Bob began his career in the construction business, where he spent 14 years as an entrepreneur and executive. In 1984, he made a dramatic career change, leaving the business world to devote himself to ministry and founding Priority Living, an organization designed to help people in the marketplace integrate their faith with their work and calling. He later served for four years as the senior pastor of an Orange County megachurch. But perhaps Bob's most enduring contribution has been The Master's Program, which he launched in 1997. It is a multi-year mentoring and leadership-development program designed to help Christian leaders discover their unique Kingdom calling and move beyond simply pursuing career success toward what Bob calls “Kingdom significance.” Over the years, he has personally mentored thousands of leaders from both the marketplace and ministry. Bob has also helped found The Barnabas Group and has served on the boards of numerous churches, ministries and organizations, including Samaritan's Purse. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus British pro-lifer brutally murdered There's a brutal update about the murder of a retired British pro-life politician. Shockingly, the man accused of murdering former British politician Ann Widdecombe on July 8th struck her 21 times in the head with a hammer before taking her wallet and leaving her home, reports Human Events. After she failed to appear for a scheduled television interview that afternoon, her body was discovered the following day by her gardener. Joshua Kerry, age 28, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on July 21st after being charged with murder in the death of the 78-year-old former Conservative Member of Parliament. Prosecutors said police are also investigating whether the killing had a political or terrorist motive. According to the Associated Press, Widdecombe was eating lunch at her home on the edge of Dartmoor National Park in southwest England, when Kerry arrived. Widdecombe served as a Conservative member of Parliament from 1987 until 2010. Listen to her articulate defense of the unborn baby in a 2020 debate hosted by the Queen's University Belfast Literary and Scientific Society. WIDDECOMBE: “When a child is born, you cannot take its life. Not one minute after birth can you take its life. It does not matter how disabled that child is, how profoundly sick it may be, how stressed the mother is, how poor the mother is, whether the mother has suddenly decided that she didn't, after all, want to have the child. You cannot take that child's life. At the moment of birth, it has full civil rights. It is protected as much as you and I are protected by the law. “Yet, one day earlier, that is not so. But hang on. It's the same child! Nothing has happened to change that child into something different, other than the fact that finally it can be seen, that it is quite visibly here among us. But it's been here among us in the days and the weeks and, indeed, the months before that birth. “So, I would say that the law, which has now been imposed, I can't put it any other way, on Northern Ireland is a law that actually is illogical. It is immoral and it is unkind. Samaritan's Purse aids thousands after Venezuela earthquakes Evangelist Franklin Graham visited Venezuela this week to meet with earthquake survivors who were being aided by Samaritan's Purse after the June 24 back-to-back magnitude 7.5 and 7.2 earthquakes killed at least 5,000 people and injured even more, reports The Christian Post. Samaritan's Purse Emergency Field Hospital, which has 60 beds and two operating rooms, has helped 2,500 people since it opened on June 30th. Graham said, "These people are surrounded by so much death and destruction. We want to bring the light of Jesus Christ into these places of pain.” Thomas Ovington, the Team Leader in Venezuela, gave his overview of the earthquake trauma and the help that Samaritan's Purse is offering. OVINGTON: “We're seeing complete chaos around. There's fallen buildings. There's people sleeping in the streets. Football stadiums packed full of people. It's also the huge number of people that are missing. There's just an incredibly high level of desperation. “But it's also an amazing opportunity for us to serve. We have a lot of different capabilities. This is the emergency room that we're in right now. Two operating theaters in the back where we can do the surgeries. A lot of the needs we're starting to see are trauma from fallen buildings. There's crush injuries, broken bones. “Additionally to that, we're doing distributions of tarps, non-food items, and potable water. “At Samaritan's Purse, our number one priority is to share the Gospel of Jesus and the hope we have in Him. And so here, we're in the midst of an incredibly hopeless situation for tens of thousands of people. Trump blasts Democrat Communists as greatest threat to America Ahead of the November midterm elections, President Donald Trump launched a broadside against the Democratic Party, saying the up-and-coming Democratic Socialists are "communism by another name" and "the greatest threat I've ever seen to our country.,” reports Real Clear Politics. TRUMP:  “While our administration