There are so many myths when it comes to growth. Many of us have really big egos and don't think we have areas that need developing or that we're not ready for that next big thing. We're wrong. There are levels to growth. While we are amazingly amazing and have great potential, we're just not ready yet. And, that's okay. The difference between myself and others is I execute on my plans. I get shit done. I make shit happen. Planning & strategizing are essential, but the execution is key. Because work without execution is simply energy wasted. Stop planning and start implementing what you have so far. Stop focusing on outworking people and start out-executing them. Start the business, launch the website, and put it out there. GET IT DONE. So many of us negotiate our wants and needs based off of our worth. We'll often say things like, "I deserve more money because I'm worth it." When really, we should be negotiating based on our value.
