    Jim is a speechwriter and speech coach, speaker and author and has spoken on presentations skills in 27 states, Canada and Mexico.     Kevin Roberts, Ph.D., is executive director of the Texas Public Policy Foundation. He was then hired as president of Wyoming Catholic College, which the New York Times described as being full of “cowboy Catholics” for refusing federal student loans and grants.