is lifting up the next generation with the power of freedom and American capitalism, proven all over the world when it's done right, the radical Left is actively trying to destroy our children's future with the disaster known as communism. This isn't social democracy; these are communists by another name, right? “Communism is the single greatest threat to our country in its history, including even World War I and World War II, Pearl Harbor, 9/11. These people are stone cold crazy. “You know they want to give everything away. You want free rent? You want [a] free house? What they don't say is that a year from now, there'll be absolute squalor, turmoil, and death. And that's why we declare again today that the United States of America will never be a communist country!” NYC Mayor threatens to arrest Israeli Prime Minister as a “war criminal” New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, a socialist, has been threatening to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu when he addresses the United Nations this September in New York City.  This was in response to the International Criminal Court's November 2024 issuance of a warrant for Netanyahu's arrest for what it alleges are war crimes and crimes against humanity. MAMDAMI: “Benjamin Netanyahu is a war criminal, the architect of a horrific genocide against the Palestinian people. As I've said, I agree with the [International Criminal Court] that Benjamin Netanyahu should be arrested and tried for his crimes. “My administration has reviewed every avenue available under applicable law to determine whether New York City could execute the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant if Benjamin Netanyahu came here. It is clear that we do not have the independent legal authority to enforce this warrant. The federal government, however, does, and I call on them to join the ICC and execute this warrant.” Appearing on American Family Radio, Mike Huckabee, the U.S. Ambassador to Israel, had some choice words for the New York City mayor. HUCKABEE: “He certainly doesn't have the legal right to arrest a diplomat because he has diplomatic immunity if he comes to the U.N. So, this is nonsense on the part of Mamdami. He ought to be focusing on fixing potholes, picking up the trash, keeping the parks clean, and the needles from drug users off the streets. But instead, he's injecting himself into something about which he is utterly ignorant. “When he says Benjamin Netanyahu is a war criminal, on what does he base that? Benjamin Netanyahu is the elected leader of a country that very much mirrors the United States in terms of complete, wall-to-wall freedom. And if he's talking about Gaza and says, ‘Oh, they're guilty of genocide. Israel didn't start the war in Gaza; Hamas did by murdering 1,200 innocent civilians and taking captive 250 people, including 16 Americans.” Ambassador Huckabee explained what a similar attack on America would look like when scaled to the size of our population. HUCKABEE: “If Americans had the similar kind of assault on us in one day, if you looked at the scale of population, it would be the equivalent of 40,000 Americans being murdered in a single day, and 10,000 people being taken hostage, raped, starved, beaten, and abused. And I wonder what would Americans demand? What would Americans do if we had 40,000 people slaughtered, including pregnant women butchered in front of their children? If we'd had that in one day, I wonder if America's response would be to just gently write, maybe a strongly worded letter and say, ‘Please give our 10,000 hostages back.' “The Israelis prosecuted the war against Hamas for the sole purpose of getting their hostages back, but Hamas wouldn't let them go. This war should never have taken that long.” Homosexual Fox News host buys surrogate child On July 15, Fox News political analyst Guy Benson, a self-proclaimed homosexual,  announced on Instagram that he and his homosexual partner, Adam Wise, became so-called “fathers” again with a picture of himself holding a little girl named Madison Halsey, reports LifeSiteNews.com. This is the second child the two men have procured through surrogacy. Their son, Conrad James, was also birthed by an anonymous surrogate mother in November 2023. The culture war over surrogacy – the practice of renting the body of a woman to gestate a child created outside the womb through in vitro fertilization – has been growing louder over the past several years. The New York Post noted that Benson's announcement “drew an outpouring of well-wishes from prominent conservatives, including former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, Fox News host Dana Perino, and political commentator Sarah Cupp.” On the other hand, Christian commentators such as Megan Basham emphasized the injustice. She wrote, “Benson is an incisive pundit. But there is nothing conservative about deliberately creating motherless children. I pray Benson, and those like him on the Right, would consider what they are telling the world about how unnecessary they believe mothers (or if we're talking about two women, fathers) are to the needs of children.” And Katy Faust, a children's rights activist and founder of Them Before Us, wrote, “What did you think was going to happen after we legalized gay marriage? … What Obergefell enabled was something else. It accelerated the legal replacement of biological parenthood with intent-based parenthood.” Romans 1:26-27 says, “God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way, the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Kevin Swanson, Timothy Reed and Adam McManus Chinese pastor reveals prison conditions The Chinese pastor, just released from prison, because of the U.S. President's intervention, spoke out about his experience in a Wall Street Journal article. Ezra Jin said eight of his church members are still in prison, in rough conditions. He wrote that “[They] are confined in cramped cells and sleep on floor mats in blistering heat. Many leave behind young families. I won't rest until they see freedom.” Throughout the day, the Christians were required to sit on hard benches and could not stand up without requesting permission of the authorities. The pastor further stated, “These Christians love their nation. They only want to worship God peacefully, according to the Bible, and to serve others, especially the poor, the disabled, and the elderly.” 900 people in Congo, Africa have died from E-bola That E-bola outbreak in Congo, Africa has now killed over 900 people and will soon be the second worst E-bola outbreak in history. At least 36 health workers have contracted the disease and died in the outbreak. Samaritan's Purse has two treatment centers operating right now in the Congo. At least one of the ministry workers has been diagnosed with the disease, and is being treated in Frankfurt, Germany. State Secretary Marco Rubio denounces leftist political violence Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke at a summit on political terrorism attended by representatives from more than 60 countries. Rubio explained the culture of violence and revolution that is on the rise with the Left, both in the United States and across the world.  Listen. RUBIO: “You are here because your political leaders are being attacked and stabbed and shot in your streets, because your businesses have been bombed, because your railways have been sabotaged, because your police officers have been beaten and burned. You are here because this is real, and it is getting worse. It can no longer be denied. This marks the first time in more than 150 years that a sitting Vice President has had a child born into the family while in office. Also, Donald Trump, a father of five, represented a shift after Presidents Bill Clinton's one child, George W. Bush's two children, and Barack Obama's two children. 7,000 Americans contracted cyclospora virus, many from Taco Bell Here in the states as many as 7,000 Americans are suspected to have contracted the cyclospora virus, a parasitic disease producing weeks of diarrhea. The Associated Press reports that federal health officials have identified lettuce from Mexico served at Taco Bell locations across five U.S. states as a source. Last Thursday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warned consumers not to eat shredded iceberg lettuce from Taco Bell restaurants in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia. A record number of cyclospora cases have been reported in more than 30 states. The FDA's traceback investigation identified a single supplier of iceberg lettuce from Mexico. Officials suspect that the lettuce was watered with feces-contaminated water. So far, the disease is most prevalent in New York, Michigan, and North Carolina. Republicans wants to curtail surveillance Flock cameras Conservative Republicans in the United States House of Representatives put forward a bill to curtail the surveillance being conducted through devices such as Flock cameras. The bill, filed by Republican Congressman Keith Self of Texas, would force police departments to obtain a warrant to search through camera data and license plate readers when looking for criminals.  Representative Self explained, “Americans' Fourth Amendment right to be secure in their privacy does not disappear just because of new technology or artificial intelligence. Americans have a constitutional right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, and our government is supposed to get a warrant before invading that privacy. This bill simply restores that protection.”  As of 2025, Flock is used by over 6,000 municipalities in the United States. The company had raised a total of $950 million in venture funding, with a $7.5 billion valuation. Court: Amish parents cannot abstain from school vaccinations The U.S. Second Court of Appeals ruled against the Amish community in New York, which had sued to abstain from school vaccinations. The ruling strips parents of their right to abstain from school vaccinations for their children due to religious reasons.  The New American pointed out, “Should the case reach the Supreme Court of the United States, as legal experts expect, the decision could have nationwide implications for religious exemptions in all 45 states that currently allow them for school vaccines.” America's hot summer It's a hot summer, especially in the Western states. Billings, Montana topped out at a record 111 degrees on Sunday. Salt Lake City also set record temperatures. And ABC News reports that 100 million Americans will experience extreme temperatures this week. Forecasters are expecting 20-30 degrees hotter than the average temperatures. Aspen Fires in Colorado burned 100,000 acres The Colorado Aspen Acres Fire is the biggest fire in the country thus far — burning down 100,000 acres, reports The Colorado Sun. The Pacific Northwest has two big fires raging now as well. First, the Hay Creek Complex fire has burned over 92,000 acres, and the Rowe Creek Complex fire has burned 36,000 acres. Spain wins Soccer's World Cup On Sunday, Spain beat Argentia 1-0 in the final World Cup soccer game, reports ABC News. ANNOUNCER: “At long, long last, Spain's magic moment. Spain are the champions. Spain have seized their second star. The kings of Europe have conquered the world.” President Donald Trump showed up at the Met Life Stadium to hand off the reward. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Pakistani Christian 13-year-old girl still captive to Muslim man On July 7, the European Parliament condemned Pakistan for its violation of human rights, citing a 13-year-old Christian Pakistani girl who is still fighting for her freedom from the 30-year-old Muslim man who abducted her, reports International Christian Concern. Maria Shahbaz was kidnapped in July 2025 by Shehryar Ahmad, who forced her to convert to Islam and married her against her will. Alliance Defending Freedom came alongside her parents in their fight to regain custody of their child in Pakistan's Federal Constitutional Court in February. Pakistani law states that a minor cannot legally consent to religious conversion or marriage, but shockingly the court ruled in favor of Ahmad when he presented a forged marriage certificate.  In Matthew 18:6, Jesus said, “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in Me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” Shahbaz's parents are not giving up. They are still appealing their daughter's case in court, hoping that justice will swiftly come.  According to Open Doors, Pakistan is the eighth worst country worldwide for the persecution of Christians. Two U.S. soldiers killed in Iranian attack on military base Two American soldiers were killed on July 17th in an Iranian attack on a U.S. military base in Jordan, reports the Western Journal. In a post on X, U.S. Central Command added, “Four American service members were medically evacuated to Jordanian hospitals. They have since been discharged.” Plus, one soldier is missing. Iran's attacks came after the U.S. launched its seventh consecutive night of air strikes on Iran. Iran makes chilling death threats against President Trump Iranian state media has published a shocking video entitled “Where to kill Trump?”, claiming to know the U.S. leader's motorcade route and the vulnerabilities within his security, reports The Express. The highly concerning footage claimed to reveal “information on the whereabouts of the terrorist president of America” while promising that “access to Trump is possible in these places.” It also alleges to give details about the motorcade that protects the U.S. president, which typically consists of 40 to 50 vehicles. It comes after repeated death threats have been made by Iran following the U.S. assassination of former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.  President Trump's primetime speech on election integrity Last Thursday night, President Donald Trump addressed election security in a nationwide primetime address from the White House, pointing to ways American political leftists and China have compromised our elections, reports The Epoch Times. TRUMP: “You can't have a great country without free and fair elections. All we want is honesty in our elections. Great damage has been done to our country. Our elections were left vulnerable to being rigged and stolen, and the trust of the American people was lost. This cannot be allowed to continue. “Every American -- whether you're a Republican, Democrat, Independent, or otherwise -- should be able to agree that we deserve the most secure, honest, and fair election system anywhere in the world.” President Trump explained that China started compromising our elections in 2020. TRUMP: “Over a period of years, starting during the 2020 election cycle, the People's Republic of China carried out what is believed to be the largest compromise of election data in history, resulting in China's illicit acquisition of 220 million U.S. voter files. That information includes names, addresses, phone numbers, political party preferences, and other sensitive data that would be needed to register to vote. “This data loss presents an unprecedented election security nightmare. The intelligence even shows that China assigned a data exploitation unit specifically to this new project.” And finally, President Trump vowed action to hold people accountable. TRUMP: “The documents we will release, starting tonight, have been gathered by the White House Government Transparency Task Force, a great group of people, supported by our top intelligence agency chiefs, who have all personally reviewed the findings we are presenting this evening and fully confirmed their authenticity. “You can see these documents for yourself at whitehouse.gov. That's whitehouse.gov. Go check it out. Our purpose in disclosing this information is not to weaken confidence in election, but to earn that confidence by confronting vulnerabilities and correcting them very, very quickly, and that's what we're doing.” Homeland Security Secretary vows to prosecute illegal voters In related news, during a Friday press briefing, Secretary of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin promised to hunt down and prosecute illegal voters in the U.S., noting that 250,000 non-citizens are illegally registered to vote in just four states, reports The Christian Post. Speaking in the wake of President Donald Trump's 25-minute primetime address about election security on July 16th, Mullin outlined an aggressive plan to tighten voter roll integrity, harden election infrastructure, and hold election officials accountable for alleged failures. Senator Marsha Blackburn: No more birth tourism Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee has reintroduced legislation aimed at ending so-called “birth tourism” following the Supreme Court's recent 6-3 ruling in Trump v. Barbara. It held that children born in the United States to illegal aliens and foreign tourists remain entitled to birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment, reports Big League Politics. She said, “Congress must step up to the plate to protect the integrity of American citizenship.” The Ban Birth Tourism Act is co-sponsored by GOP Senators Ted Budd of North Carolina, John Cornyn of Texas, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Tim Sheehy of Montana, Jim Banks of Indiana, and Rick Scott of Florida. The legislation would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to explicitly prohibit foreign nationals from obtaining temporary visas for the purpose of giving birth in the United States. It would also classify birth tourism as a deportable offense, allowing immigration authorities to remove foreign nationals who enter the country for that purpose. Samaritan's Purse deployed disaster relief unit for Texas flood victims On July 17th, churches in the Texas Hill Country opened their doors as flood displacement shelters, taking in families whose homes and recreational vehicles had been swept away by rapidly rising rivers that killed at least two people, reports The Christian Post. Recently more than 30 inches of rain fell over several days, causing the Leona River and Guadalupe River to overflow. Floodwaters surged through the streets, destroying homes, and stranding people and vehicles. The Christian relief group Samaritan's Purse said it was deploying a disaster relief unit to the Hill Country, with staff and volunteer teams set to work in Uvalde County. The group said it was basing operations out of Uvalde Methodist Church, with volunteers beginning on Sunday to help residents remove waterlogged belongings and clear mud from their homes. Reading recent research on making connections and creating community made me want to share this story. Last month, I was a regular granny in Clapham Common Park in the UK, pushing her grandson in the infant swing – all I could see was his smiling eyes.  Nothing else in the world mattered. I am 73 and had just arrived in London to celebrate my only grandchild's first birthday and my son's first father's day. I live in Manitoba, Canada. After our lovely time in Clapham Common, my grandson and I both went down for our needed naps in my son and daughter in law's home in the Battersea area of South West London. When I woke up from my nap, my lovely daughter in law said to  me “you left your purse in the park by the swings. The mom who found it is on her way over to drop it off.” When this mom immediately appeared with her sweet daughter  - both all smiles and grace at the door, all I could do was thank her over and over again. This is what I pieced together from what she and my loved ones told me. The mom had seen me in Clapham Common Park pushing my grandson in the swing. When she left the park she noticed a purse on the ground by the swing. She looked inside and asked if anyone named “Verla” was in the park. No one by that name answered her. In my purse was my phone and this mom somehow found and called my first emergency contact, my partner in Canada. He said “thank you so much I will call her!”  The young mom replied “ you won't be able to do that because I am calling you on her phone.” Then this young mom  found my eldest son's number, my second  emergency contact and he has a UK number. She was able to reach him while he was in a corporate meeting. He excused himself and together they figured out the logistics of how to  get my purse with my phone, credit cards, and  government information back to me. This mom offered to drop it off on her way home saying “it is no trouble – we live in the Battersea area.” After this mom talked to my son and they figured everything out, she called my partner in Canada again to tell him that everything was sorted. He was relieved and so grateful that she took the time to call him back to let him know all was fine. Now that I am back to my small hometown, Pine Falls, Manitoba, my friends are amazed and tell me  how lucky I was to  have had this angel find my purse. This mom's good will has spread across the Atlantic and will keep going. She is still making people feel good about other people in the world. Thank you again to this mom's act of  compassion for this granny who only had eyes for her grandson that lovely morning in Clapham Common Park. It could have gone so horribly wrong if not for this angel in the park.  To this wonderful mom: you  make me, my friends, and my family even more in love with this world, it's people, and Clapham Common. To this human angel in Clapham Common: you are my hero. Thank you for all that you do for others. May your kindness circle back to you over and over again.  I will be in contact with you to thank you again for making this world a little brighter.  PS. I have made contact with this mom now. She said she and her daughter found the whole thing a “great adventure” and they were happy to do what they did. So there you go, what a lucky little daughter to have a mom to model such kindness. And I do wonder if the research that shows generosity increases in green space helps to support angels like this mom and daughter. And of course I am sending a little gift to that lovely daughter who is just like her mom.  The green space research I am referring to says that the problem is that modern communities frequently struggle with a lack of social cohesion, loneliness, and, in some cases, high rates of crime. Green spaces act as social catalysts that encourage interaction, strengthening community bonds. Studies show that neighborhoods with more greenery have stronger ties, better "neighboring" behaviors, and lower crime rates. When you began to follow Christ did you ever think: I could never be a missionary—that's not my thing. My thing is more in tech areas and tech areas aren't in the Bible—why would God want me to serve? I think I'd best sit on the sidelines and give my offering on a regular basis! Today we get to hear from my friend, Greg Johnson, an electronic and computer engineer – a friend who reminded me sits on the opposite end of the same pew most Sundays but it's funny how we don't talk all that often. Too busy talking to other people! Greg and his wife Bonnie have 4 grown daughters. He grew up with a dad who modeled serving God and the church in practical ways, and Greg went along with him to sweep the leaves and clear the gutters at their local church. When he knew he wanted to become an engineer, his pastor thought he should go to Bible school instead. But Greg knew even then how God had wired him and he came on up to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, met his wife Bonnie in college leadership at our very own Grace Central Coast. When he retired 6 years ago from a very stressful job at the local nuclear power plant, Greg discovered even more ways to serve his Savior. Hear his story and be encouraged! Some gems from our conversation: It's such a blessing to give a gift to others that they could never repay—just like God giving us His Son, Jesus. Building homes in Mexico alongside all generations has taught me the importance and joy of building all sorts of new relationships. What's fun about serving God is that you don't have to be a pastor or a missionary; you just serve God with the gifts he's given you.  Samaritan's Purse shows people during a crisis that God hasn't forgotten them. I find joy in serving God outside the four walls of the church.  I'm in my happy place with I get to use my skill-set to help others and it's made me bolder in sharing the Gospel.  I've cried more with my 4 girls since working Samaritan's Purse than all their years growing up. God's given me a new heart of compassion.  I've mostly been to conflict zones so I can't give a lot of details but it's been amazing to work alongside all kinds of nationalities, professions and generations. Samaritan's Purse (SP) has a well-established hospital and deep community ties in DRC's Ituri province. Vice President Ken Isaacs describes how SP pivoted during the unfolding Ebola outbreak, launching Ebola treatment centers. Humanitarian assistance reaches close to 200,000. Health workers have been very vulnerable to infection. "We have lost three." Expansion of international staff requires coping with the possibility of a 21-day isolation period before returning home. "What they need are Ebola fighters." Addressing malaria is essential. There is not yet a clear path to take care of international staff that get sick. If the U.S. facility in Kenya served a wide array of international Ebola fighters, that would be well received.

(Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Hungarian homosexual pride march draws 100,000 On June 27th, at least 100,000 Hungarians gathered in 100-degree heat in Budapest to celebrate their 31st annual Homosexual Pride march, reports the Associated Press. It's the first such event since conservative Prime Minister Viktor Orbán was defeated in the April election. To his credit, Orban had prohibited the portrayal or "promotion" of homosexuality and gender transition to minors in schools and media aimed at children. Plus, the Hungarian Parliament amended the civil registry law so that official documents permanently record a person's "sex at birth" which ensures that citizens cannot legally pretend to be the opposite sex. And the Parliament limited adoption to married heterosexual couples. Hungary does not allow homosexual marriage. Sadly, under new leadership, all of that may change. Leviticus 18:22 says, “Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.” Venezuelan death toll skyrocketed to 1,430 people Tragically, the death toll in those two major Venezuelan earthquakes last Wednesday has skyrocketed from 164 to 1,430 as of June 27th, reports NBC News. Plus, there are an astounding 51,000 people missing. According to the BBC, emergency teams are still searching for people trapped in buildings that collapsed in the earthquakes. Antoan Marín said, "Rescue workers are overwhelmed. They are pulling people out with their bare hands.” Over 2,000 rescue units from 21 international groups are on the ground in Venezuela or en route. Samaritan's Purse airlifted an Emergency Hospital to Venezuela On Saturday, the Samaritan's Purse cargo plane airlifted life-saving supplies, including an Emergency Field Hospital, to Venezuela. Hospitals in the hardest hit areas were already strained before the earthquakes. Now, many are damaged and overwhelmed with people in desperate need of care. The Samaritan's Purse Emergency Field Hospital is capable of treating more than 100 people each day. It will be equipped with multiple operating rooms, a critical care unit, pharmacy, and laboratory. The ministry has also airlifted emergency shelter material, solar lights, and blankets to provide relief to families who are suffering. Franklin Graham, the president of Samaritan's Purse, said, “Roads have been split wide open and hundreds of buildings have collapsed. People are living on the streets—terrified of aftershocks. It's heartbreaking to see the suffering and loss. Claire Valdez and Darializa Avila Chevalier won in the 7th and 13th Congressional Districts for the U.S. House. Aber Kawas won in New York State Senate District 12. Chevalier and Valdez vowed to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement. And Chevalier once said, “I forgot to get napkins so I just wiped my hand on the American flag behind me." Plus, she wants to close down prisons and abolish the police. In 2017, Kawas, a Muslim woman, told a panel that the 9/11 attacks were America's fault, the result of "capitalism and racism and White supremacy ... and Islamophobia." Democrat Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania, said this on social media: "Anti-Israel. Anti-America. Anti-Western Civilization. Why am I the only Democrat in the U.S. Senate that refuses to excuse this or defend any of those self-identified communists?" And Republican Congressman Randy Fine of Florida sounded off as well. FINE: “It's a sad day for America. I mean, these people are bad people. We've got to be worried about the future of the country. “The Democrats are no longer the loyal opposition. In many cases, they are the enemy of the country. And I don't think it's hyperbole to say that. These are people who hate America and who seek its destruction.” Texas considers removing American Revolution from mandated history lessons The Texas State Board of Education is proposing changes to mandated school curriculum for the 5.5 million Texas students that would remove lessons about the American Revolution and would marginalize our Founding Fathers, reports Christian talk show host Todd Starnes. Conservatives are alleging that three Republicans joined Democrats to push through radical changes recommended by the Council on American Islamic Relations. Julie Pickren, a conservative Republican on the Texas Board of Education, exposed the group behind these radical changes. PICKREN: “About nine months ago, a foreign terrorist organization called the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which the FBI says is the face of the Muslim Brotherhood in America, they got involved in this process. And they got involved pretty heavily. They started showing up at all of our meetings and testifying, sending a lot of emails, making a lot of phone calls and text messages.” The Texas School Board specifically objected to the stories of Valley Forge as well as the battles of Lexington and Bunker Hill. Instead, the board wanted to provide lessons on modern-day Americans like Oprah Winfrey rather than our first president George Washington. References to the Black Robed Regiment were also removed. That regiment was comprised of a group of Protestant pastors who supported and fought for the American Revolution. Julie Pikren revealed that the three liberal Republicans who sided with the radical Muslim re-write of American history were Pam Little, Will Hickman, and Keven Ellis.  Together with the five Democrats, they formed an 8-person majority voting bloc. Mrs. Pikren explained the motivation of the Muslim lobbyist group. PIKREN: “The terrorists, they don't want U.S. history taught. They don't want founding documents taught. They don't want presidents and founding fathers taught.
